Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of petroleum transmission, in particular to an petroleum recovery device.

Background

The petroleum which is the main object of geological exploration is viscous dark brown liquid called industrial blood, which is the indispensable main energy source in the present society.

When oil is transported in oil pipelines and oil storage tanks, leakage is inevitably generated. The prior art treatment of leaked oil is typically done in situ, deep buried.

However, the physical and chemical properties of the soil are changed after the soil is polluted by petroleum, which causes environmental pollution and further harms human health, and petroleum is wasted due to the petroleum permeating into the soil, therefore, devices capable of recovering petroleum in the soil are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides petroleum recovery devices, which can effectively recover petroleum permeating into soil, thereby protecting environment and avoiding petroleum waste.

The invention provides kinds of petroleum recovery devices, which comprise a separation box body and a collection box body;

the oil-containing soil treatment device comprises a separation box body, an extrusion die is connected to the side wall in the separation box body, an extrusion plate is arranged on the side wall of the separation box body opposite to the extrusion die and used for extruding oil-containing soil placed in the extrusion die, and a collection box body is connected to the bottom of the separation box body and used for collecting oil extruded from the soil and the extruded soil.

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention.

The invention is described below in connection with specific embodiments with reference to the following drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an oil recovery device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides oil recovery devices, which include a separation tank 100 and a collection tank 200, wherein an extrusion die 11 is connected to a side wall inside the separation tank 100, an extrusion plate 12 is disposed on a side wall opposite to the extrusion die 11, the extrusion plate 12 is used for extruding oil-containing soil placed in the extrusion die 11, the collection tank 200 is connected to a bottom of the separation tank 100, and the collection tank 200 is used for collecting oil extruded from the soil and the extruded soil.

The using method of the petroleum recovery device comprises the steps of placing the petroleum-containing soil in the extrusion die 11, extruding the soil through the extrusion plate 12, enabling the soil mixed with petroleum to be wet and soft, extruding the petroleum after the soil is extruded, extruding the extruded soil to be dry, and respectively placing the petroleum and the pressed soil in the collection box body 200, thereby completing the recovery of the petroleum in the soil.

Specifically, the extrusion die 11 may be obliquely disposed so that the oil extruded flows out of the extrusion die 11, and the extrusion plate 12 is disposed in cooperation with the extrusion die 11 so that the extrusion operation is performed, which can be placed in the obliquely disposed extrusion die 11 without falling off since the oil-contaminated soil is relatively wet and soft. The extrusion die 11 may be horizontally disposed, and in this case, a hole for flowing out the oil needs to be disposed at the bottom of the extrusion die 11. The power method for driving the squeezing plate 12 to perform squeezing movement is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, or the like may be used.

It will be appreciated that the collection tank 200 should include at least a two-part construction for collecting oil squeezed from the soil and squeezed soil, respectively.

According to the petroleum recovery device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the extrusion die and the extrusion plate are arranged, so that petroleum in polluted soil can be extruded out, the petroleum in the soil can be recovered, the waste of the petroleum is reduced, and the environment is protected; the petroleum recovery device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in realization and low cost.

The structure of each member will be described in detail below using a more detailed example.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the upper portion of the extrusion die 11 is fixed to the sidewall of the separation box 100 by hinge, the lower portion of the extrusion die 11 is fixed to the sidewall of the separation box 100 by hinge using the th hydraulic cylinder 131, the upper portion and the lower portion of the extrusion plate 12 are fixed to the sidewall of the separation box by hinge using the second hydraulic cylinder 132 and the third hydraulic cylinder 133, the th hydraulic cylinder 131, the second hydraulic cylinder 132 and the third hydraulic cylinder 133 are connected to the oil pump 14, the oil pump 14 is used to control the th hydraulic cylinder 131 to change the inclination angle of the extrusion die 11, and the oil pump 14 is also used to control the second hydraulic cylinder 132 and the third hydraulic cylinder 133 to move the extrusion plate 12 and extrude the extrusion die 11.

The combustion container 222 is placed below the feeding hole 221, fallen soil directly enters the combustion container 222 through the feeding hole 221, when the soil in the combustion container 222 is accumulated to degrees, a small part of oil remained in the soil in the combustion container is ignited through the igniter 2221, the oil is fully combusted, then the soil in the combustion container 222 is poured out, the treated soil is cleaner, pollution to the soil is reduced, and the partition plate 231, the heat insulation plate 232 and the heat insulation cavity between the partition plate 231 and the heat insulation plate 232 have good heat insulation effect, so that the oil in the oil storage cavity 21 can be prevented from being influenced by the combustion of the combustion container 222.
