if yes, finishing the thread scraps cleaning on the surface of the evaporator (6); if not, the air draft device continues to operate at the preset frosting air speed until the frost on the surface of the evaporator (6) is completely melted.

Technical Field

Background

The heat pump clothes dryer, the line bits can be attached to the evaporator of the heating system, and then the drying effect is influenced. 1. the structure of the washing waterway is complex, and the condensed water can be used for washing the evaporator only by filtering the thread scraps and dust in the condensed water; the line bits that filter off can not in time be got rid of, can lead to the filter screen to block up for a long time, causes the condensate water volume that can be used for clearing up the line bits to diminish, influences clean effect.

2. The thread scraps attached to the surface of the evaporator cleaned by the condensed water are limited by the amount of the condensed water, and the thread scraps cannot be cleaned without enough condensed water.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide methods for cleaning lint on a heat pump clothes dryer and the heat pump clothes dryer, which can automatically clean lint attached to the surface of an evaporator and avoid the influence of condensed water when cleaning the lint attached to the evaporator.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention utilizes frosting to solidify the thread scraps attached to the fins on the surface of the evaporator, and then the water formed by melting the frost carries the thread scraps attached to the fins, thereby keeping the cleanness of the fins. The existing heat pump system of the clothes dryer is completely adopted for defrosting, a new structure is not required to be added, and thread scraps attached to the surface of the evaporator are cleaned on the premise of not increasing the product cost; the device is not influenced by the amount of condensed water when the thread scraps attached to the evaporator are cleaned.

The heat pump clothes dryer can completely adopt the frosting and defrosting method or cleaning thread scraps without adopting a filter, so that the space utilization rate of a product is improved, the space for installing the filter can be used for installing a condenser and an evaporator, the sizes of the evaporator and the condenser are increased, the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.

The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following detailed description with reference to the drawings.

The embodiment provides line scrap cleaning methods for a heat pump clothes dryer, as shown in fig. 1, the clothes dryer includes a heat pump system arranged in a drying air duct of the clothes dryer, the heat pump system includes a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an air draft device and an evaporator 6, in the embodiment, the air draft device refers to a fan 3, and of course, the air draft device may also be a fan or other structures having an air draft function, which are not listed in .

Not only can the lint attached to the surface of the evaporator 6 be cleaned by adjusting the power of the compressor 1 alone, but also the lint attached to the surface of the evaporator 6 can be cleaned by adjusting the wind speed of the fan 3 alone; the thread scraps attached to the surface of the evaporator 6 can be cleaned by combining the adjustment of the power of the compressor 1 and the adjustment of the wind speed of the fan 3. The thread scraps attached to the surface of the evaporator 6 in the present invention mainly refer to thread scraps attached to the fins, and the amount of the thread scraps attached to the fins near the air inlet of the evaporator 6 is the largest.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a lint cleaning method for a heat pump clothes dryer according to the embodiment, which specifically includes the following steps: the wind speed of the power/air draft device of the compressor 1 is reduced to frost the surface of the evaporator 6; the speed of the power/suction of the compressor 1 is then increased to melt the frost on the surface of the evaporator 6 and to carry away the thread cuttings adhering to the surface of the evaporator 6. The thread scrap cleaning process is realized in the heating process of the heat pump system, and the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 1 is the gas trend in the thread scrap cleaning process.

In the embodiment, the thread scraps attached to the fins are solidified on the surface of the evaporator 6 by utilizing frosting, and then the thread scraps attached to the fins are taken away by water formed by melting the frost, so that the cleanness of the fins is kept. The present embodiment adopts the current heat pump system of dryer to defrost completely, need not to increase new structure, accomplishes 6 adnexed threads on surface of evaporimeter and clears up under the prerequisite that does not increase product cost, does not receive the influence of the condensate water yield when realizing the adnexed threads on the clearance evaporimeter. And need not to adopt filter 5, can adopt above-mentioned method of frosting, defrosting or clear up the line bits completely, improve the space utilization of product, can be used for installing condenser 2 and evaporimeter 6 with the space of installing filter 5, increase the size of evaporimeter 6 and condenser 2 to increase heat transfer area, improve heat exchange efficiency.

The embodiment also provides heat pump clothes dryers, and the lint cleaning method of the heat pump clothes dryer is adopted to clean the lint attached to the surface of the evaporator 6.
