If the photoelectric switch arranged above the detection drum wheel inlet detects that the filter tip cigarette is stuck, and the intelligent camera arranged in front of the rejection drum wheel inlet does not detect the filter tip cigarette in 10 continuous grooves, the controller immediately sends out a stop signal and reports red information of 'detection drum wheel cigarette blockage'. If the photoelectric switch installed above the detection drum wheel inlet does not detect the filter tip cigarette, and the intelligent camera installed in front of the rejection drum wheel inlet detects the filter tip cigarette in 10 continuous grooves, the controller immediately sends out a stop signal, and reports red information of 'cigarette detection photoelectric switch failure'.

The invention provides a control system for detecting the end faces of tobacco shreds of cigarettes, which detects the cigarettes in place by adopting a photoelectric switch, performs positioning detection on a detection drum wheel by a shaft encoder, and controls a visual detection device to perform visual detection on the end faces of the tobacco shreds by a controller according to an in-place signal of the photoelectric switch and the operation angle of the shaft encoder so as to identify whether the end faces are defective or not. The method solves the problem of inaccurate detection of the defects of loose tobacco, loose tobacco and loose tobacco end faces in the existing cigarette production process, can improve the accuracy of detection of defective cigarettes, and improves the quality of cigarette products.
