1. An ecological pig breeding method for improving meat quality is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) selecting a fruit forest land, and forming an ecological farm in a circle according to the specification of 16-20 square meters of each adult pig;

(2) building a hog house: the water flushing device is arranged in at least 1 pigsty, the pigsty comprises a boar house, a boar delivery room, a positioning house, a nursing house, a to-be-matched house and a fattening house, and the pigsty and the ecological farm are disinfected once every 2 to 4 days;

(4) during the adaptation period of the adult pigs, the piglets after the growth period of the piglets are put into an ecological farm for medium-density small-range free-ranging cultivation for 20-30 days;

(5) during the growing period of adult pigs, the adult pigs after the adaptation period are subjected to low-density large-range free-ranging culture for 250-300 days in an ecological farm;

(6) and in the slaughtering period of the pork pigs, after the growing period of adult pigs is finished, breeding the pork pigs in the slaughtering period of 10-15 days in a pigsty.

(4) during the adaptation period of the adult pigs, the piglets after the growth period of the piglets are put into an ecological farm for medium-density small-range scatter-breeding for 20-30 days, the piglets are discharged from the pigsty in the morning every day, and are driven back to the pigsty at night;

(5) during the growing period of adult pigs, the adult pigs after the adaptation period are subjected to low-density large-range scatter-breeding for 300 days in an ecological farm, and the adult pigs are not returned to a piggery;

(6) the slaughtering period of the pork pigs is that after the growing period of the adult pigs, the pork pigs are bred in the piggery for 10 to 15 days in the slaughtering period, and the ecological breeding farm is not driven away;

furthermore, the piglets grow in a long period, at least four times of feeding are carried out every day, so that less feeding and more work are realized, immunization is well done in the period, the pigsty is kept dry and sanitary, and the pigsty has a good living environment.
