as shown in fig. 7, the sensing module 3 includes a top end cap 31, a gravity sensor 32, an infrared sensor 33, and a solar panel 54; the top end cover 31 is arranged at the top end of the bird repelling main body 1, the whole structure of the bird repelling main body is a trapezoid body, the upper end face of the bird repelling main body is provided with a solar cell panel 54, the middle part of the lower end face of the bird repelling main body is provided with a rectangular groove, the center of the groove is provided with a gravity sensor 32, an induction module port and a solar cell panel power interface 56, and two side end faces along the direction of a power transmission cable are respectively provided with an infrared sensor 33; the lower end face is provided with four mounting holes which are matched with the mounting bulges on the end face of the top of the bird repelling main body 1 to form a fastening type combination device together, so that the induction module 3 is fixed on the top of the bird repelling main body 1; the mounting holes comprise a first mounting hole 341, a second mounting hole 342, a third mounting hole 343 and a fourth mounting hole 344, and are inner cylindrical grooves with the same specification and fixed on four corners of the bottom end face of the top end cover, and the inner cylindrical grooves are sequentially corresponding to each other, when the position of the first mounting hole 341 is determined, the first mounting hole 341, the second mounting hole 342, the third mounting hole 343 and the fourth mounting hole 344 are sequentially arranged in the anticlockwise direction, each pair of mounting points and the mounting holes are correspondingly assembled, the first mounting point 131 corresponds to the first mounting hole 341, the second mounting point 132 corresponds to the second mounting hole 342, the third mounting point 133 corresponds to the third mounting hole 343, and the fourth mounting point 134 corresponds to the fourth mounting hole 344; the top end cover 31 and the bird repelling main body 1 are assembled together through mounting holes and mounting points (as a closed top cover of the bird repelling main body 1), and a joint surface is packaged by adopting a sealant, wherein the sealant is a waterproof sealant; the gravity sensor 32 is a cylinder, a photoelectric gravity sensor is adopted, two gravity transmission polar plates are packaged into a whole, one polar plate is fixed in a through hole in the bottom end face of the top end cover 31 and is attached to the solar cell panel 54, and the other polar plate is arranged in the gravity sensor 32. When birds fall on the bird repelling device, the polar plates sense pressure, the plate spring bends, the distance between the two polar plates changes, the oscillation frequency of the circuit also changes, the change of the frequency indicates that the birds exist, so that the gravity sensor 32 generates a signal, the signal is transmitted to the main control chip 42 through the second control main board port 442, the main control chip 42 sends out a signal to enable the vibrator 7 to work, vibration is generated to repel the birds, and the bird repelling device works normally; one end of the infrared sensor 33 is mounted on the upper end surfaces of two sides of the top end cover 31, the other end of the infrared sensor 33 is exposed to work, when birds approach or fall on the power transmission line 6, the infrared sensors 33 in the bird repelling devices on two sides of the section of power transmission line detect the existence of the birds, sensing signals are transmitted to the main control chip 42, the main control chip 42 sends control signals to enable the bird repelling devices to be switched from a dormant state to a working state, the vibrators generate vibration, the generated vibration is transmitted on the surface of the power transmission line in the form of vibration waves through the vibration pads, and the birds lose balance after sensing the vibration waves, so that the aim of repelling the birds is achieved; when the infrared sensor 33 detects that birds do not exist, sensing signals are transmitted to the main control chip 42, so that the device is restored to a dormant state; in the whole working process, the power transmission line is divided into a plurality of sections according to the specification and the length of the power transmission line, and bird repelling devices are arranged at certain intervals, so that the large-range bird repelling protection of the whole line is realized.

The main control chip: an STM32F107 chip; the system mainly comprises an STM32F107VCT6 microcontroller, an Ethernet communication based on a Cortex-M3 kernel, a multi-channel control function, a USB-OTG FS, a CAN bus, a USART, a DAC, a MEMS, an EEPROM and the like. The performance is high, the cost is low, the working application range is wide, and the use requirement is met;

an infrared sensor: the ohm dragon E3FA-TP21 is of a bijection type, a cable type structure is adopted, and the detection distance can reach 20 m;

a gravity sensor: the spoke type gravity sensor has a sensing range of 0-10 Kg;

the Bluetooth communication module: CC2541, low-power bluetooth module, the longest distance 110m is super long-range communication, satisfies the communication requirement.

Because the gravity sensor is used for sensing pressure in the device, the principle is similar to that of an electronic scale, but the main part is a signal acquisition circuit of the gravity sensor, the signal acquisition circuit is an integrated circuit, the technology is mature, and the gravity sensor is a known technology:

STM32F107 official manual, wherein the protocol related to the sensor interface, include UART, SPI, IIC, EXTI, GPIO port extension; ohm dragon E3FA-TP21 and the official specification of a spoke type gravity sensor, wherein interface parameters are set.

The device is uniformly installed on lines with more birds at intervals, for example, 100 meters of long electric wires are installed, and 4 devices are installed, so that the whole power transmission line is not damaged by the birds; the device weighs about 0.3 kilogram and cannot affect the load of the power transmission line.

As shown in fig. 8 and 13, the control module 4 includes a controller device and a control port device; the controller device comprises a control mainboard 41, a main control chip 42 and 6 indicator lamps 43, wherein the control mainboard 41 is installed on the inner wall of a long frame 15 of a shell 12 of the bird repelling main body 1 (see fig. 3), the control mainboard 41 is installed on the inner wall of the frame of the bird repelling main body 1 through an adjustable fixing frame, the main control chip 42 is fixedly installed on the control mainboard 41 and is connected with pins through chip slots, and the indicator lamps 43 are all six and are sequentially installed on the control panel 41 by taking the main control chip as a center, wherein the indicator lamps are turned on to indicate a charging state, a main control chip working state, a gravity sensor working state, an infrared sensor working state and a Bluetooth communication module working state, and are used for preliminarily judging whether fault points exist in the device according to the states of the indicator lamps during inspection or maintenance; the control port device comprises a control mainboard port and a sensing module port, the control mainboard port comprises a first control mainboard port 441, a second control mainboard port 442 and a third control mainboard port 443, and the control mainboard port is sequentially mounted on the control panel by taking the main control chip as the center, wherein the first control mainboard port 441 is connected with the vibration motor interface 71 to enable signals to be used for controlling the vibration motor to send out vibration waves, the second control mainboard port 442 is connected with the gravity sensor 32 to receive transmission signals, the third control mainboard port 443 is connected with the infrared sensor 33 to receive another transmission signal, the sensing module port comprises a first sensing module port 461, a second sensing module port 462 and a third sensing module port 463, which are sequentially mounted on the bottom end surface of the top end cover (see fig. 7), wherein the first sensing module port 461 is the leading-out port of the gravity sensor 32, the second sensing module port 462 and the third sensing module port 463 are respectively lead-out ports of the two infrared sensors 33, and the third control board port 443 is connected to send transmission signals to the main control chip 42.

The main control chip 42 receives the induction signal and sends a control signal to enable the bird repelling device to be switched from a dormant state to a working state, so that the vibrator generates vibration, the generated vibration is conducted on the surface of the power transmission line in a vibration wave mode through the vibration pad, and birds lose balance after sensing the vibration wave, so that the aim of repelling the birds is fulfilled; the transmission of vibration waves on the surface of the power transmission line is not equal to the vibration of a wire, and the guide vibration refers to the periodic motion of the wire and is divided into high-frequency micro-amplitude breeze vibration, medium-frequency middle-amplitude sub-span vibration and low-frequency large-amplitude waving according to the difference of frequency and amplitude; tarsal plantar and ungual areas of the exposed feet of birds, which had scaly, horny crusts on their surfaces, but contained a number of tactile receptors, and were easily felt by the presence of vibrations; the difficult point that this bird repellent device needs to solve lies in the settlement of vibration, its key point lies in the settlement of vibrating motor rotational speed, the rotational speed is faster, the vibration effect is showing more, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing transmission line safety and stability, select 24V 6000R's vibrating motor, the vibration effect of its production reaches the expectation, still need simultaneously according to transmission line's actual conditions, after obtaining the parameter according to the experiment, suitably adjust the rotational speed, and then obtain the vibration wave of ideal frequency and range, reach the vibration effect of certain distance and intensity, realize the most ideal bird effect of driving.

The vibrator 7 is shown in fig. 11 and comprises a housing, a vibration motor interface 71, a vibration pad 72 and a vibration motor; wherein, the vibrating motor is installed in the inside of vibrator casing, and the bottom of casing is equipped with a vibration pad 72 additional, and the vibration pad is the arc, and the radian matches with transmission cable. The vibrator is based on the prior known device, the base is removed, and the arc-shaped vibration pad 72 is additionally arranged, so that the contact surface of the vibrator 7 and the power transmission line 6 is larger, and the vibration effect is stronger; meanwhile, the common mounting mode of the vibrator is a base mounting mode, the vibrator is mounted in a corresponding base through a buckle or a screw, the vibrator 7 of the bird repelling device is integrally cylindrical, a through hole mounting mode is ingeniously adopted, the base is partially omitted to reduce the weight of the bird repelling device, the diameter of the through hole is slightly larger than that of the vibrator, an annular buckle is arranged on an upper mounting plate around the through hole to clamp the vibrator 7, and the vibrator 7 is not easy to excessively shift from the up-down direction of the through hole to cause falling off; meanwhile, the diameter of the vibrator mounting hole is slightly larger than that of the vibrator, a circle of homogeneous salient points are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the vibrator mounting hole, and the vibrator 7 is clamped tightly and simultaneously the vibration in the horizontal direction is enhanced; the vibration motor interface 71 is connected with the second discharging interface 532, so that the vibration motor normally works, when the vibration motor works, generated vibration mainly acts on the surface of the power transmission line through a vibration pad, the vibration can be transmitted in a multipoint outward mode through homogeneous bumps, and the vibration generated in the device is used for driving birds staying on the power transmission line and the bird repelling device through the combination of the vibration motor interface 71 and the second discharging interface.

Compared with the prior bird repelling device structure, the mounting position of the vibrator of the invention does not act on a target independently, such as being placed inside the device for internal vibration or being placed on the surface of the device for external vibration; the device is arranged in a through hole in the device, vibration generated in the device is used for driving birds staying on the bird repelling device, and vibration outside the device is conducted along the surface of the power transmission line in a vibration wave mode and is used for driving the birds staying on the power transmission line; the mechanism is as follows: the conventional vibrator is installed in a base installation mode, the vibrator is installed in a corresponding base through a buckle or a screw, the vibrator of the bird repelling device is integrally cylindrical, a through hole installation mode is ingeniously adopted, the diameter of the through hole is slightly larger than that of the vibrator, a circular buckle is arranged at the through hole, the vibrator 7 is clamped in the corresponding circular buckle in the through hole, and a circle of homogeneous salient points are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the vibrator, so that vibration is transmitted in a multipoint outward mode, simple attaching type transmission is not adopted, vibration loss is reduced, and internal vibration is more obvious; and thus the structure is small and exquisite, and excessive load can not be brought to the cable.

The main control chip 42 is connected to the gravity sensor 32, the infrared sensor 33, the bluetooth communication module 45, the energy storage battery 51, and the vibrator 7, as shown in fig. 12.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the power supply module 5 includes an energy storage battery 51, a solar panel 54, and a power interface device; the energy storage battery 51 is arranged on the inner wall of the long frame 15 of the shell 12 of the bird repelling main body 1 (see fig. 2), and the energy storage battery 51 is arranged on the inner wall of the frame of the bird repelling main body 1 through an adjustable fixing frame; the solar cell panel 51 is assembled on the upper end face of the top end cover 31; the power interface device comprises a control mainboard power interface 55, a solar panel power interface 56 and an energy storage battery power interface, wherein the control mainboard power interface 55 is fixed on the control mainboard 41 and is used for connecting an energy storage battery 51 to enable the control mainboard 41 to work normally, the solar panel power interface 56 is fixed on the bottom end face of the top end cover 31 (see fig. 7), the energy storage battery power interface comprises a charging interface 52 and three discharging interfaces which are respectively a discharging interface I531, a discharging interface II 532 and a discharging interface III 533 and are distributed on two sides of the energy storage battery 51, wherein the charging interface 52 is connected with the solar panel power interface 56 to charge the energy storage battery 51, the discharging interface I531 and the control mainboard power interface 55 enable the control mainboard 41 to supply power for the gravity sensor 32, the infrared sensor 33 and the Bluetooth communication module 45, the second discharging interface 532 is connected with the vibration motor interface 71 so that the vibrator 7 works normally, and the third discharging interface 533 will be used as a spare power supply interface.

The Bluetooth communication module 45 adopts a Bluetooth chip, the Bluetooth communication module 45 is connected with the main control chip 42, the main control chip 42 processes the collected signals from the gravity sensor 32 and the infrared sensor 33 and then transmits the processed signals to the Bluetooth communication module 45, and the Bluetooth communication module 45 transmits the processed signals to the adjacent bird repelling devices; meanwhile, the Bluetooth communication module 45 can receive signals sent by other adjacent bird repelling devices, transmit the real-time conditions between the adjacent bird repelling devices to the main control chip 42 and make corresponding feedback, and the Bluetooth communication module 45 is in two-way communication with the main control chip 42 and is used for controlling the bird repelling devices to be in a working state or a dormant state; the bluetooth communication module is installed on the control main board 41.
