Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen utensils, in particular to a method and a device for integrating a kitchen utensil on a table top of a cabinet.

Background

Modern home decoration's new-type kitchen often integrates kitchen utensils in the cupboard, and the gas cooking utensils of domestic kitchen, for convenient operation and compromise whole pleasing to the eye, often adopt embedded mounting means, just open a mounting hole on the cupboard mesa, put into the mounting hole of cupboard mesa with embedded cooking utensils drain pan, the panel of cooking utensils is then placed on the cupboard mesa, realizes embedded installation. The method has the advantages that the kitchen range is embedded into the cabinet after being installed and integrated with the gas kitchen range, the whole body is attractive, the kitchen range is fixed in the installation hole of the table top during operation, the kitchen range cannot move up and down and left and right, and the cooking operation on the kitchen range is convenient; the panel embedded with the kitchen range is placed on the table top of a cabinet, and the kitchen range is frequently taken out due to maintenance and adjustment of the kitchen range, the panel of the kitchen range cannot be sealed or bonded on the table top of the cabinet, gaps exist between the table top of the cabinet and the panel of the kitchen range, clean water and cooking oil stains permeate from the gaps and flow into the cabinet below the kitchen range, and storage of articles in the cabinet is affected. And the cleaning is sanitary and inconvenient because the table surface of the cupboard and the panel of the kitchen range are uneven.

In order to solve the problem, the prior art often adopts an integrated cooker to replace an independent embedded cooker, the integrated cooker integrates a cooker, a range hood, a disinfection cabinet and a steam oven, a cabinet body with fixed length and width as same as a cabinet is manufactured, height adjusting screws on four feet of the integrated cooker are adjusted during installation, the height of the integrated cooker is as same as the height of a table board of the cabinet, the table board of the cabinet is in touch connection with two ends of the table board of the integrated cooker to form a cabinet surface combination body with the same integral height, a smoke pipe of the range hood of the integrated cooker is placed at the bottom of the cabinet and connected to a public flue, and the method has the advantages that the table board of the integrated cooker and the table board of the cabinet are integrated, the height and the width are consistent, water seepage is prevented, cleaning and sanitation is facilitated, but compared with the embedded cooker, the integrated cooker has more defects and is mainly shown in the following steps: 1. the price is high, which is more than one time higher than that of the common smoke stove set; 2. the collocation has limitations, the integrated kitchen range has single style, less choice and unmatched style; 3. the integrated kitchen range is inconvenient to install, a smoke pipe of a smoke machine of the integrated kitchen range is placed at the bottom of a cabinet, and the diameter of the smoke pipe is larger than the space of cabinet feet, so that the production difference between the cabinet of the integrated kitchen range and a conventional kitchen range is large, and the inconvenience is brought to the installation of the integrated kitchen range and the production of the cabinet; 4. the integrated cooker is difficult to clean and maintain, the integrated degree of the integrated cooker is higher, the deep cleaning is difficult, the integrated cooker is required to be integrally pulled out of a cabinet during maintenance, and the integrated cooker is heavy and is not easy to move, so that the maintenance is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a method and a device for integrating a cooking utensil on a cabinet table, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art brought forward by the background art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: in a first aspect, the present invention provides a method of integrating a cooktop on a cabinet top, comprising a height H1 between a burner of the cooktop to a panel of the cooktop and a height H2 between a switch device of the cooktop to the panel of the cooktop; setting heights of a burner and a switch device of a standard kitchen range to a panel to be T1 and T2, and the thickness of a cabinet table top to be M, then H1= T1+ M, H2= T2+ M; when the kitchen range is integrated, a kitchen range hole is formed in the kitchen range top corresponding to the size, shape and position of the furnace end in the position where the kitchen range is installed on the kitchen range top, a switch hole is formed in the kitchen range top corresponding to the size, shape and position of the switch device, the kitchen range is placed below the kitchen range top, the furnace end with the height of H1 can extend out of the furnace end hole, and the switch device with the height of H2 extends out of the switch hole. Fixing the kitchen range by a special kitchen range fixing device, hoisting the kitchen range below the cabinet table-board, and fixing the switch device on the cabinet table-board by a special switch fixing device.

Preferably, in the method, the furnace end height T1 is extended to H1, or the furnace end with the H1 height is produced, or a movable joint extending device with the M height is additionally arranged on the furnace end with the T1 height; similarly, the switching device is to realize the extension of the height T2 of the furnace end to H2, or to manufacture the switching device with the height H1, or to add a loose joint switching extension device with the height M.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a device for integrating a kitchen range on a cabinet table top, which comprises the cabinet table top and the kitchen range, wherein the kitchen range is provided with a furnace end and a valve body handle, and the furnace end and the valve body handle are both higher than the thickness of the cabinet table top; a stove head hole and a switch hole are respectively formed in the position where the kitchen range is installed on the table top of the cabinet, the size, the shape and the position of the stove head hole correspond to the size, the shape and the position of the stove head, and the size, the shape and the position of the switch hole correspond to the size, the shape and the position of the valve body handle; the kitchen range is hung below the cabinet table board through the furnace end, the water receiving disc and the water disc screw, and the valve body handle is fixed on the cabinet table board through the valve body screw rod and the waterproof nut.

Preferably, the burner is installed in a stove bottom shell of the stove, a stove valve body is further installed in the stove bottom shell, the stove valve body is provided with the valve body handle, and the valve body screw rod connected with the switch valve body is sleeved outside the valve body handle; the stove is characterized in that a stove panel is covered on the stove bottom shell and fixed on the stove head, a stove head screw hole of the stove head is reserved on the stove panel, and a water receiving disc mounting hole corresponding to the stove head screw hole is formed in the water receiving disc.

Preferably, the water pan is a hollow concentric disc, the water pan is fastened on the cabinet table-board outside the burner hole, the burner extends out from the burner hole and the water pan, the water pan screw connects the burner, the cabinet table-board and the water pan together, and the stove is fixed under the cabinet table-board.

Preferably, as for the above technical solution, the valve body handle and the valve body screw rod extend out of the switch hole, a switch label is covered on the switch hole, the switch label is provided with a label hole, the label hole is sleeved outside the valve body screw rod, the waterproof nut is screwed on the valve body screw rod, and the valve body handle is clamped on the cabinet table-board outside the switch hole through the switch label.

Preferably, a stove frame is placed on the water receiving disc, and a fire distributor is installed on the stove head in the middle of the stove frame.

The invention has the advantages that the technology increases the height of the furnace end and the switch device of the stove by the thickness of the cabinet table-board, the position of the cabinet table-board for installing the stove is provided with the furnace end hole corresponding to the size, the shape and the position of the furnace end, the cabinet table-board is provided with the switch hole corresponding to the size, the shape and the position of the switch device, the stove is arranged under the cabinet table-board, the furnace end can extend out of the furnace end hole, the switch device extends out of the switch hole and is fixed on the cabinet table-board, the stove panel is integrated on the cabinet table-board, the cabinet table-board and the stove panel are combined into a whole, the installation gap between the stove panel and the cabinet table-board is eliminated, the cleaning is convenient, and the technology has the characteristics of low production and installation cost and simple maintenance and disassembly.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a method and a device for integrating a kitchen range on a cabinet table top, wherein the height H1 between a burner of the kitchen range and a panel of the kitchen range and the height H2 between a switch device of the kitchen range and the panel of the kitchen range are provided; setting heights of a burner and a switch device of a standard kitchen range to a panel to be T1 and T2, and the thickness of a cabinet table top to be M, then H1= T1+ M, H2= T2+ M; when the kitchen range is integrated, a kitchen range hole is formed in the kitchen range top corresponding to the size, shape and position of the furnace end in the position where the kitchen range is installed on the kitchen range top, a switch hole is formed in the kitchen range top corresponding to the size, shape and position of the switch device, the kitchen range is placed below the kitchen range top, the furnace end with the height of H1 can extend out of the furnace end hole, and the switch device with the height of H2 extends out of the switch hole. Fixing the kitchen range by a special kitchen range fixing device, hoisting the kitchen range below the cabinet table-board, and fixing the switch device on the cabinet table-board by a special switch fixing device.

The device structure principle that the kitchen range is integrated on the table top of the cabinet is as follows: as shown in fig. 1-4, when the kitchen range (2) and the cabinet table-board (1) are integrated, the difference between the kitchen range and the common embedded kitchen range is reflected, firstly, a set of water pan (3) installed on the table-board is added, the inner diameter of the water pan is slightly larger than that of the stove head (28), a water pan installation hole (31) is arranged on the water pan, the position of the hole corresponds to a stove head screw hole (281) arranged on the stove head (28), the shape of the water pan (3) corresponds to that of the stove frame (21), and the whole kitchen range is hoisted by the water pan (3), so the water pan (3) is made of a stainless steel plate with the thickness larger than 2 mm.

When the kitchen range (2) and the cabinet table top (1) are integrated, the furnace end (28) and the valve body handle (241) are higher than the thickness of the cabinet table top (1).

When the kitchen range (2) and the cabinet table top (1) are integrated, the kitchen range is embodied on the open hole of the cabinet table top (1), the cabinet table top (1) is not provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the bottom shell of the kitchen range any longer, but the positions of the kitchen range on the cabinet table top (1) and the positions of the furnace end (28) and the valve body handle (241) of the kitchen range are arranged, and the furnace end hole (11) corresponding to the shape and the size of the furnace end (28) and the switch hole (12) corresponding to the shape and the size of the valve body handle (241) are arranged.

The structure and the installation method of the kitchen range integrated on the table top of the cabinet are as follows: when the water pan is installed, a stove is placed below a cabinet table board (1), a stove head (28) extends out of a stove head hole (11), a valve body handle (241) extends out of a switch hole (12), a water pan (3) is buckled on the cabinet table board (1) outside the stove head hole (11), and a water pan screw (23) penetrates through a water pan installation hole (31) and is screwed with a stove head screw hole (281); the switch label (26) is buckled on a cabinet table board (1) outside a furnace head hole switch hole (12), a valve body handle (241) extends out of a mounting hole of the switch label (26), a waterproof nut (25) is screwed on a valve body screw rod (251), a stove (2) is hung on the cabinet table board (1) through a water tray screw (23) and the waterproof nut (25), finally, a stove frame (21) is placed on a water tray (3), and a knob (24) is installed on the valve body handle (241).
