Background

The hair straightening device is common in the hairdressing industry, and generally comprises a hair straightening cavity for accommodating hair, however, the hair is placed in the hair straightening cavity to be in a dough shape or overlapped together by the existing hair straightening device every time, so that the hair cannot be uniformly distributed and heated, and the hair straightening effect is not ideal.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the hair-straightening accessory capable of uniformly distributing hair in the hair-straightening cavity.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the hair-straightening accessory, the first clamping piece is elastically connected with the first side body, and the second clamping piece is elastically connected with the second side body, so that after hair enters the hair-straightening cavity, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece retreat to clamp the hair and the hair is uniformly distributed.

Preferably, the first side portion 1 is formed with a third introduction surface 111 corresponding to the entrance, the second side portion 2 is formed with a fourth introduction surface 211 corresponding to the entrance, both the third introduction surface 111 and the fourth introduction surface 211 are curved, and the third introduction surface 111 and the fourth introduction surface 211 cooperate to form an opening gradually increasing in size from inside to outside.

Referring to fig. 3 to 11, a first positioning element 14 and a second positioning element 24 are respectively erected at the first air outlet 102 and the second air outlet 202, the first positioning element 14 is supported between two opposite edges of the first side body 11 forming the first air outlet 102, and the second positioning element 24 is supported between two opposite edges of the second side body 21 forming the second air outlet 202.

The first side body 11 includes a first peripheral plate 15 and a first air guiding plate 16 enclosing with the first peripheral plate 15 to form a first drainage cavity 101, one side edge of the first peripheral plate 15 is connected with one side edge of the first air guiding plate 16, the other side edge of the first peripheral plate 15 is matched with the other side edge of the first air guiding plate 16 to form a first air outlet 102, the second side body 21 includes a second peripheral plate 25 and a second air guiding plate 26 enclosing with the second peripheral plate 25 to form a second drainage cavity 201, one side edge of the second peripheral plate 25 is connected with one side edge of the second air guiding plate 26, and the other opposite side edge of the second peripheral plate 25 is matched with the other opposite side edge of the second air guiding plate 26 to form a second air outlet 202.

The first positioning member 14 comprises a first connecting strip 141 and a plurality of first separating plates 142 connected to the first connecting strip 141, the first connecting strip 141 is connected to the edge of the first peripheral plate 15 forming the first air outlet 102, the first separating plates 142 are connected to the edge of the first air deflector 16 forming the first air outlet 102, the plurality of first separating plates 142 are arranged at intervals to divide the first air outlet 102 into a plurality of first air outlet holes 140 for supplying hot air to blow from the first air-guiding cavity 101 to the hair-straightening cavity 30, and the first separating plates 142 themselves play a supporting role; the second positioning element 24 includes a second connecting bar 241 and a plurality of second separating plates 242 connected to the second connecting bar 241, the second connecting bar 241 is connected to the edge of the second outer panel 25 forming the second air outlet 202, the second separating plates 242 are connected to the edge of the second air guiding plate 26 forming the second air outlet 202, the plurality of second separating plates 242 are arranged at intervals to divide the second air outlet 202 into a plurality of second air outlets (not shown, refer to the first air outlets), and the second separating plates 242 themselves play a supporting role.

A first groove 1420 is formed on a side surface of the first partition plate 142 away from the first connecting bar 141, the first groove 1420 is clamped on an edge of the first air guiding plate 16 forming the first air outlet 102, a second groove 2420 is formed on a side surface of the second partition plate 242 away from the second connecting bar 241, and the second groove 2420 is clamped on an edge of the second air guiding plate 26 forming the second air outlet 202. Preferably, a plurality of the first separation sheets are disposed in parallel, a plurality of the second separation sheets are disposed in parallel, the first separation sheets may be perpendicular to the first connection bars 141 or inclined with respect to the first connection bars 141, and the second separation sheets may be perpendicular to the second connection bars 241 or inclined with respect to the second connection bars 241.

The side of the first connecting strip 141 departing from the first partition plate 142 is convexly provided with a first limiting convex rib 1411, the first peripheral plate 15 is provided with a first limiting groove 151 matched with the first limiting convex rib 1411, the side of the second connecting strip 241 departing from the second partition plate 242 is convexly provided with a second limiting convex rib 2411, and the second peripheral plate 25 is provided with a second limiting groove 251 matched with the second limiting convex rib 2411.

A first accommodating groove 150 is formed on the edge of the first peripheral plate 15 forming the first air outlet 102, a first connecting piece 121 is connected to a side of the first clamping piece 12 away from the second clamping piece 22, the first connecting piece 121 is perpendicular to the first clamping piece 12, a first mounting convex rib 122 is connected to a side of the first connecting piece 121 away from the first clamping piece 12, the first mounting convex rib 122 is parallel to the first clamping piece 12, the first mounting convex rib 122 and the first clamping piece 12 respectively extend in opposite directions relative to the first connecting piece 121, the first mounting convex rib 122 is located in the first accommodating groove 150, a first convex column 123 is convexly arranged on a side surface of the first mounting convex rib 122 away from the first clamping piece 12, a first spring 124 is sleeved on the first convex column 123, the first spring 124 abuts between a side wall of the first accommodating groove 150 and the first mounting convex rib 122, and meanwhile, the first mounting convex rib 122 is clamped between the bottom of the first accommodating groove 150 and the first connecting piece 121, the first clip 12 moves along the elastic direction of the first spring 124, the first connecting bar 141 has a first mounting surface 1401 abutting against the notch of the first receiving groove 150, and the first mounting surface 1401 plays a role in positioning and guiding the first connecting piece 121; a second accommodating groove 250 is formed on the edge of the second enclosing plate 25 forming the second air outlet 202, a second connecting piece 221 is connected on one side of the second clamping piece 22 departing from the first clamping piece 12, the second connecting piece 221 is perpendicular to the second clamping piece 22, a second mounting convex rib 222 is connected on the side of the second connecting piece 221 departing from the second clamping piece 22, the second mounting convex rib 222 is parallel to the second clamping piece 22, the second mounting convex rib 222 and the second clamping piece 22 respectively extend along opposite directions relative to the second connecting piece 221, the second mounting convex rib 222 is located in the second accommodating groove 250, a second convex column 223 is convexly arranged on the side of the second mounting convex rib 222 departing from the second clamping piece 22, a second spring 224 is sleeved on the second convex column 223, the second spring 224 abuts between one side wall of the second accommodating groove 250 and the second mounting convex rib 222, and meanwhile, the second mounting convex rib 222 is clamped between one side wall of the second accommodating groove 250 and the second connecting strip 241, the second clip 22 moves along the elastic direction of the second spring 224, the second connecting bar 241 has a second mounting surface 2401 abutting against the notch of the second receiving slot 250, and the first mounting surface 2401 plays a role in positioning and guiding the second connecting piece 221.

It is understood that the first and second bosses 123 and 223 respectively function as a guide for the first and second springs 124 and 224 and may not be provided.

Furthermore, the side of the first clip 12 facing away from the hair straightening cavity 30 is formed as a first flow guiding surface 126, the first flow guiding surface 126 is concave towards the hair straightening cavity 30, and a third spacer 125 is arranged on the first flow guiding curved surface corresponding to each first spacer; the side of the second clip 22 facing away from the hair-straightening cavity 30 is formed as a second guiding surface 226, the second guiding surface 226 is concave towards the hair-straightening cavity 30, and a fourth spacer 225 is disposed on the curved surface of the second guiding surface corresponding to each second spacer.

Preferably, the first receiving groove 150, the first connecting strip 141, the first limiting convex rib, the first connecting strip 121, the first mounting convex rib 122, the second receiving groove 250, the second connecting strip 241, the second limiting convex rib, the second connecting sheet 221, and the second mounting convex rib 222 are all in a strip shape, and the first receiving groove 150 and the second receiving groove 250 can be divided into a plurality of grooves according to the first protruding column 123 and the second protruding column 223 respectively, correspondingly, the first limiting convex rib, the first mounting convex rib 122, the second limiting convex rib, and the second mounting convex rib 222 can be set to be in a plurality.

In other embodiments, other elastic connection manners may be adopted between the first clip 12 and the first side body 11 and between the second clip 22 and the second side body 21, for example, the first protruding pillar 123 may be disposed on the other opposite side surface of the first strip-shaped protruding rib, that is, the side surface of the first strip-shaped protruding rib facing the hair straightening cavity 30, and the second protruding pillar 223 is disposed on the first protruding pillar 123; in addition, the first spring 124 and the second spring 224 may be other elastic members, such as members made of a material having elasticity.

The sleeve 3, the first side portion 1 and the second side portion 2 are integrally coupled and divided into an upper case and a lower case in a direction perpendicular to the hair-straightening chamber 30 to facilitate assembly of the internal components.

Preferably, the blowing hair straightening accessory is cylindrical in shape.
