In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises: the computer transmits signals to a projector arranged in a classroom to project rhythmically converted image content or cartoon content which is continuous numbers or continuous Chinese phonetic letters or continuous English letters or different animal species or different objects or different names of classmates, so that students in the classroom can observe and exercise eyes along with rolling or jumping and/or intermittent and/or converted displayed images or cartoons; the intelligent video analysis software and/or the intelligent face recognition software in the computer are connected with a microphone installed in a classroom, students read rhythmically converted image content or cartoon content in the classroom in time through the microphone, and after the computer receives voice replies of the students through the intelligent video analysis software and/or the intelligent face recognition software and judges that the image content or the cartoon content of the student interactive voice replies are correct, the computer enables the image content or the cartoon content to be converted rhythmically, continuously or discontinuously.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention also provides a device for protecting eyesight of students during learning, which comprises a control device and a camera, wherein the control device is a computer, two or three cameras facing the students and a desktop are arranged at different positions at the upper part in front of a classroom, and a piece of intelligent video analysis software and/or a piece of intelligent face recognition software connected with the cameras are arranged in the computer; the camera tracks and/or captures 2D or 3D information of the position of each student's eye and the position of the desktop.

In an optional embodiment, a wall-mounted television facing students is installed in front of a classroom or a projector is installed on the top of the classroom, and the computer is respectively connected with the camera and the wall-mounted television or the projector; the camera tracks and/or photographs the eyes of each student.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention also provides a method for protecting eyesight for students, which is applied to a device for protecting eyesight for students to study, the device comprising two or three cameras installed at different positions on the upper front of a classroom and facing the students and a desktop, and a wall-mounted television installed on the front of the classroom and facing the students, the method comprising: a control system of the wall-mounted television is installed in a shell behind a display screen of the wall-mounted television, and intelligent video analysis software and/or intelligent face recognition software connected with the camera are installed in the control system of the wall-mounted television; the camera tracks and/or shoots the position of eyes of each student and the position of the desktop, and when the distance between the eyes of a certain student and the desktop is measured by the intelligent video analysis software and/or the intelligent face recognition software in the wall-mounted television according to 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera and is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight, the wall-mounted television sends prompt words and/or prompt voice for enabling the eyes of the certain student to be far away from the desktop; the light spots or the images or the cartoons are displayed on a display screen of the wall-mounted television, the light spots or the images or the cartoons are displayed in a rhythmic rolling type, a striding type and/or a discontinuous way in the directions of two points, or triangles, or four corners, or rings, or four sides, and the eyes of the students observe the light spots or the images or the cartoons displayed in a rolling type, a jumping type and/or a discontinuous way to exercise the eyes.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention also provides a device for protecting eyesight of students during learning, which comprises cameras and control equipment, wherein the control equipment is a wall-mounted television, two or three cameras are arranged at different positions on the upper part in front of a classroom and face students and a desktop, the wall-mounted television is arranged in front of the classroom and face students, a control system of the wall-mounted television is arranged in a shell behind a display screen of the wall-mounted television, and intelligent video analysis software and/or intelligent face recognition software connected with the cameras are arranged in the control system of the wall-mounted television; the wall-mounted television is used for controlling the camera to track and/or shoot the eyes of each student or the 2D or 3D information of the positions of the eyes and the desktop of each student through a control system installed in the wall-mounted television.

First embodiment

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for protecting eyesight for students during learning according to an embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 1, an apparatus for protecting eyesight of students during learning provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a control device and a camera 2, where the control device is a smart phone 3 or a computer 29, one, two, or three cameras 2 facing students and a desktop 6 are installed at different positions in a room at home, and a piece of intelligent video analysis software 1 and/or a piece of intelligent face recognition software 5 connected to the camera 2 are installed in the smart phone 3 or the computer 29; the camera 2 tracks and/or captures 2D information or 3D information of the positions of the student's eyes and the position of the tabletop 6.

When the distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 measured by the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight by the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 through the software for smart video analysis 1 and/or the software for smart face recognition 5, the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice and/or prompt music for the eyes of the student to be far away from the desktop 6. The healthy distance for protecting eyesight is the proper distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 during learning.

Optionally, the smartphone 3 or the computer 29 is also connected to the projector 16 wirelessly or by wire. The smartphone 3 or the computer 29 transmits a signal to the projector 16 to control the projector 16 to project on a wall or a curtain in a rhythmic manner, so that the student can observe and exercise the eyes along with the rolling or striding and/or intermittent light spots or images or cartoons in two points, a triangle, a four-corner, a ring or a plurality of directions. The projector 16 according to this embodiment may be a pico projector.

Second embodiment

Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for protecting eyesight of a student according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for protecting eyesight of a student according to an embodiment of the present application.

The embodiment provides a method for protecting eyesight of students, which is suitable for a device for protecting eyesight of students, and as shown in fig. 1, the device comprises a smart phone 3 or a computer 29 and 1 or 2 or 3 cameras 2 installed at different positions in a room at home and facing students and a desktop 6, wherein the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 is connected with the cameras 2 in a wired or wireless manner, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for protecting eyesight of students comprises the following steps: step 21, installing software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which is connected with the camera 2, in the smart phone 3 or the computer 29; step 22, the camera 2 tracks and/or shoots the positions of the eyes of the student and the position of the desktop 6; step 23, when the distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 measured by the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight by the smart phone 1 or the computer 29 through the smart video analysis software 1 and/or the smart face recognition software 5, the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voices and/or prompt music for the eyes of the student to be far away from the desktop 6. With respect to the method steps of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, if the same or similar steps or operations appear in other subsequent embodiments, reference may be made to the step designations in fig. 2, and no further step designation of the flow process is given in other embodiments.

Optionally, the method further comprises: the intelligent video analysis software 1 is special simple micro-version software of an intelligent video analysis system software for a student to learn a method for protecting eyesight, eliminates redundant functions except for a function required by the student to learn the method for protecting eyesight in the intelligent video analysis system software, can be installed in the intelligent mobile phone 3 or the computer 29 for operation, and meets the working condition of a device and a method for protecting eyesight for the student to learn; and/or the intelligent face recognition software 5 is a special simple miniature version software for the method for protecting eyesight for students, eliminates redundant functions except for the function required by the method for protecting eyesight for students, can be installed in the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 for operation, and meets the working condition of the device and the method for protecting eyesight for students. In the following embodiments, the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition may also be installed in a desktop computer 38 or a wall-mounted television 37 for operation.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, another method for students to learn to protect eyesight comprises the following steps: step 31, the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 is further connected with the projector 16 in a wireless or wired manner; step 32, the smartphone 3 or the computer 29 transmits a signal to the projector 16 to control the projector 16 to project on a wall or a curtain in a rhythmic manner at two points, a triangle, a four-corner, a ring, or a plurality of directions in a rolling manner, a striding manner and/or a discontinuous manner, or in an image or cartoon manner, so that the eyes of the student can observe the light points, the images or the cartoon displayed in the rolling manner, the striding manner and/or the discontinuous manner to exercise the eyes; step 33, tracking and/or shooting the eyes of the student by the camera 2 which is wirelessly connected or in wired connection with the smart phone 3 or the computer 29; step 34, when the smartphone 3 or the computer 29 judges that the eyes of the student do not follow the light spots or images displayed in a rolling manner, a stepping manner and/or an intermittent manner or observe and exercise the eyes in a cartoon manner, the smartphone 3 or the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice and/or prompt music to the student. The smart phone 3 or the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice and/or prompt music to the student when judging that the eyes of the student do not follow two points or a triangle or four corners or a circle or light spots or images displayed in a rolling type, a stepping type and/or an intermittent type and a plurality of directions or observe and exercise the eyes by the smart phone 3 or the computer 29 according to the intelligent video analysis software 1 connected with the camera 2 and/or the intelligent face recognition software 5 according to the information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2. As shown in fig. 4, another apparatus for protecting eyesight for students to learn includes a desktop computer 38 and a camera 2, one or two or three cameras 2 facing students and a desktop 6 are installed on the desktop computer 38 in a staggered manner with a distance therebetween, and a piece of software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or a piece of software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which is connected to the camera 2, is installed in the desktop computer 38; the camera 2 tracks and/or captures 2D or 3D information of the positions of the student's eyes and/or the position of the tabletop 6.

Fourth embodiment

Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating still another method for a student to learn to protect eyesight according to an embodiment of the present application.

The embodiment provides a method for protecting eyesight for students, which is suitable for a device for protecting eyesight for students, and as shown in fig. 4, the device comprises a desktop computer 38 and 1 or 2 or 3 cameras 2 installed on the desktop computer 38 in a staggered manner with a distance therebetween, and facing to students and a desktop 6, the desktop computer 38 is connected with the cameras 2, as shown in fig. 5, and the method for protecting eyesight for students comprises the following steps: step 51, installing software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which is connected with the camera 2, in the desktop computer 38; step 52, tracking and/or shooting the positions of the eyes of the student and/or the position of the desktop 6 by the camera 2; step 53, when the desktop computer 38 measures, according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or photographed by the camera 2, that the distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop computer 38 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight by the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, or when the distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight, the desktop computer 38 issues a prompt text and/or a prompt voice and/or prompt music for the eyes of the student to be far away from the desktop computer 38 or from the desktop 6. The suitable distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 is a healthy distance for protecting eyesight of the student during learning, the suitable distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 38 is a healthy distance for protecting eyesight of the student during learning, and the suitable distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 6 is a healthy distance for protecting eyesight and is manually set or is automatically set by the desktop 38 according to the height and/or the age of the student, and the suitable distance between the eyes of the student and the desktop 38 is automatically set by the desktop 38.

Optionally, the method further comprises: the light spots or images or cartoons are displayed on the display screen of the desktop computer 38 and are slowly enlarged from small to large or reduced from large to small, and the eyes of the student observe and exercise the eyes along with the slowly enlarged light spots or images or cartoons or the slowly reduced light spots or images or cartoons from small to large.

Fifth embodiment

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another device for protecting eyesight for students during learning according to an embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application provides another apparatus for protecting eyesight for students to study, which includes a control device and a camera 2, wherein the control device is a computer 29, two or three cameras 2 facing the students and a desktop 6 are installed at different positions in the upper front part of a classroom, and a piece of software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or a piece of software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which is connected to the camera 2, is installed in the computer 29; the camera 2 tracks and/or captures 2D or 3D information of the position of each student's eye and the position of the tabletop 6. Or the control equipment is a server uniformly arranged in a school, the server is respectively connected with two or three cameras 2 which are arranged at different positions of the upper front part of each classroom and face students and a desktop 6, and software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or software 5 for intelligent face recognition which are connected with the cameras 2 are arranged in the server; the camera 2 tracks and/or photographs the position of each student's eye and the position of the tabletop 6 within each classroom.

Optionally, a wall-mounted television 37 facing students is installed in the front of a classroom or a projector 16 is installed on the top of the classroom, and the computer 29 is respectively connected with the camera 2 and the wall-mounted television 37 or the projector 16; the camera 2 tracks and/or photographs the eyes of each student.

Sixth embodiment

Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating still another method for a student to learn to protect eyesight according to an embodiment of the present application.

The embodiment provides a method for protecting eyesight for students, which is suitable for a device for protecting eyesight for students, and as shown in fig. 6, the device comprises a computer 29 and 2 or 3 cameras 2 which are arranged at different positions at the upper front part of a classroom and face to students and a desktop 6, the computer 29 is connected with the cameras 2, as shown in fig. 7, and the method for protecting eyesight for students comprises the following steps: step 71, installing software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which is connected with the camera 2, in the computer 29; step 72, tracking and/or shooting the position of each student eye and the position of the desktop 6 by the camera 2; step 73, when the computer 29 measures that the distance between the eyes of a certain student and the desktop 6 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 through the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice for the eyes of the certain student to be far away from the desktop 6. Or the computer 29 is a server uniformly arranged in a school, 2 or 3 cameras 2 facing students and a desktop 6 are arranged at different positions of the upper front part of each classroom, a piece of intelligent video analysis software 1 and/or a piece of intelligent face recognition software 5 arranged in the server are respectively connected with the cameras 2 arranged in each classroom, the cameras 2 track and/or shoot the positions of the eyes of each student in each classroom and the desktop 6, when the distance between the eyes of a student in a classroom and the desktop 6 measured by the server through the intelligent video analysis software 1 and/or the intelligent face recognition software 5 according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the cameras 2 is smaller than the healthy distance for protecting eyesight, the server issues a prompt text and/or a prompt voice to the eyes of a student in the classroom away from the desktop 6. Optionally, the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice to the certain student, which are displayed by an LED display screen installed in front of the classroom, or written information printed by the computer 29, or prompt on a blackboard newspaper, or conversation of the teacher. Optionally, the computer 29 may analyze that the distance between the eyes of a certain student and the desktop 6 is measured according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 by the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, and if the student is lying on the desktop and dozes off, the situation is excluded from sending a prompt to avoid false alarm.

Optionally, the method further comprises: the computer 29 measures the positions of the eyes of a certain student according to the 2D or 3D position information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 through the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, and determines the approximate positions of the eyes of the student according to the head characteristics tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 and/or the nose characteristics of each student. The computer algorithm for calculating the measurement and judgment of the approximate positions of the eyes of the students according to the head characteristics and/or the nose characteristics of the students tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 is simple, the accuracy requirement of monitoring and urging the healthy eyes of the students in a method for the students to learn and protect eyesight is met, and the software is simple, small and capable of being installed in the computer 29 to operate.

Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a wall-mounted television 37 installed in the front of the classroom and facing students or a projector 16 installed on the top of the classroom, wherein the computer 29 is also connected with the wall-mounted television 37 or the projector 16; based on this, the method further comprises: the computer 29 transmits signals to enable the display screen of the wall-mounted television 37 to display light spots or images or cartoons, the light spots or images or cartoons are rhythmically scrolled or stridingly and/or intermittently displayed in two-point or triangular or four-corner or annular or four-surface directions, or a piece of curtain or a wall or a blackboard is arranged in front of a classroom, the computer 29 transmits signals to enable the projector 16 to project the light spots or images or cartoons on the curtain or the wall or the blackboard, and the light spots or images or cartoons are rhythmically scrolled or stridingly and/or intermittently displayed in two-point or triangular or four-corner or annular or four-surface directions; the eyes of the students can exercise the eyes by following the rolling or jumping and/or intermittent displayed light spots or images or cartoon observation. Or when the computer 29 judges that the eyes of a certain student do not follow the light spots or images displayed in a rolling manner, a jumping manner and/or an intermittent manner or observe and exercise the eyes in a cartoon manner according to the information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2 through the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, the computer 29 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice for the certain student.

As shown in fig. 8, another method for students to learn to protect eyesight includes the following steps: step 81, the computer 29 transmits a signal to the projector 16 installed in the classroom to project rhythmically transformed image content or cartoon content which is continuous numbers or continuous Chinese phonetic letters or continuous English letters or different animal species or different objects or different names of classmates, so that students in the classroom can follow the rolling type or jumping type and/or intermittent and/or transforming the displayed image or cartoon to observe and train eyes; step 82, connecting the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition in the computer 29 with a microphone installed in a classroom, and reading out rhythmically transformed image content or cartoon content by students in the classroom in time through the microphone; and step 83, after the computer 29 receives the voice reply of the student through the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition and judges that the image content or the cartoon content of the student interaction voice reply is correct, the computer 29 enables the image content or the cartoon content to be changed in a rhythm or continuously or discontinuously. Or, the software 1 for intelligent video analysis and/or the software 5 for intelligent face recognition, which are installed in the computer 29 and connected to the microphone and/or the camera 2, recognize and determine that the student who correctly replies the image content or the animation content during interactive voice is the designated student, so that the image content or the animation content is changed rhythmically, continuously or intermittently.

Seventh embodiment

Fig. 9 is a flowchart of still another method for students to learn to protect eyesight according to an embodiment of the present application.

Or when the intelligent video analysis software 1 and/or the intelligent face recognition software 5 in the wall-mounted television 37 judge that the eyes of a certain student do not follow a rolling type or jumping type and/or intermittently displayed light spot or image or cartoon observation to exercise the eyes according to the information tracked and/or shot by the camera 2, the wall-mounted television 37 sends out prompt words and/or prompt voice for the certain student. In the embodiments described above:
