Background

The existing soymilk machine has the structure that a motor is directly locked on a machine head lower cover through a screw, and the other type is that the motor is locked on an aluminum seat through a threaded connection mode, and the aluminum seat is locked on the machine head lower cover through the screw. The motor is directly rigidly fixed in the two modes, the motor cannot compensate by adjusting the position of the motor when the load is large, the shaft seal is abraded greatly in the state, the motor can generate large noise, and the service life of the motor can be influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve at least one of above-mentioned technical problem, this application provides a soybean milk machine, and the motor passes through flexible mounting, can self-adaptation adjustment state, better cooperates with shaft seal, reduces shaft seal's wearing and tearing, and the noise is little under its operating condition, can effectively ensure the life of motor.

In order to achieve the purpose of the application, the invention provides a soybean milk machine, which comprises a cup body and a machine head arranged on the cup body, wherein the machine head comprises: a metal lower cover; the motor mounting seat is arranged in the metal lower cover and comprises a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat, the first mounting seat is positioned below the second mounting seat, and the middle of the second mounting seat is communicated; and the motor is provided with an installation part, the second installation seat is sleeved on the shell of the motor and is fixedly connected with the first installation seat, and the installation part is limited between the first installation seat and the second installation seat so as to install the motor on the motor installation seat.

Optionally, a limiting groove is defined between the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, the mounting portion is clamped in the limiting groove, and a movable gap is formed between the mounting portion and the groove wall of the limiting groove in the axial direction.

Optionally, the movable gap is 1-3 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the soybean milk machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the motor mounting seat comprises the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, the motor is provided with the mounting part which is limited between the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat, so that the motor is mounted on the motor mounting seat, the motor is mounted in a non-rigid fixing mode, and the motor can be flexibly mounted, so that the self state of the motor can be adaptively adjusted, the motor can be better matched with a shaft seal, the abrasion of the shaft seal is reduced, and the service life of the shaft seal is prolonged; when the load is great, the motor can compensate through adjusting self position, reduces its moment that receives, and the life of motor is more permanent.
