The straight-tube type pipeline liquid extractor according to claim 2, wherein the puncture drainage part further comprises a tube body and a fixed disk, the fixed disk is fixed inside the tube body, the first puncture needle is fixed on the fixed disk, the thinner end of the first puncture needle protrudes out of the tube body and faces the needle tube part, and both ends of the first puncture needle are provided with through holes and are communicated with each other.

The straight-tube type pipeline liquid extractor as claimed in claim 6, wherein the blood bag pipeline carrying part is movably disposed in the main body and located between the puncture liquid discharging part and the needle cylinder part, the blood bag pipeline carrying part is a cylinder with openings at two ends, a clamping opening is disposed on a side wall of the blood bag pipeline carrying part, and the clamping opening is used for clamping a blood bag pipeline filled with liquid to be extracted.

8. A liquid take-out method based on the straight-tube type piping liquid take-out device as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

s1, puncturing two ends of the blood bag pipeline,

s2, blowing air into the blood bag pipe from one end of the blood bag pipe,

Background

In recent years, a method for bioremediation therapy to severe xerophthalmia by extracting autologous serum from whole blood has appeared. The autologous serum contains auto-rich active polypeptide micromolecule repair factors and adhesive proteins, can effectively activate the re-secretion of lacrimal glands, repair the functions of the lacrimal glands, greatly relieve the symptoms of the xerophthalmia, such as redness of the eyes, foreign body sensation of the eyes and dry sensation of the eyes, and achieve the aim of relieving and curing the xerophthalmia. Meanwhile, the self-serum is applied, so that the eye-care product has no rejection, no anaphylactic reaction, no toxic or side effect and 100 percent safety, and is a new biological therapy for treating the eye dryness with the morbidity of more than 20 percent.

When the autologous serum is produced, the autologous serum is packaged in a tiny segmented blood bag catheter, the autologous serum in the pipeline is used for one time, and the autologous serum in the pipeline needs to be taken out during use.

However, because the reagent itself is thin, the method adopted conventionally is to cut one end of the blood bag tube, but the following problems exist: 1. the autologous serum is easy to overflow after being cut, so that the autologous serum is wasted; 2. the disinfection of scissors can not be paid particular attention to in the time of general user's cutting blood bag pipeline, leads to when cutting blood bag pipeline, can cause autologous serum's pollution 3, and the serum in the pipeline can not accurately instil into eyes because of lacking the location.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable straight-tube type liquid take-out device and a liquid take-out method using the same, which solve the above problems.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a straight barrel type pipeline liquid extractor comprising: the puncture drainage device comprises a main body, a puncture drainage part, a needle cylinder part and a blood bag pipeline bearing part, wherein the main body is hollow, the puncture drainage part is arranged at one end of the main body and can slide relative to the main body, the needle cylinder part is fixedly arranged at the other end of the main body, the blood bag pipeline bearing part is movably arranged in the main body, the puncture drainage part is provided with a first puncture needle, the needle cylinder part is provided with a second puncture needle, when the puncture drainage part moves to a certain state along the main body, the puncture drainage part is abutted against one end of the blood bag pipeline bearing part, and pushes the other end of the blood bag pipeline bearing part to be abutted against the needle cylinder part, the puncturing and liquid discharging part and the needle cylinder part respectively puncture two ends of the blood bag pipeline borne on the blood bag pipeline bearing part, the needle cylinder part can blow air into the blood bag pipeline to discharge liquid in the blood bag pipeline from the puncture liquid discharge part.

A liquid extraction method based on a straight cylinder type pipeline liquid extractor comprises the following steps:

s1, fixing the blood pipeline with the liquid to be taken out,

s2, puncturing two ends of the blood pipeline,

s3, blowing air into the blood bag pipe from one end of the blood pipe,

s4, the liquid to be taken out flows out from the other end of the blood pipeline.

The invention has the following effects: the straight-tube type pipeline liquid extractor is provided with a puncture liquid discharging part, a needle tube part and a blood bag pipeline bearing part, wherein the blood bag pipeline bearing part is used for bearing a blood pipeline filled with liquid to be extracted; the device has simple structure and very simple and convenient operation; the disposable use does not have too heavy economic burden; thereby avoiding the situation that the liquid is polluted due to the reuse.

The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

as shown in fig. 1-4, the straight-tube type pipeline liquid extractor provided by the present invention comprises a main body 1, a puncture drainage portion 2, a needle cylinder portion 3 and a blood bag pipeline carrying portion 4, wherein the main body 1 is hollow, the puncture drainage portion 2 is disposed at one end of the main body 1 and is slidable relative to the main body 1, the needle cylinder portion 3 is fixedly disposed at the other end of the main body 1, the blood bag pipeline carrying portion 4 is movably disposed in the main body 1, when the puncture drainage portion 2 slides to a certain state along the main body 1, the puncture drainage portion 2 abuts against one end of the blood bag pipeline carrying portion 4 and pushes the other end of the blood bag pipeline carrying portion 4 to abut against the needle cylinder portion 3, the puncture drainage portion 2 and the needle cylinder portion 3 respectively puncture both ends of the blood bag pipeline carried on the blood bag pipeline carrying portion 4, the needle cylinder 3 is capable of blowing air into the blood bag tube to discharge the liquid in the blood bag tube from the puncture drainage unit 2.

The blood bag conduit carrying part 4 is used for carrying a blood conduit containing liquid to be taken out.

The puncture drainage part 2 is used for pushing the blood bag pipeline bearing part 4 to be abutted against the needle cylinder part 3 and puncturing one end of a blood bag pipeline borne on the blood bag pipeline bearing part 4.

The needle cylinder part 3 is used for puncturing the other end of the blood bag pipeline carried on the blood bag pipeline carrying part 4 and blowing air into the blood pipeline.

The main body 1 is a cylinder body with openings at two ends, for convenience of description, the main body 1 is in contact with the puncturing and liquid discharging part 2 and is a first end part 11, and the main body 1 and the needle cylinder part 3 are fixed and are a second end part 12.

The first end portion 11 is provided with an abutment ring 111 projecting into the main body 1.

The needle cylinder 3 includes a needle cylinder tube 31, a second puncture needle 32 and a piston portion 33, the needle cylinder tube 31 is a hollow tube with both closed ends, the needle cylinder tube 31 is fixed to the second end 12, the second puncture needle 32 is disposed at one end of the needle cylinder tube 31 close to the puncture drainage portion 2 and is communicated with the inside of the needle cylinder tube 31, and the piston portion 33 is inserted at one end of the needle cylinder tube 31 far from the puncture drainage portion 2 and performs a piston motion relative to the needle cylinder tube 31.

The invention also provides a liquid extraction method using the straight-tube type pipeline liquid extractor, which comprises the following steps:

s1, puncturing two ends of the blood bag pipeline,

s2, blowing air into the blood bag pipe from one end of the blood bag pipe,

and S3, the liquid to be taken out flows out from the other end of the blood bag pipe.

In this embodiment, the step S1 includes the following steps:
