The implementation principle of this application embodiment intelligence temperature spoon does: when the spoon is used, the temperature display 4 is started by pressing the silica gel key 8, then the spoon head 1 is used for containing materials, the temperature of the materials in the spoon head 1 is timely transmitted to the temperature display 4 through the temperature sensing piece 5 to be displayed, a user can really determine whether the infant needs to be fed according to the temperature condition, the temperature detection efficiency is high, the accuracy is high, and when the spoon is not used, the temperature display 4 is closed by pressing the silica gel key 8 again; when the temperature display 4 runs out of electricity and cannot be used, the rear cover 22 is detached, the button cell is taken out and replaced, and the button cell can be continuously used after the rear cover 22 is covered.

The embodiment of the application further discloses a production process of the intelligent temperature display spoon.

As shown in fig. 7, a production process of the intelligent temperature display spoon sequentially comprises the steps of plastic shell injection molding, temperature display 4 and temperature sensing piece 5 assembling, plastic shell silica gel encapsulation, silica gel key 8 assembling, appearance detection, battery assembling, function testing, OQC spot check and packaging.

Firstly, the plastic shell is injection molded, the upper shell 211 and the lower shell 212 are respectively injection molded by adopting injection molds to obtain the upper shell 211 and the lower shell 212, the upper shell 211 and the lower shell 212 are covered to form the shell 21, the rear cover 22 is molded in the same way, the rear cover 22 and the shell 21 are separately molded, and finally the spoon handle 2 is formed.

The second step is to assemble the temperature display 4 and the temperature sensing element 5, install the temperature display 4 in the casing 21, install the temperature sensing element 5 on the supporting bar 23, and electrically connect the temperature sensing element 5 and the temperature display 4.

The third step is the silica gel encapsulation of the plastic shell, the ingredients are firstly carried out, the raw materials of the silica gel layer 3 comprise NE5150 silica gel and adhesive, then the second assembled component is subjected to dispensing, baking, vulcanization and molding to realize external encapsulation, an oil pressure molding machine is adopted for molding, the encapsulation of the shell 21 and the encapsulation of the rear cover 22 are separately and independently carried out, and the spoon head 1 and the silica gel layer 3 are formed on the spoon handle 2 after encapsulation treatment.

The fourth step is that the silica gel key 8 is assembled, the silica gel key 8 is manufactured in advance, and the silica gel key 8 is arranged in the perforation 31 of the silica gel layer 3 and is fixed through bonding and water proofing.

And the fifth step is appearance inspection, which is mainly used for inspecting whether the size is satisfied, whether color difference, salient points, five points, burrs and the like exist, and ensuring that the overall appearance has no defects.

The sixth step is battery assembling, opening the back cover 22, and putting the button battery into the slot 16 in the shell 21 to supply power to the temperature display 4.

And the seventh step is functional test, which simulates actual use and ensures that the temperature display 4 can normally and accurately display the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature sensing element 5 and the temperature display is accurate.

And eighthly, performing OQC spot check, randomly drawing products before warehousing for detection, and mainly checking whether the appearance is qualified and whether the temperature measurement display function can be normally used.

And the ninth step is packaging, namely packaging the qualified final product by a packaging box.
