Technical Field

Background

Due to the widespread use of sulfur-containing compounds in industry, the sulfur elements in the wastewater often enter the exhaust gas in the form of hydrogen sulfide. A large amount of hydrogen sulfide is generated in the treatment process of waste water such as pharmacy, tanning, fermentation and the like, and particularly, in order to improve the treatment efficiency of an aerobic section, a hydrolysis acidification section is often added to improve the biodegradability of the waste water. The hydrolysis acidification section can generate a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas, and the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide can reach over 1000 ppm, even 4000-. Besides hydrogen sulfide, the waste gas also comprises ammonia gas, VOCs and other components, and the treatment difficulty is high.

People often adopt chemical methods, biological methods and the like to treat the odor of sewage plants. The chemical method mainly refers to absorption of main waste gas components by adopting acid, alkali, oxidant and the like. This process is uneconomical for off-gases containing large amounts of hydrogen sulphide, since it consumes large amounts of alkali and is difficult to recycle, resulting in high operating costs. The biological method mainly comprises a filtration method, a trickling filtration method, a leaching method and the like. Because the water solubility of various components in the waste gas is poor, such as various aromatic VOCs and the like, a filtration method is mostly adopted, and the method has mature application for obtaining good effect on removing low-concentration hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, VOCs and the like. If the high-efficiency packed tower is adopted to treat the sulfur-containing odor generated by the pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, when the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is less than or equal to 1700ppm, the discharged gas can reach the national discharge standard. However, when the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is increased, the removal rate is obviously reduced, and when the concentration of inlet gas reaches 8000ppm, the removal rate of outlet gas hydrogen sulfide is only 40% (environmental science, 2003, 24 (6) 74-78). When high-concentration hydrogen sulfide waste gas is treated, the absorption liquid is quickly acidified, the pH value is quickly reduced to be below 2, most microorganisms in the absorption liquid are difficult to survive, flora mainly comprising acid desulfurization bacteria is gradually formed, and the removal capability of other components is lost. If the absorption liquid replacement is continuously carried out, a large amount of high-salinity wastewater with high ammonium radical content must be formed. Therefore, the prior common process has certain problems for treating the odor containing high-concentration hydrogen sulfide.

Based on the above, there is a need to provide a treatment method suitable for odor with high hydrogen sulfide content, so that the removal rate of each component in the odor can reach more than 99%, and the odor can stably operate, which is significant.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a system and a method for treating high-hydrogen-sulfide-content odor, which adopt a biological washing tower, a biological trickling filter, a chemical oxidation tower and the like which are connected in series to realize the treatment of the high-hydrogen-sulfide-content odor; for the odor with the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide of 200-50000ppm, the removal rate of the hydrogen sulfide reaches more than 99 percent, the deodorization efficiency reaches more than 99 percent, and the emission standard is reached.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. alkalophilic sulfur oxidizing bacteria are adopted in the biological oxidation process, the purity of elemental sulfur is high and reaches more than 98 percent;

3. the alkalophilic bacteria B are added into the biological oxidation tank, can coexist with the alkalophilic bacteria A in the same environment, and are metabolized into carbon dioxide and the like by taking organic carbon as a carbon source, so that the risk of bacterial contamination of the oxidation tank is effectively reduced;

4. before entering the biological filter tower, the odor does not need to be pretreated by wetting and the like, so that the process flow is simplified;

5. the odor entering the biological filter tower can carry a small amount of sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate, and can neutralize and relieve acidification of the biological filter tower nutrient solution;

6. the process can resist the impact of high hydrogen sulfide, and the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide in the discharged gas is lower than 20ppm, so that the odor containing amines and VOCs can be effectively treated, and the emission requirement is met. The hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1, the biological trickling filter 6, the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 and the water scrubber 12 are different in circulating liquid and different in filling; the circulating liquid in the hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1 is an alkaline salt solution, specifically an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, the circulating liquid in the biological trickling filter 6 is an inorganic salt nutrient solution, specifically an aqueous solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, ferric sulfate, magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride, the circulating liquid in the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 is an aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite, and the circulating liquid in the water washing tower 12 is water; the fillers in the hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1, the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 and the water scrubber 12 are plastic pall rings, and the fillers in the biological trickling filter 6 are volcanic rocks or pumice.

1) the odor passes through a filler layer of the hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1 from bottom to top and contacts with the alkaline circulating liquid, and more than 98 percent of hydrogen sulfide in the odor is absorbed; the alkaline circulating liquid absorbing the hydrogen sulfide enters a sulfur oxidation reaction tank 4, an aeration system is arranged in the alkaline circulating liquid, and under the condition of proper oxygen content, the sulfide is oxidized into elemental sulfur; the alkaline circulating liquid enters the hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1 again to absorb hydrogen sulfide; part of the alkaline circulating liquid enters a sulfur precipitation tank 5, and elemental sulfur is separated;

2) the odor is discharged from the top end of the hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1 and enters the biological trickling filter 6 through a fan; most of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, VOCs and the like remained in the odor pass through a filler layer of the biological trickling filter 6 from bottom to top and are absorbed or adsorbed by the spray liquid and microorganisms; spraying the spraying liquid at proper time;

3) the odor is discharged from the top end of the biological trickling filtration tower 6 and enters the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 through a fan; the odor passes through a packing layer of the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 from bottom to top, the odor is in reverse contact with the spray liquid, and residual components in the odor are oxidized by sodium hypochlorite to generate substances such as carbon dioxide, water and the like;

4) the odor is discharged from the top end of the chemical oxidation spray tower 10 and enters the water washing tower 13 through a fan; the odor passes through a filler layer of the water washing tower 13 from bottom to top, the odor is in reverse contact with the spraying liquid, and a small amount of components such as sodium hypochlorite and the like in the odor are absorbed; and (4) discharging odor through a high-altitude chimney.

The following is one embodiment of the present invention:

the amount of the odor is 1 ten thousand m3/h, the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide is 8000ppm, and other main components comprise ammonia gas, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, low molecular weight fatty acid, partial halogenated compounds and the like. After the odor passes through a hydrogen sulfide spray tower 1, the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide is lower than 50 ppm. After passing through the 6 bio-trickling filter, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas and easily soluble VOCs are completely removed, and only a small amount of hydrophobic VOCs are remained. The odor completely reaches the exhaust emission standard after passing through the chemical oxidation spray tower and the water washing tower.

The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features.
