firstly, before the jet mill is started, closing a second valve and a slag discharge valve, opening a first valve and a third valve, starting an axial flow fan and an air heater, enabling air heated by the air heater to enter the jet mill through a jet mill preheating pipeline and a slag discharge pipeline in sequence, preheating an inner cavity of the jet mill, enabling the preheated air to return to the air heater through a dust collection pipeline, a dust collection device and a circulating heating air output end on the dust collection device, the opened first valve and the axial flow fan in sequence, and heating again to realize circulating heating of the air and continuous preheating of the inner cavity of the jet mill;

and secondly, when the temperature of the inner cavity of the jet mill exceeds the steam dew point of the jet mill, closing the third valve, opening the second valve, and then starting the jet mill to enable the jet mill system to be put into normal operation.
