The cross rolling technology using metal wire as raw material has wide application in various fields, such as cross rolling of ball parts, cross rolling of cross rolling pipe-penetrating and other complex parts, etc., and has the characteristics of high production efficiency, small working load, excellent product performance, cleanness, no pollution and high material utilization rate, so the development of corresponding technology has important significance. At present, most of skew rolling technologies using metal wires as raw materials are difficult to realize direct automatic feeding after the metal wires are straightened, and a feeding frame and corresponding automatic equipment are usually required to be arranged between a straightening machine and a skew rolling machine to realize the full-process automation of a production line, so that the whole equipment is large and complex, the cost is increased, and the occupied area of the whole production line is large.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides the automatic production device for the skew rolling part by taking the metal wire as the raw material, which has the advantages of full-automatic production, great labor cost saving, simple integral structure and high integration degree.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: need not to increase auxiliary assembly, only through straightening mechanism, cut mechanism and guide unit alright realize the automatic feeding of wire rod blank, full automation production saves the cost of labor greatly, overall structure is simple, and the integration degree is high, reduces area greatly.

As shown in fig. 1, an automatic production apparatus for skew-rolled parts using a metal wire as a raw material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wire blank unit 1, a straightening mechanism 2, a shearing mechanism 3, a material guiding mechanism 4, a skew rolling mill 5, and a mill mounting unit.

The wire stock unit 1 is used for storing metal wire stock. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the wire blank unit 1 comprises a discharge tray 7, a metal wire coil 8 and a round nut 9. The cylindrical shaft end of the material placing disc 7 is conical, coils can be conveniently placed into the material placing disc, the round nut 9 axially fixes the wire coils through threads, and the whole wire blank unit 1 is fixed on the ground through bolts.

And the straightening mechanism 2 is used for drawing and straightening the metal wire blank. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the straightening mechanism 2 comprises a straightening mechanism mounting frame 10, a straightening mechanism bottom plate 11, a guide wheel 12, a longitudinal straightening mechanism 13, a transverse straightening mechanism 14, a traction wheel 15, a speed reducer 16 and a traction servo motor 17. The straightening mechanism mounting frame 10 is fixed on the ground through bolts, the straightening mechanism mounting base plate 11 is mounted on the straightening mechanism mounting frame 10 through bolts, the transverse straightening mechanism 14 and the longitudinal straightening mechanism 13 are connected with the straightening mechanism base plate 11 through bolts, a speed reducer 16 and a traction servo motor 17 are connected below the traction wheel 15, the speed reducer 16 is connected with the traction servo motor 17 through bolts, and the speed reducer 16 is mounted below the straightening mechanism base plate 11 through bolts.

The shearing mechanism 3 is used for shearing metal wire blanks, and the lengths of the sheared metal wire blanks are the same. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the shearing mechanism 4 comprises a hydraulic cylinder 18, a cylindrical cutter head 19 and a cutter head guide groove 20. The hydraulic cylinder 18 is mounted below the straightening mechanism base plate 11 by a bolt, and the cutter head guide groove 20 is mounted below the straightening mechanism base plate 11 by a bolt. The cylindrical cutter head 19 is fixedly connected with the hydraulic cylinder 18, so that the hydraulic cylinder 18 can drive the cylindrical cutter head 19 to do linear reciprocating motion in the cutter head guide groove 20 along the axis direction.

The material guide mechanism 4 is used for guiding the sheared metal wire rod blank into the skew rolling mill 5, and preventing the metal wire rod blank from being bent under the condition that the length-diameter ratio (the ratio of the length to the diameter) is larger. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the material guiding mechanism 4 includes a long material guiding cylinder 22 and a short material guiding cylinder 21, one side of the long material guiding cylinder 22 is connected with the bottom plate 11 of the straightening mechanism through a bolt, the other side is embedded into an inner hole of the short material guiding cylinder 21, and the short material guiding cylinder 21 is installed on the skew rolling mill base through a bolt.

And the skew rolling mill 5 is used for rolling the metal wire rod blank into a target piece. Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the skew rolling mill 5 includes left and right stands, a left roll system 24, a right roll system 23, and a servo motor system 25. The two frame rotating shafts are symmetrically arranged by the axis of the blank; the left and right synchronous gears are meshed to synchronously center and press down the two frames; the two rollers are coaxially fixed by the two roller systems respectively; the inclination angle adjusting bolt adjusts the inclination angles of the two rollers; the radial pressing unit adjusts the opening of the two frames to change and adjust the roll distance of the two rolls; the blank is obliquely rolled and formed between the two rollers under the action of the friction force of the rollers/the blank. The skew rolling mill 5 has the advantages of synchronous centering and pressing, no deviation of a vertical central line, high frame strength, simplicity in installation and debugging and the like. The skew rolling mill 5 is mounted on the mill mounting base 27 by bolts.

The rolling mill mounting unit is used for mounting the skew rolling mill 5 and a corresponding matched water tank 26 and a discharge tank 29. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the rolling mill mounting unit comprises a rolling mill mounting base 27, a water tank 26, a motor support 28, a discharge box 29 and a guide rail 30. The rolling mill mounting base 27 is fixed on the ground through bolts, the motor support 28 and the guide rail 30 are both connected with the rolling mill mounting base 27 through bolts, and the water tank 26 and the discharge tank 29 are placed above the guide rail 30.

The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

the metal wire is uncoiled from a wire coil 8 under the traction of a traction wheel 15, enters a straightening mechanism 2 under the action of a guide wheel 12, is straightened respectively in the longitudinal direction and the axial direction, then enters a material guide mechanism 4 and continues to move forwards, when the length of the wire reaches the required length, a traction servo motor 17 stops working, the wire stops axial feeding, at the moment, a hydraulic cylinder 18 starts working, a cylindrical cutter head 19 is driven to move in a cutter head guide groove 20, the shearing of the wire is completed through the relative movement of the cylindrical cutter head 19 and the cutter head guide groove 20, the cylindrical cutter head 19 resets after the shearing is completed, the traction servo motor 17 restarts to drive the uncut wire to continue to move, the cut wire continues to move in the material guide mechanism 4 under the thrust of the rear wire, and finally enters a skew rolling mill 5. The skew rolling mill 5 can be used in various ways, preferably as follows: the roller is driven by a servo motor system 25 to rotate, the roller systems 24 and 25 adopt cantilever type structures, only a single side is provided with a bearing, and then the roller system is simplified, thereby achieving the purpose of quick roller change. The roll system inclination angle adjustment is realized through an inclination angle adjusting mechanism below the rolling mill, the action line of the inclination angle adjusting mechanism is longer, and the high-precision angle adjustment can be realized. The screw-down device and the gear synchronous mechanism can ensure that the two racks are synchronously centered and pressed down, and the position of a vertical rolling center line is fixed. The double-rotating-shaft type rack structure can shorten the distance between the lower rotating shaft and the rolling center line, thereby reducing the position fluctuation of the horizontal rolling center line caused by the adjustment of the rack distance. The guide auxiliary device can prevent the blanks from swinging and shaking greatly in the rolling process, and the blanks can be guaranteed to move forward stably. By adjusting the distance between the two roller systems, the rolling of wires with different diameters can be realized.

The automatic feeding and rolling device has the advantages that other auxiliary equipment is not required to be added, the automatic feeding and rolling of the wire blank can be realized only through the necessary straightening mechanism 2, the shearing mechanism 3 and the material guiding mechanism 4, the automation degree of the device is high, the whole structure is simple, the installation and the adjustment are convenient, the occupied area is small, the cost can be greatly reduced, and the automatic feeding and rolling device is suitable for rolling and forming by taking metal wires as raw materials.
