Technical Field

The invention relates to plastic particle production equipment, in particular to a screening device for plastic particles.

Background

In the production process, plastic granules can be cut firstly, a large amount of impurities such as chips and dust can be generated after the plastic granules are cut, if the plastic granules are not processed, adverse effects can be caused to the next plastic granule production process, meanwhile, the workload of subsequent processes can be increased, and furthermore, if fine particles and impurities cannot be filtered, the quality of a plastic granule finished product can be affected. Therefore, the plastic particles need to be cleaned and screened to remove impurities, dust and other substances mixed therein. Screening edulcoration to plastic granules among the prior art is gone on through the shale shaker more, and this kind of mode often needs to use the shale shaker of a plurality of different apertures to carry out a lot of screening, and not only the process is more, and screening efficiency is lower moreover.

In view of the above problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a sieving apparatus for plastic particles, which can effectively remove impurities contained in plastic particles, and has a small number of processes and a high sieving efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a screening device for plastic particles, which comprises a pair of support frames, a screen plate, a roller, a feeding hopper, a first material collecting box, a second material collecting box, a slide carriage and a material collecting hopper, wherein the support frames are oppositely arranged;

the roller is arranged above the sieve plate, and a plurality of holes A are distributed on the body of the roller; the shaft center of the roller is provided with a concentric driving shaft, the part of the driving shaft in the roller is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the roller through a plurality of radially arranged connecting rods, the left end of the driving shaft extends to the left side of the left opening end of the roller and is rotatably connected with a supporting frame on the left side, the right end of the driving shaft extends to the right side of the right opening end of the roller and is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor arranged on the right side of the right opening end of the roller, and the driving motor is fixedly connected with the;

the feeding hopper is arranged above the right opening end of the roller and is fixedly connected with the right supporting frame; the discharge end of the feeding hopper is fixedly connected with the upper end of a chute which is obliquely arranged from left to right, and the lower end of the chute extends into the right opening end of the roller and is in clearance fit with the rotating roller;

the first material collecting box is fixedly connected to the right side of the left supporting frame, and the second material collecting box is fixedly connected to the left side of the right supporting frame;

the sieve plate is provided with a plurality of holes B all over the surface, and the aperture of each hole B is smaller than that of each hole A; the left end of the sieve plate extends to a position close to the left opening end of the roller and is fixedly connected with the upper end of the auxiliary bracket, and the right end of the sieve plate extends to the right side of the right opening of the roller and extends into the second material collecting box;

the left end of the slide plate is obliquely arranged at the lower left end and the right end of the slide plate is obliquely arranged at the higher right end, the right end of the slide plate extends to the right side of the left opening end of the roller and is fixedly connected with the upper end of the auxiliary bracket, and the left end of the slide plate extends to the inside of the first material collecting box;

the aggregate funnel is arranged below the sieve plate, the feeding end of the aggregate funnel covers the whole blanking area of the sieve plate, and the discharging end of the aggregate funnel extends into the upper part of the interior of the dust collection box below the aggregate funnel.

Further, in order to conveniently control the blanking amount, the discharge end of the feeding hopper is provided with a gate plate for controlling the blanking amount.

Further, in order to improve screening efficiency, be provided with vibrating motor on the sieve.

In the invention, the discharge end of the feeding hopper is connected with the inside of the right opening end of the obliquely arranged roller through the chute, so that materials to be screened can directly enter the inside of the roller driven by the driving motor in the feeding process of the feeding hopper, plastic particles and small-particle impurities and dust which meet the requirement of the particle size fall onto the sieve plate through the holes A, large-size residues or plastic particles which meet the requirement of the particle size are screened by the roller and enter the first aggregate box through the chute, the plastic particles which meet the requirement of the particle size are retained above the sieve plate and enter the second aggregate box, and the small-particle impurities and the dust enter the aggregate funnel through the holes B and enter the dust collection box. The device not only can effectively realize the screening operation of plastic particles, but also has less required procedures and high screening efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a screening device for plastic particles, which comprises a pair of support frames 1 arranged oppositely, a screen plate 2 arranged in a left-high and right-low manner, a drum 3 arranged in a left-low and right-high inclined manner, a feeding hopper 4, a first material collecting box 5, a second material collecting box 6, a slide carriage 7 and a material collecting hopper 8;

the roller 3 is arranged above the sieve plate 2, and a plurality of holes A9 are arranged on the body of the roller 3; a concentric driving shaft 10 is arranged on the axis of the roller 3, the part of the driving shaft 10 inside the roller 3 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the roller 3 through a plurality of radially arranged connecting rods 11, the left end of the driving shaft 10 extends to the left side of the left opening end of the roller 3 and is rotatably connected with the supporting frame 1 on the left side, the right end of the driving shaft 10 extends to the right side of the right opening end of the roller 3 and is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor 12 arranged on the right side of the right opening end of the roller 3, and the driving motor 12 is fixedly connected on the supporting frame;

the feeding hopper 4 is arranged above the right opening end of the roller 3 and is fixedly connected with the right supporting frame 1; the discharge end of the feeding hopper 4 is fixedly connected with the upper end of a chute 13 which is obliquely arranged from lower left to higher right, and the lower end of the chute 13 extends into the right opening end of the roller 3 and is in clearance fit with the rotating roller 3;

the first material collecting box 5 is fixedly connected to the right side of the supporting frame 1 on the left side, and the second material collecting box 6 is fixedly connected to the left side of the supporting frame 1 on the right side;

the sieve plate 2 is provided with a plurality of holes B all over the surface, and the hole diameter of the hole B is smaller than that of the hole A9; the left end of the sieve plate 2 extends to a position close to the left opening end of the roller 3 and is fixedly connected with the upper end of the auxiliary bracket 14, and the right end of the sieve plate 2 extends to the right side of the right opening of the roller 3 and extends into the second material collecting box 6;

the slide carriage 7 is obliquely arranged in a manner that the left end is lower than the right end, the right end of the slide carriage extends to the right side of the left opening end of the roller 3 and is fixedly connected with the upper end of the auxiliary bracket 14, and the left end of the slide carriage extends to the inside of the first material collecting box 5;

In order to improve the screening efficiency, a vibrating motor is arranged on the screen plate 2.

The device not only can effectively realize the screening operation of plastic particles, but also has less required procedures and high screening efficiency.
