the batching hopper (304) is arranged at one end, far away from the second roller (204), of the belt conveyor (200), and the batching hopper (304) is provided with a metering device;

the belt conveyor drives the cleaning scraper (106) to move from one end of the receiving groove (102) close to the batching hopper (304) to one end close to the discharging hopper (302) through the transmission mechanism (104).
