In the aspect of food and health care products, when certain effective components in the plants are extracted, other components left in the plants are wasted, and the wasted components also contain a plurality of substances beneficial to human bodies. Therefore, the extraction of the whole components of the plant has important significance. However, the extraction rate of all the components of the existing Chinese herbal medicine extraction device is not high, so that the development of a Chinese herbal medicine extraction device with high extraction rate becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

the stirring device comprises a stirring motor and a stirring shaft; one end of the stirring shaft is positioned in the fermentation tank body, and the other end of the stirring shaft is connected with the power output end of the stirring motor;

the ultrasonic device is arranged on the side of the cover of the fermentation tank body, and the ultrasonic end of the ultrasonic device is connected with a connecting port of the cover of the fermentation tank body;

the pipeline system comprises an air inlet pipeline, a water outlet pipeline and a sewage discharge pipeline, wherein the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the water inlet, the water outlet pipeline is communicated with the water outlet, and the sewage discharge pipeline is communicated with a sewage discharge outlet; the air inlet pipeline comprises a steam pipeline and an air pipeline which are arranged in parallel, and the steam pipeline and the air pipeline are communicated with the air inlet at the junction through an air inlet pipe;

in the Chinese herbal medicine extraction process, introducing inert gas through the gas inlet pipeline, and turning on the ultrasonic device to carry out ultrasonic treatment until the added inert gas is completely subjected to ultrasonic treatment, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 18-22 KHz, and the ultrasonic time is 3-5 min; and after the ultrasonic treatment is finished, the pressure in the fermentation tank is 0.3-0.7 MPa.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

the invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine extraction device, wherein an air inlet pipeline comprises a steam pipeline and a gas pipeline which are arranged in parallel, when the device works, a Chinese herbal medicine feed port is added (and some wall-breaking reaction liquid is added), inert gas is firstly introduced through the gas pipeline, an ultrasonic device is started to carry out ultrasonic treatment until the added inert gas is volatilized, and the ultrasonic treatment is finished; the traditional Chinese herbal medicine extraction device adopts steam with higher temperature for heating and sterilizing; and only steam heated to 50-60 ℃ is needed, and the ultrasonic wave plays a role in inactivation, so that steam with higher temperature is not needed. The wall breaking rate of the cell wall can reach 98.6% by adopting the combination of the introduced inert gas and the ultrasonic wave.
