1. The hydrophilic deepening organosilicone softening agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:

2. The hydrophilic deepening silicone softener according to claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the epoxy terminated polyether silicone oil is 4000 to 25000, and the molecular weight of the polyethyleneimine is 400 to 2000.

The hydrophilic deepening silicone softener according to claim 4, wherein the isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ethers have the types XL-40, XL-50, XL-60, XL-70, XL-80 and XL-90, the aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers have the types AEO-4, AEO-5, AEO-6, AEO-7, AEO-8 and AEO-9, and the isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ethers have the types AEO-4: TO-5, TO-6, TO-7, TO-8 and TO-9.

6. A method of preparing a hydrophilic deepening silicone softener according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

1) preparing hydrophilic deepening silicone oil: uniformly stirring epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil, polyethyleneimine and a solvent at room temperature, heating to 60-130 ℃, preserving heat for 4-18 hours, heating to 140-150 ℃, and vacuumizing to remove the solvent to obtain hydrophilic deepening silicone oil;

2) preparing a hydrophilic deepening organosilicone softening agent: adding the hydrophilic darkening silicone oil prepared in the step 1) and an emulsifier into an emulsifying kettle, stirring for 10-60 min, then gradually adding glycerol, acetic acid and deionized water, and continuously stirring for 2-10 h to prepare the hydrophilic darkening silicone softener.

7. The preparation method of the hydrophilic deepening organosilicon softening agent according to claim 6, wherein the solvent is one or more of isopropanol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, dipropylene glycol and triethylene glycol butyl ether.

8. The preparation method of the hydrophilic deepening organosilicone softening agent according to claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of the epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil to the solvent is 0.6: 1-4: 1.

9. A fabric, characterized in that the surface of the fabric fibers is treated with the hydrophilic darkening silicone softener according to any one of claims 1-4.

10. A fabric according to claim 9, wherein the fabric is a dark colored fabric comprising: black fabric, dark green fabric, dark blue fabric, blue fabric and gray fabric.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of textile finishing agents, in particular to a hydrophilic deepening organic silicon softening agent, a preparation method and a fabric.

Background

Because of the structure of the fabric, the fabric is difficult to be dyed in dark color, particularly the fabric with high crystallinity, and the dark color processing of the fabric is always a difficult problem in the dyeing and finishing industry. The dyeing effect can be improved by increasing the dye consumption, but the cost is increased, the effect is not obvious after the dye consumption is increased to a certain degree, and the content of colored substances in the printing and dyeing wastewater is increased. Therefore, methods for increasing the color depth of fabrics without increasing the amount of dye are receiving increasing attention.

There are three main methods of deepening fabrics: firstly, roughening treatment is carried out on the surface of fabric fibers, so that fine concave-convex shapes are generated on the surface of the fibers, and a certain dark color effect can be generated by an irregular reflecting layer; secondly, the dye uptake of the dye on the textile fiber is improved, and the darkening effect is obtained by graft modification finishing, resin finishing, use of a dyeing promoter and the like; thirdly, the surface of the fabric fiber is treated by the deepening agent, a layer of low-refractive-index film can be formed on the surface of the fiber, the refractive index of the dyed fabric is reduced, and the deepening effect of the fabric is achieved under the condition that the dyeing rate is not changed. Wherein, the treatment method of the deepening agent is simple and easy to implement, and has wide application prospect. At present, the deepening agent in the market has fewer varieties and poor deepening effect, and the finished fabric is not hydrophilic and has poor hand feeling.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide an organic silicon softening agent which has excellent deepening performance on fabrics and soft and smooth hand feeling.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the organic silicon softener.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a fabric treated with the above silicone softener.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purpose:

the hydrophilic deepening organosilicone softening agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of hydrophilic darkening silicone oil; 10-50 parts of an emulsifier; 0-150 parts of glycerol; 0.5-4 parts of acetic acid; 100-500 parts of deionized water; the hydrophilic deepening silicone oil is prepared by mixing epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil and polyethyleneimine.

More preferably, the molecular weight of the epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil is 4000-25000, and the molecular weight of the polyethyleneimine is 400-2000.

Tests prove that the organic silicon softening agent prepared by the invention has excellent hydrophilic performance, and the hydrophilic time is less than 5 s; the deepening effect is obvious, and the deepening rate is more than 80 percent; and the stability is good, and the treated fabric has a soft and smooth style.

Secondly, the preparation process of the hydrophilic deepening organosilicone softening agent provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, and is easy to enlarge production; and when the hydrophilic deepening silicone oil is prepared, the mixing uniformity of the epoxy-terminated polyether silicone oil and the polyethyleneimine is good.
