背景技术

近几年，随着国家政策的改变和建筑绿色发展的需求，装配式住房的建筑模式逐渐在市场上兴起。这种模式是先在工厂车间制作装各种装配部件，然后运输至施工现场进行组合和安装。现有技术中的装配式卫浴间的底盆地漏与地面接触采用直插式或横向连接式配合，地漏插接时候容易产生孔位偏差，且地漏堵塞时容易出现返水现象却没有预防返水的措施。

发明内容

针对现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种装配式卫浴间的下水道防返水装置，可有效连接地漏插接的孔位,阻隔下水道反水时的渗水,保持底盆的清洁,降低其维护频率,延长使用寿命。

为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种装配式卫浴间的下水道防返水装置，其特征在于，所述PVC管A和PVC管B在施工前已分别预埋在底盆和地面中；所述防水橡胶垫设置在PVC管A的底部内侧；所述下水道防臭塞设置在PVC管B的顶部内侧，并通过防水密封胶与防水橡胶垫相连。

优选地，所述PVC管A的管径为75mm。

优选地，所述PVC管B的管径为50mm。

本发明只需使用防水橡胶垫与下水道防臭塞做为连接件，相对于传统安装方式即稳固又简便，降低了安装成本和使用维护成本，可适应不同现场的要求。

一种装配式卫浴间的下水道防返水装置，所述PVC管A(4)和PVC管B(6)在施工前已分别预埋在底盆(1)和地面(3)中；所述防水橡胶垫(2)设置在PVC管A(4)的底部内侧；所述下水道防臭塞(5)设置在PVC管B(6)的顶部内侧，并通过防水密封胶与防水橡胶垫(2)相连。

优选地，所述PVC管A(4)的管径为75mm。

优选地，所述PVC管B(6)的管径为50mm。

现场施工时，按照如下步骤进行：

步骤一、将防水橡胶垫(2)塞紧在预埋件PVC管A(4)中；

步骤二、将下水道防臭塞(5)塞紧在预埋件PVC管B(6)中；

步骤三、使用防水密封胶涂抹在防水橡胶垫(2)与下水道防臭塞(5)接触面，起到防水粘合作用。

步骤四、将底盆(1)放置于地面(3)用调平装置调至与地面(3)水平。
