(4) the time of each insertion vibration is 20-30 seconds, and the concrete does not obviously sink any more and no air bubbles appear, so that the time of starching is taken as the standard;

(5) during vibration, the vibrator is inserted into the lower layer concrete by 10 cm;

(6) the distance between the front part and the rear part of the vibrating insertion is 30-50 cm;

(7) the template is vibrated without touching the template, and the template is tapped with a hammer while vibrating near the template.

The requirements for form removal and maintenance are as follows: and (3) after the strength of the concrete reaches 75%, detaching the formwork according to a method of 'mounting and detaching firstly, mounting and detaching secondly', detaching the bracket firstly, detaching the formwork secondly, paying attention to protect the concrete when detaching the formwork, avoiding the damage of the surface and edges and corners, not needing to be hard struck by a pry bar and a heavy hammer, and performing covering and maintenance by a watering film after detaching the formwork.

Compared with the prior art, the method of the invention not only has convenient and fast construction, but also creates good economic benefit, and the specific conditions are as follows:

analysis from construction time: for drainage ditch construction, when steel templates are conventionally adopted for construction, construction can be carried out for 40m in two days, the method can be completed in one day, half of the time is saved, the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile, the cost of project management and service is obviously saved;

analysis from material usage: the plastic template is stable and durable, is not easy to damage, is water-resistant and corrosion-resistant, has multiple turnover times, and reduces the use cost.
