1. A construction method for hanging floor tiles on a wall surface is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A) the floor tile grooving method comprises the steps of firstly selecting a square floor tile (1) with a flawless surface, then forming a pair of hook grooves (11) on the back of the floor tile (1), and controlling a first distance I (111) between the pair of hook grooves (11) and the transverse edge of the floor tile (1), a second distance II (112) between the pair of hook grooves (11) and the longitudinal side edge of the floor tile (1) and the depth of the pair of hook grooves (11) to obtain the grooved floor tile;

B) arranging a hanging piece, hooking a hook (21) at the lower end of the hanging piece (2) into the hook groove (11) of the grooved floor tile obtained in the step A), filling a redundant gap between the hook (21) and the hook groove (11) with a dry hanging structural adhesive (3), extending the upper end of the hanging piece (2) to the upper side of the transverse edge of the floor tile (1), and forming hanging piece fixing holes (22) at intervals to obtain the floor tile to be hung;

C) the hanging and sticking method comprises the steps of firstly coating back glue on the back surface of a floor tile to be hung, simultaneously coating a wall surface adhesive on the surface of a wall body (4), after the back glue and the wall surface adhesive are fully dried, adding water into a special adhesive (5) for blending, then coating the mixture on the surface of the floor tile adhesive, then adhering the floor tile to be hung coated with the special adhesive (5) to the wall surface of the wall body for adhering with the adhesive on the surface of the wall body (4), lightly knocking one side surface of the floor tile to be hung, facing outwards, of the floor tile to be hung by a nonmetallic hammer, then fixing the upper end of a pendant (2) with the wall body at a position corresponding to a pendant fixing hole (22) by a steel nail (221), then filling gaps of the wall surface by a gap filler, and finally wiping the surface by a smooth wiping material to obtain the floor tile hanging and sticking wall surface.

2. A method of constructing a floor tile-hanging wall surface as claimed in claim 1 wherein said cube shaped floor tile (1) of step a) is of a size 600mm x 10mm or 800mm x 10 mm; the floor tile (1) with the flawless surface has no scratch marks, no cracks, no air holes, no spots, no concave-convex parts and clear patterns and/or textures on the surface of the outward side in the using state.

A method for constructing a wall surface using floor tiles according to claim 1, wherein the step a) of controlling the first distance i (111) between the pair of hooking grooves (11) and the lateral edge of the floor tile (1) is to control the first distance i (111) to be 40-60 mm; the second distance II (112) between the control hook groove (11) and the longitudinal side edge of the floor tile (1) is controlled to be one fourth of the side length of the floor tile; the depth of the hook groove (11) is controlled to be half of the thickness of the floor tile (1).

4. A method for constructing a floor tile-hanging wall surface according to claim 1, wherein said dry-hanging structural adhesive in step B) is an epoxy structural adhesive.

5. A method for constructing a floor tile-hanging wall surface according to claim 1, wherein in step B) said hanging member (2) is L-shaped, and said hanging member (2) has a height of 70mm, a width of 20mm and a thickness of 1 mm.

6. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back adhesive and the wall adhesive in step C) are 801 glues.

7. A method for constructing a floor tile wall surface according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the special binder in step C) is 1: 4, wherein each 1000g of the special binder (5) comprises 350g of cement, 625g of yellow sand, 2.5g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3g of calcium formate, 1.5g of polyvinyl alcohol and 18g of styrene-butadiene rubber powder.

8. A method for constructing a floor tile-hanging wall surface according to claim 1, wherein the non-metallic hammer in step C) is a rubber hammer.

9. A method of constructing a wall surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein the colour of the grout in step C) is the same as the colour of the tile (1).

10. A method of constructing a floor tile wall covering according to claim 1 wherein in step C) said compliant wiping material is a cloth or waste yarn fiber.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of building decoration, and particularly relates to a construction method for hanging and pasting floor tiles on a wall surface.

Background

The tile is a ceramic tile (i.e., ceramic tile) that is laid on a floor and has a water absorption rate usually less than 0.5% of the weight of the tile, and the tile is mainly made of vitrified tiles, microlite and full-polished glaze. The present production process of floor tile is mature, so that the floor tile has rich patterns. In particular, the polishing brick with the imitated stone texture is very popular with people. Compared with natural stone, the appearance of the stone-like ceramic tile has the same reality, namely fidelity. In addition, the stone-like tile has better decorative effect, wear resistance, water absorption, oxidation resistance and environmental protection than natural stone, for example, has no harmful radiation (radioactive) elements, and is more advantageous than natural stone in terms of price.

Because the floor tiles are ceramic tiles and the wall tiles are made of glazed pottery, the water absorption rate is only less than 0.5 percent of the self weight as mentioned above, and the water absorption rate of the latter is about 10 percent of the self weight, and the back surfaces of the wall tiles are rough, which is favorable for firmly attaching the wall tiles to the wall surface. Since the design of the floor tile is based on the premise that the attachment carrier is the floor, compared with the wall tile, the floor tile has great essential difference from clay batching to firing process, the floor tile with the same volume is much heavier than the wall tile, the surface is much smoother than the wall tile, and the strength is also much higher than the wall tile. Therefore, if the floor tile is used as a wall tile, the self weight of the floor tile causes troubles, and the great difference of the water absorption rates of the floor tile and the wall tile can seriously affect the combination firmness between the floor tile and the wall when the floor tile is used as the wall tile.

In the case of a paving process of wall tiles and floor tiles, i.e., a construction method, the wall tiles are generally sufficiently soaked before being paved, and are sufficiently combined with mortar after absorbing water, while the floor tiles having low water absorption rate cannot absorb sufficient water by soaking, so that when the floor tiles are installed as the wall tiles in accordance with a conventional paving process of floor tiles on a wall, there is no doubt that accidents such as hollowing, falling off, or even undesirable accidents occur.

The published chinese patent documents show technical information about the use of floor tiles as wall tiles, and typically refer to the invention patent application publication No. CN106760291A, which discloses a "method for adhering floor tiles to a wall surface", the method includes: the floor tile is successfully applied to the wall tile and solves the problems that the floor tile is easy to bulge with the wall body and has poor bonding strength and falling off in the use process of the floor tile as the wall tile. However, the following disadvantages exist: because the wall surface is only pasted, the work amount of wall surface treatment is large, for example, the wall surface after surface cleaning treatment needs to be roughened, and the whole construction progress is influenced because the roughening treatment process is relatively complicated; the simple adhesion inevitably involves a risk of falling off, and it is difficult to secure the long-lasting safety. In view of the foregoing, there is a need for reasonable improvements, and the solutions described below are made in this context.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a construction method for hanging and pasting floor tiles on a wall surface, which is beneficial to the combination of dry hanging and pasting so as to avoid the possible falling-off situation after the floor tiles are hung on the wall surface, and has the advantages of short construction steps, easy operation of constructors, low construction cost and high construction efficiency.

The task of the invention is completed in this way, a construction method for hanging floor tiles on a wall surface comprises the following steps:

A) the floor tile is grooved, namely, firstly, a square floor tile with no flaws on the surface is selected, then a pair of hook grooves are formed in the back of the floor tile, and the first distance I between the pair of hook grooves and the transverse edge of the floor tile, the second distance II between the hook grooves and the longitudinal side edge of the floor tile and the depth of the pair of hook grooves are controlled, so that the grooved floor tile is obtained;

B) arranging a hanging piece, hooking a hook at the lower end of the hanging piece into the hook groove of the grooved floor tile in the step A), filling a redundant gap between the hook and the hook groove with a dry hanging structural adhesive, and enabling the upper end of the hanging piece to extend to the upper side of the transverse edge of the floor tile and be provided with hanging piece fixing holes at intervals to obtain the floor tile to be hung;

C) the hanging and sticking method comprises the steps of firstly coating back glue on the back surface of a floor tile to be hung, simultaneously coating a wall surface adhesive on the surface of a wall body, after the back glue and the wall surface adhesive are fully dried, adding water into a special adhesive for blending, then coating the special adhesive on the surface of the floor tile adhesive in a blade mode, then adhering the floor tile to be hung coated with the special adhesive on the wall surface of the wall body in a blade mode to be adhered with the adhesive on the surface of the wall body, lightly knocking the surface of one side, facing outwards, of the floor tile to be hung by a nonmetallic hammer, then fixing the upper end of a hanging piece with the wall body at the position corresponding to a hanging piece fixing hole by a steel nail, then filling gaps of the wall surface of the floor tile with a gap filling agent, and finally wiping the surface with a smooth wiping material to.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the size of the square floor tile in step a) is 600mm × 600mm × 10mm or 800mm × 800mm × 10 mm; the floor tile with the flawless surface has no scratch mark, no crack, no air hole, no spot, no concave-convex and clear pattern and/or texture on the surface of the outward side in the using state.

In another embodiment of the present invention, said controlling the first distance i between a pair of hook grooves and the lateral edge of the tile in step a) is controlling the first distance i to be 40-60 mm; the second distance II between the control hook groove and the longitudinal side edge of the floor tile is controlled to be one fourth of the side length of the floor tile; the depth of the hook groove is controlled to be half of the thickness of the floor tile.

In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the dry-hang structural adhesive in step B) is an epoxy structural adhesive.

In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the hanging member in the step B) is L-shaped, and the hanging member has a height of 70mm, a width of 20mm and a thickness of 1 mm.

In still another specific embodiment of the present invention, the back adhesive and the wall surface adhesive in step C) are 801 glue.

In a more specific embodiment of the present invention, the weight ratio of the water to the special binder in step C) is 1: 4, wherein each 1000g of the special binder comprises 350g of cement, 625g of yellow sand, 2.5g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3g of calcium formate, 1.5g of polyvinyl alcohol and 18g of styrene-butadiene rubber powder.

In a further specific embodiment of the present invention, the non-metallic hammer in step C) is a rubber hammer.

In yet a more specific embodiment of the present invention, the color of the grout in step C) is the same as the color of the tile.

In yet a further particular embodiment of the invention, the compliant wiping material in step C) is a cloth or waste yarn fibres.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the technical effects that: the floor tiles are creatively hung and adhered to the wall surface, so that the situation that the floor tiles are likely to fall off after being hung on the wall can be reliably avoided; the lasting effect of hanging the floor tiles on the wall surface is ensured; the provided method has simple process steps and is easy to master and operate by constructors, so that the construction cost can be reduced and the construction efficiency can be improved.
