Background

The boiler is an energy conversion device, the energy input to the boiler comprises chemical energy and electric energy in fuel, and the boiler outputs steam, high-temperature water or an organic heat carrier with certain heat energy. The hot water or steam generated in the boiler can directly provide heat energy for industrial production and people life, and can also be converted into mechanical energy through a steam power device, or the mechanical energy is converted into electric energy through a generator. The boiler for supplying hot water is called a hot water boiler, is mainly used for life, and has a small amount of application in industrial production. The boiler for generating steam is called as a steam boiler, often called as a boiler for short, and is widely used for thermal power stations, ships, locomotives and industrial and mining enterprises. The platen superheater is also commonly called a semi-radiation superheater and refers to a heating surface which is arranged at the upper part of a hearth or a smoke window at the outlet of the hearth and is used for receiving direct radiation heat in the furnace and absorbing convection heat of smoke. A large distance is kept between two adjacent screens of the screen type superheater, so that the effects of reducing the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the hearth and slag condensation can be achieved, and slag bonding on the rear heating surface can be prevented. Meanwhile, the heat exchanger is also a main component of the heating surface of the modern large boiler superheater.

Most of the existing fixing modes of the screen type superheater are that the screen type superheater is connected into a whole in a steel wire bundling mode, and then the screen type superheater is fixed at a smoke window of a hearth outlet of a boiler through bolts, so that the fixing mode is complicated, and the levelness between the screen type superheater and a wall cannot be adjusted, so that the superheater is installed in a skew state, and the normal work of the superheater is influenced.

The invention aims to provide a boiler platen superheater, which solves the problems that the fixing mode of the existing platen superheater proposed in the background art is mostly that the platen superheater is connected into a whole in a steel wire bundling mode and then is fixed at a smoke window of a hearth outlet of a boiler through a bolt, the fixing mode is complicated, and the installation of the superheater is in a skew state due to the fact that the levelness between the platen superheater and a wall cannot be adjusted, and the normal operation of the superheater is influenced.

Preferably, the first connecting support and the second connecting support have the same structure, and the second connecting support and the first connecting support are perpendicular to each other.

Preferably, the arc-shaped clamping plate and the screen type superheater tube are in interference fit, and the arc-shaped clamping plate and the support plate are integrally welded and formed.

Preferably, the positioning nut is connected with the positioning screw rod through mutually matched threads, and the positioning screw rod can slide up and down in an inner cavity of the positioning nut through rotation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the screen type superheater tube is fixed into a whole through the arc-shaped clamping plate, the structural stability of the screen type superheater tube is improved, the installation of the product in the later period is facilitated, the parallel state between the screen type superheater tube and the wall is conveniently adjusted through adjusting the extending position of the positioning screw rod in the positioning nut, and therefore the influence on the normal work of the product due to the fact that the installation is inclined is reduced.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Connecting sleeve 5 has all been welded at the both ends of connecting house steward 1, and the even welding of the bottom of connecting house steward 1 has connecting rib plate 6, and connecting jack 7 has been seted up to connecting rib plate 6's bottom, and connecting jack 7 runs through the top of connecting rib plate 6.

Preferably, the screen type superheat tubes 2 are arranged in an equidistant manner by U-shaped tubes with the same tube diameter, and two ends of each screen type superheat tube 2 are communicated with the inner cavity of the connecting header pipe 1.
