The invention belongs to the technical field of ramie processing equipment, and particularly relates to a vibrating type conveying line for ramie drying and a dryer provided with the conveying line.

The ramie drying method is low in drying efficiency and further leads to longer drying time.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a drying conveying line for ramie, which has short drying time and high efficiency, and a dryer provided with the drying conveying line.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a vibration type conveying line for drying ramie comprises a conveying line body and a steam heating pipe arranged above the conveying line body, wherein two ends of the conveying line body are respectively provided with a group of supporting pieces, a spring column is vertically arranged on the supporting pieces at the first end of the conveying line body, and the upper end of the spring column is connected with the first end of the conveying line body; a group of sliding pieces are connected to the supporting piece at the second end of the conveying line body in a sliding mode, spring columns are vertically arranged on the sliding pieces, and the upper ends of the spring columns are connected with the second end of the conveying line body;

and a cam mechanism is arranged below the sliding part, and a cam in the cam mechanism is positioned under the sliding part, so that the rotation of the cam in the cam mechanism can drive the sliding part to reciprocate up and down to drive the conveying line body to shake.

Furthermore, the cam mechanism comprises a motor, a gearbox and a cam, wherein the input end of the gearbox is connected with the output shaft of the motor, and the output end of the gearbox is connected with the cam through a belt.

the first conveying line is arranged above the conveying line body, the first end of the first conveying line is connected with the inlet, and the higher second end of the conveying line body is positioned right below the second end of the first conveying line;

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the vibrating conveyor line body is driven by the cam mechanism to shake at a high speed, so that ramie is driven to shake up and down on the surface of the conveyor line body, wet steam in the ramie layer is shaken out in the shaking process, meanwhile, the surface of the ramie is redistributed under the quick shaking, and the ramie on the inner layer is more easily exposed on the surface to be dried.

2. According to the dryer, the three conveying and drying lines arranged from top to bottom are used for drying, after the ramie is dried by the first conveying line, due to the inclined arrangement of the conveying line body and the rotation of the conveying line surface conveying belt, the dried surface of the ramie on the first conveying line is overturned when the ramie falls on the conveying line body, so that the first conveying line and the conveying line body respectively dry the front side and the back side of the ramie, and the first conveying line, the conveying line body and the second conveying line are combined to respectively dry the ramie repeatedly, the drying efficiency is high, and the drying time is saved.
