Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article for animals such as disposable diapers for animals such as dogs and cats.

However, in the absorbent article for animals (see fig. 23) provided with engaging portions (engaging members) on the back surface layer in one end region in the longitudinal direction, as in the absorbent article for pets disclosed in
When the wing portions are attached to the engaging portions as described above, the wing portions attached to the engaging portions need to be detached from the engaging portions when the absorbent article is worn on the body of an animal, but when the wing portions are attached to the engaging portions up to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, it is difficult to detach the wing portions from the engaging portions, and a relatively large amount of labor may be required when the absorbent article is worn on the body of an animal.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, a first object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article for animals, which can be easily peeled off even if a wing portion is attached to an engaging portion, and which is less likely to take a lot of trouble when worn on the body of an animal.
In addition, in the case of an absorbent article for animals (see fig. 23) provided with engaging portions (engaging members) on the back surface layer in one end region in the longitudinal direction, as in the absorbent article for pets disclosed in
When the wing portions and the like are attached to the engaging portions as described above, the wing portions and the like attached to the engaging portions need to be peeled off from the engaging portions when the absorbent article is worn on the body of an animal, but since structural fibers of the nonwoven fabric forming the back layer remain in the engaging portions after the wing portions and the like are peeled off, the engaging force (bonding strength) of the engaging portions is reduced, and the absorbent article worn on the body of an animal may easily fall off.
Therefore, a second object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article for animals, in which the engaging force of the engaging portion is less likely to decrease and which is less likely to fall off from the body of the animal wearing the absorbent article for animals.
Means for solving the problems
An absorbent article for animals according to one aspect (aspect 1) of the present invention has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other, and has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface in the thickness direction, the absorbent article for animals being worn so that the longitudinal direction is along the waist circumference of an animal,
the absorbent article has a nonwoven fabric forming the first surface and a nonwoven fabric forming the second surface in the thickness direction, and has a first region, a central region, and a second region equally dividing the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction by 3 in a plane view between one end edge and the other end edge in the longitudinal direction,
the absorbent article further includes:
an engaging portion extending in the width direction on the first surface of the first region and detachably engaged with the second surface of the second region; and
a wing portion extending in the longitudinal direction from one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article,
the wing portion has a longitudinal length longer than a longitudinal length of the engagement portion.

In the animal absorbent article according to claim 7, the one longitudinal end edge of the absorbent body overlaps the engaging portion in the thickness direction, and the presence of the absorbent body can continuously ensure a portion having high rigidity from the engaging portion toward the inner side in the longitudinal direction, and therefore even if the wing portion having relatively low rigidity is bent toward the first surface side and attached to the engaging portion, the wing portion can be more easily detached from the engaging portion.
An absorbent article for animals according to one aspect of the present invention (claim 8) has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other, and has a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface in the thickness direction, the absorbent article for animals being worn so as to be along the waist circumference of an animal in the longitudinal direction,
the absorbent article has a nonwoven fabric forming the first surface and a nonwoven fabric forming the second surface in the thickness direction, and has a first region, a central region, and a second region equally dividing the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction by 3 in a plane view between one end edge and the other end edge in the longitudinal direction,
the absorbent article further includes:
an engaging portion extending in the width direction on the first surface of the first region and detachably engaged with the second surface of the second region; and
a compressed portion forming region that at least partially overlaps with an engaging portion peripheral region that is a distance in a longitudinal direction from the engaging portion that is equal to or less than a longitudinal length of the engaging portion, and that has one or more compressed portions that are recessed from the first surface in the thickness direction, in a plan view,
the first region has a compression portion area ratio larger than that in the second region.
In the animal absorbent article according to aspect 8, since the one or more compressed portions are provided in the region around the engaging portion in the first region, and the region around the engaging portion is hard to bend due to the compressed portion having high rigidity, it is possible to make it difficult to cause the wing portion or the like to stick to the engaging portion, and as a result, it is possible to make it difficult to reduce the engaging force of the engaging portion.
Further, even if the peripheral region of the engaging portion is bent toward the first surface side and the wing portion or the like sticks to the engaging portion, the structural fibers of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface are pressed and fixed to form a smooth surface with a high fiber density, so that the wing portion or the like sticking to the engaging portion is easily peeled off from the engaging portion, and the structural fibers of the nonwoven fabric forming the sticking surface (first surface) of the wing portion or the like are less likely to fall off when the wing portion or the like is peeled off from the engaging portion (that is, the structural fibers of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface of the wing portion or the like are less likely to remain on the engaging portion after the wing portion or the like is peeled off), and as a result, the engaging force of the engaging portion is less likely to be reduced.
In the animal absorbent article according to claim 8, the compressed portion area ratio in the first region is larger than the compressed portion area ratio in the second region, and the second region is relatively low in rigidity and flexible, and therefore can follow the shape of the animal body and engage with the engaging portion of the first region with high joining strength.
As a result, the engaging force of the engaging portion of the absorbent article for animals of this aspect 8 is less likely to decrease, and the absorbent article for animals is less likely to fall off from the body of the animal wearing the absorbent article for animals.
In another aspect (aspect 9) of the present invention, in the absorbent article for animals according to aspect 8, the compressed portion forming region has a width-directional length longer than a width-directional length of the engaging portion.
Since the compressed portion forming region of the animal absorbent article of claim 9 has a length in the width direction longer than the length in the width direction of the engaging portion, it is possible to make a wider region in the width direction, such as the wing portion, less likely to be bent, and even if the wing portion or the like is bent (particularly, even if the end portion in the width direction of the absorbent article is also bent), it is possible to further reduce the possibility that the bent wing portion or the like sticks to the engaging portion.
As a result, the engaging force of the engaging portion of the absorbent article for animals according to claim 9 is further less likely to be reduced, and the absorbent article for animals can be further less likely to fall off from the body of the animal wearing the absorbent article for animals.
In still another aspect (aspect 10) of the present invention, in the absorbent article for animals according to aspect 8 or 9, the compressed portion formation region extends in the longitudinal direction from one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engagement portion to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article.
In the absorbent article for animals according to claim 10, the compressed portion forming region extends in the longitudinal direction from one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, that is, the entire wing portion, and therefore, in particular, the wing portion can be made difficult to bend, and even if the wing portion is bent, the possibility that the bent wing portion sticks to the engaging portion can be reduced more reliably regardless of the bending manner.
In still another aspect (aspect 11) of the present invention, in the absorbent article for animals according to any one of aspects 8 to 10, the compressed portion formation region extends from one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engagement portion toward an outer side in the longitudinal direction, and has a longitudinal length longer than a longitudinal length of the engagement portion.

In still another aspect (aspect 13) of the present invention, in the absorbent article for animals according to any one of aspects 8 to 12,
the absorbent article further includes: a liquid-impermeable member disposed between the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface and the nonwoven fabric forming the second surface; and
a joining portion that joins at least a surface on a first surface side of the liquid-impermeable member and a surface on a second surface side of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface,
the joint portion has a non-overlapping portion in the compressed portion formation region that does not overlap with the compressed portion in a plan view.

the absorbent article has the second fold line between the longitudinal end edge of the absorbent article and the first fold line as a target axis, and further has an inner-side compression portion forming region on the first surface of a region in line-symmetric relation to the engaging portion, the inner-side compression portion forming region having one or more compression portions recessed in the thickness direction from the first surface.

Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article for animals, which can be easily peeled off even if the wing portion is attached to the engaging portion, and which is less troublesome to wear on the body of an animal. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article for animals which is less likely to drop the engaging force of the engaging portion and is less likely to fall off from the body of an animal wearing the absorbent article for animals.

Examples of the water-absorbing member include a water-absorbing member in which an absorbent core made of an absorbent material containing water-absorbing fibers such as pulp and/or a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) is covered with at least one sheet of a liquid-permeable covering sheet having hydrophilicity (e.g., a paper towel).
In the present invention, the shape, various dimensions, and the like of the water-absorbent member used in the absorbent body are not particularly limited as long as it can absorb and retain liquid excrement such as urine excreted from an animal, and any shape (for example, hourglass shape, oval shape, and the like), various dimensions, and the like can be adopted according to the type, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn.
The thickness, basis weight, and the like of the water-absorbent member used in the absorbent body are not particularly limited as long as the water-absorbent member can be used as an absorbent body of an animal-use absorbent article, and any thickness, basis weight, and the like can be adopted according to the type, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn.
[ Back pack film ]
In the
In the present invention, the sheet-shaped liquid-impermeable member used in the back surface film is not particularly limited as long as it has various characteristics (for example, liquid-impermeability, flexibility, strength, and the like) that can be used as a back surface film of an absorbent article for animals, and any sheet-shaped liquid-impermeable member known in the art can be used. Examples of the sheet-like liquid-impermeable member include a liquid-impermeable plastic film, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, an SMS laminated nonwoven fabric, and a laminate sheet obtained by arbitrarily combining these sheets.
In the present invention, the sheet-like liquid-impermeable member used for the back surface film is not particularly limited in its outer shape, various dimensions, and the like as long as it can cover at least the surface of the body non-facing surface side of the absorbent body, and any outer shape, various dimensions, and the like according to the kind, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn can be adopted.
Since the provision of such a back surface film (sheet-like liquid-impermeable member) in the animal absorbent article is not an essential component in the present invention, the animal absorbent article of the present invention may be provided without such a back surface film in a case where leakage prevention of liquid excrement is ensured by addition of a liquid-impermeable back surface sheet, an absorber, or the like.
[ Back sheet ]
In the
In the present invention, the nonwoven fabric used for the back sheet is not particularly limited as long as it has various characteristics (for example, liquid impermeability, air permeability, flexibility, and the like) that can be used as a back sheet of an absorbent article for animals, and for example, an SMS nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a point-bond nonwoven fabric, a meltblown nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric composed of ultra fine fibers having a fineness of 1dtex or less, a nonwoven fabric including a fiber layer composed of ultra fine fibers, a nonwoven fabric subjected to densification treatment by heating or pressurization, or the like may be used, and a nonwoven fabric laminate sheet obtained by laminating an arbitrary nonwoven fabric on at least one surface of a liquid impermeable plastic film may be used.
The structure of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and, for example, a porous nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric having a predetermined uneven structure (for example, an uneven structure having a wavy cross-sectional shape, a ridge-groove structure, or the like), or the like can be used as appropriate in addition to a flat non-porous nonwoven fabric.
The type of the structural fiber of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include fibers made of olefin resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene; fibers made of polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate; the hydrophobic thermoplastic resin fibers such as conjugate fibers may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
In the present invention, the nonwoven fabric used for the back sheet is not particularly limited in its outer shape, various sizes, and the like as long as it can cover at least the surface of the non-body-facing side of the absorbent body, and any outer shape (for example, hourglass shape, oval shape, and the like), various sizes, and the like according to the kind, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn can be adopted. For example, the thickness of the nonwoven fabric used for the back sheet may be in the range of 0.001mm to 5.0mm, and from the viewpoint of liquid impermeability, flexibility, air permeability, and the like, the thickness is preferably in the range of 0.003mm to 3.0mm, and more preferably in the range of 0.01mm to 1.0 mm.
The weight per unit area of the nonwoven fabric used for the back sheet is not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and for example, 5g/m may be used2~100g/m2The weight per unit area in the range of (4) is preferably 6g/m in view of liquid permeability, flexibility and the like2~50g/m2Weight per unit area in the range of (a).

In the present invention, the number of the elastic members for forming three-dimensional gathers is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not hindered, and one or two or more elastic members may be disposed on each of the pair of side sheets, or one or two or more elastic members may be disposed on only one of the side sheets.
The elastic member for forming three-dimensional gathers is not particularly limited as long as it can apply a contraction force in the longitudinal direction to the animal absorbent article in an expanded state, and any elastic member similar to the elastic member for forming side gathers described later can be used.
In the present invention, the belt-shaped hydrophobic sheet member used in the side sheet is not particularly limited as long as it can function as the leakage preventing wall, and for example, any nonwoven fabric having water repellency and hydrophobicity (for example, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a meltblown nonwoven fabric, a through-air nonwoven fabric, or the like) may be cut into a belt shape. The structural fiber of such nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and for example, synthetic fibers such as olefin resin fibers, polyester resin fibers, and polyamide resin fibers, and cellulose fibers such as rayon and cotton may be used.
In the present invention, the outer shape, various dimensions, and the like of each of the pair of side sheets are not particularly limited as long as they can be used as side sheets of an animal absorbent article, and any outer shape, various dimensions, and the like can be adopted according to the type, body shape, size, and the like of an animal to be worn.
Further, since the provision of such a pair of side sheets in the absorbent article for animals is not an essential component in the present invention, the absorbent article for animals of the present invention may not include such a pair of side sheets in a case where leakage prevention of liquid excrement is ensured by other components or the like.

In the present invention, the elastic member that can be used as the elastic member for forming the side gathers is not particularly limited as long as it can apply a contraction force in the longitudinal direction to the animal-use absorbent article in an expanded state, and for example, a rubber thread or a flat rubber made of a natural rubber; a stretchable molded body obtained by molding a thermoplastic elastomer such as polyurethane or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) into a linear or ribbon shape; and an optional elastic member such as a stretchable sheet member such as a stretchable nonwoven fabric.
In the present invention, the arrangement form of the elastic members for forming the side gathers is not limited to the form of the first embodiment described above, and the elastic members for forming the side gathers may be arranged, for example, one or two or more in either one of the end portions in the width direction of the absorbent article for animals, or two or more in each of the two end portions in the width direction of the absorbent article for animals (that is, four or more in total), depending on the kind, shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn.
Since the provision of such elastic members for forming side gathers in the absorbent article for animals is not an essential structural element in the present invention, the absorbent article for animals of the present invention may not include such elastic members for forming side gathers in cases where adhesion to the torso of an animal or leakage prevention of liquid excreta is ensured by other structural members or the like.
[ engaging part ]
In the
As shown in fig. 5, the engaging
In the present specification, "engagement" refers to a state in which elements having a predetermined configuration are mechanically joined to each other and connected to each other, and the connected state is maintained unless the elements are separated from each other by a predetermined force.
In the present invention, the mechanical fastener used for the engaging portion is not particularly limited as long as it can engage with any portion of the nonwoven fabric forming the second surface, and for example, the following can be used: a hook portion having a flat sheet-like base portion and a plurality of umbrella-like engaging projections projecting from the base portion in the vertical direction (i.e., engaging projections having a shaft portion projecting from the base portion in the vertical direction and an expanded diameter portion bulging in an expanded diameter direction at a tip of the shaft portion (specifically, a tip of the shaft portion on the side opposite to the base portion) at an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion); a hook fastener or the like having a flat sheet-like base portion and a hook portion constituted by a plurality of hook-shaped engaging projections projecting in a vertical direction from the base portion (i.e., engaging projections having a structure in which a tip end of a shaft portion projecting in the vertical direction from the base portion is folded back toward the base portion side).
When the umbrella-shaped fastener is used for the engaging portion, even if the engaging portion is pulled in various directions by the action of an animal or the like when the engaging portion is engaged with the nonwoven fabric forming the second surface, the hook portion formed by the umbrella-shaped engaging projection can maintain the engaged state with the nonwoven fabric in accordance with the force in all directions, and therefore, the engaged state of the engaging portion with the nonwoven fabric forming the second surface can be firmly maintained, and as a result, the absorbent article for an animal can be made less likely to be displaced from an appropriate position of the waist of the animal, and can be made less likely to fall off from the body of the animal.
In the present invention, the material for the mechanical fastener used for the engaging portion is not particularly limited, and any synthetic resin such as polyester, polyolefin, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, olefin elastomer, urethane elastomer, and the like may be used, and a single type of these synthetic resins may be used, or two or more types of synthetic resins may be used in combination.
As described above, the absorbent article for animals according to the present invention may be in the form of: in such a configuration, the engaging portions are disposed on the surface of the first surface side of the topsheet (i.e., the body-facing surface).
In the present invention, the outer shape, various dimensions, and the like of the mechanical fastener used for the engaging portion are not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, and any outer shape (for example, one or more squares, rectangles, oblong circles, rhombuses, and the like), various dimensions, and the like according to the type, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn may be adopted, but in order to achieve the first object of the present invention, as described above, the length in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion (that is, the length in the longitudinal direction from one end edge (outer side end edge) to the other end edge (inner side end edge) of the engaging portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article for an animal) needs to be smaller than the length in the longitudinal direction of the wing portion in the absorbent article for an animal.
In this way, since the longitudinal length of the engaging portion is smaller than the longitudinal length of the wing portion in the absorbent article for animals, that is, the longitudinal length of the wing portion in the absorbent article for animals is larger than the longitudinal length of the engaging portion, even if the wing portion is folded toward the first surface side and attached to the engaging portion as described above, the portion (that is, the remaining portion) of the wing portion longer than the longitudinal length of the engaging portion can be grasped as the grasping portion, and the wing portion can be easily peeled off from the engaging portion.
Accordingly, the absorbent article for animals of the present invention is less troublesome when worn on the body of an animal.
In the animal absorbent article of the present invention, as described above, the configuration of the engaging portion is not limited to the configuration of the first embodiment described above, and any configuration may be adopted as long as the effect of the present invention can be achieved.
Other embodiments (i.e., the second embodiment and the third embodiment) of the present invention in which only the structure of the engaging portion is different from that of the first embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. The configuration other than the configuration different from the first embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
< second embodiment >
FIG. 8 shows the pet diaper 1A according to the second embodiment of the present invention in a state where it is unfolded from the first surface D1A plan view viewed in the thickness direction T.
In the pet diaper 1A of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the engaging
In the present invention, the position of the engaging member non-arrangement portion is not limited to the central portion in the width direction, and the engaging member non-arrangement portion may be provided at any position as long as it is a part in the width direction of the engaging portion.
In this way, if the engaging portion has an engaging member non-disposed portion where no engaging member is disposed in a part in the width direction, even if the wing portion is bent toward the first surface side and attached to the engaging portion, the engaging member non-disposed portion can function as a grip portion together with the remaining portion, and therefore, a grip portion having a wider area can be secured, and as a result, the wing portion can be more easily detached from the engaging portion.
In the present invention, the width direction length of the engaging member non-disposed portion is not particularly limited as long as the engaging portion can generate a required engaging force (engaging strength) as the engaging portion of the absorbent article for animals, and any width direction length may be adopted, but from the viewpoint of more reliably obtaining the function as the grip portion, the engaging member non-disposed portion preferably has a width direction length (for example, a length in a range of 6mm to 20 mm) to such an extent that a finger of a wearer such as an owner of an animal can be inserted.
In the present invention, the arrangement form of the engaging member non-arrangement portion is not particularly limited as long as the engaging portion can generate a required engaging force as the engaging portion of the absorbent article for animals, and for example, the engaging member non-arrangement portion may be configured to be arranged at a position including at least one of one side end edge and the other side end edge in the width direction of the engaging portion in addition to the center portion in the width direction, or at a position including at least one of the one side end edge and the other side end edge in the width direction of the engaging portion instead of the center portion.
When the engaging member non-disposed portion capable of functioning as the grip portion is disposed at such a position (i.e., a position including at least one of the one side end edge and the other side end edge of the engaging portion in the width direction), when the engaging member non-disposed portion is gripped as the grip portion together with the above-mentioned remaining portion and the wing portion is peeled off from the engaging portion, the wing portion can be peeled off sequentially from the one side end edge or the other side end edge of the engaging portion in the width direction, and therefore, the wing portion can be peeled off from the engaging portion with a smaller force than in the case of peeling off from the one side end edge in the length direction.
< third embodiment >

In the
In the present invention, the position where the engagement member flat-pressing portion is provided is not limited to the both end portions in the width direction, and the engagement member flat-pressing portion may be provided at any position as long as it is a part of the width direction of the engagement portion.
In this way, if the engaging portion has an engaging member flattening portion that is formed by flattening the engaging member in a part in the width direction, even if the wing portion is bent toward the first surface side and attached to the engaging portion, the engaging member flattening portion can function as a grip portion together with the remaining portion, and therefore, a grip portion having a wider area can be secured, and as a result, the wing portion can be more easily peeled off from the engaging portion.
Further, the engagement member flattening portion can slightly engage with the nonwoven fabric as compared with the engagement member non-arrangement portion, and therefore, there is an advantage that the engagement portion as a whole can easily secure engagement force of a predetermined value or more.
In the present invention, the widthwise length of the engagement member flattening portion is not particularly limited as long as the engagement portion can generate a required engagement force as the engagement portion of the absorbent article for animals, and any widthwise length may be employed, but from the viewpoint of more reliably obtaining the function as the grip portion, the engagement member flattening portion preferably has a widthwise length (for example, a length in the range of 6mm to 20 mm) to such an extent that fingers of a wearer such as an owner of an animal can be inserted.
In the present invention, the arrangement form of the engagement member crushed portion is not particularly limited as long as the engagement portion can generate a required engagement force as the engagement portion of the absorbent article for animals, and for example, the engagement member crushed portion may be arranged at any position such as only one end portion in the width direction or the center portion in the width direction in addition to or instead of both end portions in the width direction.
If the engagement member flattening portion capable of functioning as the grip portion is disposed at such a position (i.e., a position including at least one of the one side end edge and the other side end edge of the engagement portion in the width direction), when the engagement member flattening portion is gripped as the grip portion together with the remaining portion and the wing portion is peeled off from the engagement portion, the wing portion can be peeled off sequentially from the one side end edge or the other side end edge of the engagement portion in the width direction, and the wing portion can be peeled off from the engagement portion with a smaller force than in the case of peeling off from the one side end edge in the length direction.
In the present invention, the forming mechanism of the engagement member flattening portion of the engagement portion is not particularly limited, and may be formed by flattening a predetermined portion of the engagement member of the engagement portion by using any known heating or non-heating pressing mechanism.
In the present invention, the engaging portion may have both the engaging member non-disposed portion in the second embodiment and the engaging member squashed portion in the third embodiment.
In the animal absorbent article of the present invention, the configuration of the various components other than the engaging portions is not limited to the configuration of the first embodiment described above, and any configuration may be adopted as long as the effects of the present invention can be achieved.
Hereinafter, other embodiments (i.e., fourth to sixth embodiments) of the present invention, in which the forms of the various components other than the engaging portion are different from those of the first embodiment, will be described with reference to the drawings. The configuration other than the configuration different from the first embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
< fourth embodiment >

As shown in FIG. 10, the
In the present invention, the two folding lines may be disposed at positions of one side end edge and the other side end edge in the width direction passing through the engaging portion, as long as both end portions in the width direction of the absorbent article for animals can be folded toward the second surface side.
In this way, when one end portion and the other end portion in the width direction of the absorbent article for animals are folded toward the second surface side at two folding lines located at the specific positions, the wing portions can be made difficult to bend toward the first surface side, and even if the wing portions are bent toward the first surface side and attached to the engaging portions, the wing portions can be easily peeled off from the engaging portions only by spreading or pulling the one end portion and the other end portion in the width direction of the absorbent article folded toward the second surface side toward the outside in the width direction, and therefore, in addition to the remaining portion that can function as the grip portion, the peeling means for the wing portions can be secured, and the wing portions can be more reliably and easily peeled off from the engaging portions.
Further, when the absorbent article for animals is folded in this way, there are also advantages in that: a longitudinal central axis C extending in the width direction or in a state of maintaining the folded stateWAnd the like are easily packaged together with other plural animal absorbent articles in a state of being folded further in the longitudinal direction as a folding axis.

In the present invention, the longitudinal length of the pair of elastic members for forming side gathers (i.e., the stretchable members extending in the longitudinal direction) disposed at each of the one end and the other end in the width direction of the absorbent article for animals is not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and any longitudinal length may be employed in consideration of the adhesiveness to the body of an animal, the leakage prevention property, and the like.

In the present invention, the longitudinal length of the absorber is not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and any longitudinal length according to the kind, body shape, size, and the like of the animal to be worn can be adopted.
The features of the above-described embodiments (i.e., the first to sixth embodiments) may be appropriately combined, substituted, changed, and the like, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
The animal absorbent article of the present invention may include any structural member or structural element known in the art, in addition to the various structural members described above. For example, the absorbent article for animals of the present invention may be provided with a diffusion sheet capable of diffusing a liquid excrement such as urine in the longitudinal direction and/or the width direction between the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface and the nonwoven fabric forming the second surface.
The animal absorbent article of the present invention may further include one or more compressed portions recessed in the thickness direction from the first surface of the absorbent article in an engagement portion peripheral region that is a peripheral region of the wing portion around the engagement portion when viewed in plan, the engagement portion peripheral region being a region that is located at a distance from the engagement portion in the longitudinal direction that is equal to or less than the longitudinal length of the engagement portion.
If the absorbent article for animals has such one or more compressed parts in the region around the engaging part of the wing part, the region around the engaging part is hard to bend due to the compressed part having high rigidity, and therefore, the possibility of the wing part sticking to the engaging part can be further reduced (that is, the problem itself as shown in fig. 24(a) in the conventional absorbent article for animals can be made hard to occur), and even if the wing part is bent toward the first surface side and sticks to the engaging part, the surface on the first surface side of the compressed part in the region around the engaging part is pressed and fixed by the structural fiber of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface to become a smooth surface having a high fiber density, and therefore, when the wing part is peeled from the engaging part by grasping the remaining part, the absorbent article for animals can be easily peeled with a smaller force.
Further, when the wing section is peeled off from the engagement section, the structural fiber of the nonwoven fabric forming the attachment surface (first surface) of the wing section is also less likely to fall off (that is, the structural fiber of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface of the wing section is less likely to remain on the engagement section after the wing section is peeled off), and therefore, there is also an advantage that the engagement force of the engagement section after the wing section is peeled off is less likely to decrease.
The "longitudinal distance from the engaging portion" refers to a longitudinal length from one end edge (outer side end edge) in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to a target position on the outer side in the longitudinal direction, and the "engaging portion peripheral region" refers to a region having a distance from the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion of not more than the longitudinal length of the engaging portion (that is, a region extending from the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to the outer side in the longitudinal direction and extending to a portion where the longitudinal distance from the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion is equal to the longitudinal length of the engaging portion).
When the above-described compression portion is provided in the peripheral region of the engagement portion of the wing portion, the external shape and arrangement form of the compression portion are not particularly limited as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired, and the compression portion may be, for example, substantially circular in a plan view; an oval shape; a triangle shape; rectangles such as squares, diamonds and the like; a cross shape; one or more linear (e.g., continuous or discontinuous, linear, wavy, saw-tooth, etc.); one or more strips; various marks, patterns, animals, plants, characters (characters), and the like may be formed in any shape such as a design drawing shape, and may be arranged in any form such as a staggered shape, a lattice shape, a stripe shape, or a random shape.
The compressed portion may be formed in a region other than the region around the engaging portion of the wing portion (for example, any region or all of the regions from the first region to the second region).
The number of the compressed parts, the size of each compressed part, and the like are not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, and the compressed parts may be formed in any number of one or more and in any size.
When the above-described compression portion is provided in the region around the engagement portion of the wing portion, the compression portion is preferably disposed in a region having a length in the width direction longer than the length in the width direction of the engagement portion and/or a region having a length in the length direction longer than the length in the length direction of the engagement portion. When the compression portion is disposed in this manner, a wider region of the wing portion can be made difficult to bend by the rigidity of the compression portion, and even if the wing portion is bent toward the first surface side and comes into contact with the engagement portion, the possibility that the bent wing portion sticks to the engagement portion can be more reliably reduced.
The mechanism for forming the compressed part is not particularly limited, and any embossing mechanism known in the art may be used. For example, the compressed part may be formed by compressing a single nonwoven fabric (i.e., a back sheet or a front sheet) forming the first surface or a laminate including at least the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface and a back sheet in the thickness direction from the first surface side of the nonwoven fabric forming the first surface by using a heated or unheated embossing mechanism provided with one or more protruding parts for forming the compressed part.
In the case where the animal absorbent article has a joint portion for joining the back surface film and the back sheet, the joint portion preferably has a non-overlapping portion that does not overlap with the compressed portion in a plan view. If the joining portion has such a non-overlapping portion, the back sheet between the adjacent compressed portions can be made less likely to float by the non-overlapping portion, and therefore, even if the wing portions are bent toward the first surface side and approach the engaging portions, not only the compressed portions but also the non-overlapping portions are less likely to come into contact with the engaging portions, and the possibility that the wing portions formed with the compressed portions stick to the engaging portions can be further reduced.
The method for producing the animal absorbent article for achieving the first object of the present invention by using the various structural members is not particularly limited, and any production method known in the art may be employed. For example, the

The "distance in the longitudinal direction from the engaging portion" means a length in the longitudinal direction from one end edge (outer side end edge) in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion as a starting point to a target position on the outer side in the longitudinal direction, or a length in the longitudinal direction from the other end edge (inner side end edge) in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion as a starting point to a target position on the inner side in the longitudinal direction.
The "peripheral region of the engaging portion" refers to a region having a distance from the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion of not more than the longitudinal length of the engaging portion, except for a region extending from one end edge (outer end edge) of the engaging portion in the longitudinal direction to the outer side in the longitudinal direction and having a distance from the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion of not more than the longitudinal length of the engaging portion: (a region having a distance from the outer end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion in the longitudinal direction: (b) (In fig. 15 and 17, the peripheral region a corresponding to the engaging portionPAnd a region extending from the other end edge (inner side end edge) in the longitudinal direction of the engagement portion to the inner side in the longitudinal direction and having a distance from the longitudinal direction of the engagement portion equal to or less than the longitudinal length of the engagement portion (corresponding to the engagement portion peripheral region a in fig. 15 and 17)QThe region) of the engaging portion includes the widthwise outer sides of one end edge and the other end edge of the engaging portion in the widthwise direction.
For example, in the case where the longitudinal direction length between one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article for animals and one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion is equal to or greater than the longitudinal direction length of the engaging portion (i.e., in the case where the longitudinal direction length of the wing portion is equal to or greater than the longitudinal direction length of the engaging portion), the engaging portion peripheral region located on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion is a region extending from the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to the outer side in the longitudinal direction and up to a portion having the same longitudinal direction distance from the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion as the longitudinal direction length of the engaging portion, and in the case where the longitudinal direction length between the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article for animals and the one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion is less than the longitudinal direction length of the engaging portion (i.e., in the case where the longitudinal direction length of the wing portion is less than the, the engaging portion peripheral region located on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion is a region extending from one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the engaging portion to the outer side in the longitudinal direction and up to one end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article for animals.
In the absorbent article for animals of the present invention, as described above, the position of the compressed portion forming region is not limited to the position of the seventh embodiment, and the compressed
As described above, in the absorbent article for animals according to the present invention, since the one or more compressed parts are provided in the region around the engaging part in the first region, the region around the engaging part can be made difficult to bend by the compressed part having high rigidity, and therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to cause the above-described matters such as the wing parts to adhere to the engaging part (that is, the matters shown in fig. 24(b) to 24(c) in the conventional absorbent article for animals), and as a result, it is possible to make it difficult to reduce the engaging force of the engaging part.
In the present specification, the "compressed portion forming region" refers to a region surrounded by four imaginary straight lines including, in a plan view, an imaginary straight line extending in the width direction through an outer end edge in the longitudinal direction of the compressed portion located on the outermost side in the longitudinal direction, an inner end edge in the longitudinal direction of the compressed portion located on the innermost side in the longitudinal direction, an imaginary straight line extending in the width direction through an outer end edge in the width direction of the compressed portion located on the outermost side in one side in the width direction, and an imaginary straight line extending in the length direction through an outer end edge in the width direction of the compressed portion located on the outermost side in the other side in the width direction, and in the seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 17, the compressed portion forming region 700 is a region surrounded by four imaginary straight lines overlapping with the four imaginary straight lines in a plan view, A region surrounded by four edges, i.e., a first end edge 74 in the longitudinal direction L located on the outer side in the longitudinal direction L, a second end edge 75 in the longitudinal direction L located on the inner side in the longitudinal direction L, a first end edge 72 in the width direction W located on one side in the width direction W, and a second end edge 73 in the width direction W located on the other side in the width direction W.

Here, in the present specification, the "compressed portion area ratio" refers to a ratio (%) of the total planar area of the compressed portions to the planar area of the target region (for example, the first region, the second region, and the like), and is obtained by calculating the total planar area of the compressed portions from the planar area and the number of the compressed portions measured by an arbitrary magnifying observation means such as a magnifying glass or a microscope, dividing the total planar area by the planar area of the target region measured separately, and multiplying the result by 100.
The magnitude relation of the compressed part area ratios between the respective regions may be determined by visual observation or the like when the magnitude relation is clear by visual observation or the like as in the seventh embodiment, or may be determined by calculating and comparing the compressed part area ratios of the respective regions as described above when the magnitude relation is difficult to determine by visual observation or the like.
In this way, the absorbent article for animals of the present invention is configured such that the compressed part area ratio in the first region is larger than the compressed part area ratio in the second region, and the second region is relatively low in rigidity and flexible, and therefore can follow the shape of the body of an animal and engage with the engaging part of the first region with high joining strength.
