The action mechanism of the method mainly influences the metabolism of the pyruvic acid of the thallus, has obvious inhibition effect on various enzymes, can also reduce the metabolism of phosphorus, reduce the content of adenosine triphosphate in the thallus and prevent the dispersion of conidia of some pathogenic bacteria. Example bioassay one: toxicity determination of flufen-sodium and captan compounding on melon downy mildew

Test subjects: downy mildew of melon

The test was carried out by potting. Selecting sweet melon seedlings with consistent growth, selecting 15 pots of test melon seedlings for each treatment, and numbering for later use.
