1. The sour-sweet gloss oil is characterized by comprising alcohol-soluble resin, citric acid, L-malic acid, fumaric acid, neotame, wax powder, castor oil and an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol-soluble resin accounts for 10-20% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the wax powder accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the castor oil accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame accounts for 6.1-31% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, and the alcohol solvent accounts for 55-80% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass.

3. The sour-sweet gloss oil of claim 2, wherein the total amount of citric acid, L-malic acid, and fumaric acid is from 8% to 12% by weight of the sour-sweet gloss oil.

4. The sour-sweet gloss oil of claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid is (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).

5. The sour-sweet gloss oil of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid, and the neotame are present in a mass percentage of 2% to 10%, and 0.1% to 1%, respectively, of the sour-sweet gloss oil.

6. A method of making a sour and sweet scented gloss oil of any one of claims 1-5, comprising:

mixing the alcohol-soluble resin and the alcohol solvent to obtain a first mixed solution;

adding the wax powder and the castor oil into the first mixed solution to be mixed to obtain a second mixed solution; and

adding the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid, and the neotame to the second mixture for mixing.

7. Tipping paper for cigarettes, characterized by comprising a raw paper layer and a sour-sweet layer which are arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the sour-sweet layer is prepared from the sour-sweet gloss oil according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the sour-sweet gloss oil prepared by the preparation method of the sour-sweet gloss oil according to claim 6.

8. The cigarette tipping paper of claim 7, further comprising a color layer disposed between the base paper layer and the sour-sweet taste layer and an anti-permeation layer disposed between the color layer and the sour-sweet taste layer.

9. The cigarette tipping paper according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising a back coating layer disposed on a surface of the raw paper layer remote from the sour-sweet taste layer.

10. A cigarette comprising a tobacco section, a filter section and a cigarette tipping paper according to any one of claims 7 to 9 wrapped over the filter section and over part of the exterior of the tobacco section, the cigarette tipping paper being for joining the filter section to the tobacco section.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of printing ink, in particular to sour and sweet gloss oil, a preparation method thereof, cigarette tipping paper and cigarettes.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, smokers are pursuing more and more cigarettes to give people sense enjoyment, wherein the cigarettes with different tastes can have different tastes, such as mellow taste, cool feeling, refreshing and sweet taste and unique fragrance, so that the cigarettes are more and more popular with consumers.

Due to the limitation of the development level of the taste cigarette, the research on the taste cigarette is focused on the development of single taste, such as sweet taste, and the sour and sweet taste cigarette which is generally liked by the public is rarely reported. The stability of the sour and sweet taste agent compounded with other agents is generally poor, and the durability of the sour and sweet taste is influenced. In addition, at present, flavoring agents are commonly added into tobacco shreds for flavoring cigarettes, the preparation method is simple, but the mixing of the tobacco shreds and the flavoring agents can cause the combustibility of the tobacco shreds to be changed, so that the experience of smokers is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, there is a need for a sour-sweet gloss oil capable of generating stable sour-sweet taste, a preparation method thereof, and a cigarette tipping paper capable of enriching the experience of smokers.

A sour-sweet gloss oil comprises alcohol-soluble resin, citric acid, L-malic acid, fumaric acid, neotame, wax powder, castor oil and an alcohol solvent, wherein the alcohol-soluble resin accounts for 10-20% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the wax powder accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the castor oil accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame accounts for 6.1-31% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, and the alcohol solvent accounts for 55-80% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass.

In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid to the neotame is (28-32): 1.

In one embodiment, the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid accounts for 8 to 12% by weight of the sour and sweet gloss oil.

In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid is (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).

In one embodiment, the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame account for 2 to 10%, 2 to 10% and 0.1 to 1% of the sour-sweet gloss oil by mass, respectively.

The preparation method of the sour and sweet flavor gloss oil comprises the following steps:

mixing the alcohol-soluble resin and the alcohol solvent to obtain a first mixed solution;

adding the wax powder and the castor oil into the first mixed solution to be mixed to obtain a second mixed solution; and

adding the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid, and the neotame to the second mixture for mixing.

The tipping paper for the cigarettes comprises a raw paper layer and a sour-sweet taste layer which are arranged in a stacked mode, wherein the sour-sweet taste layer is prepared from the sour-sweet taste gloss oil or is prepared from the sour-sweet taste gloss oil prepared by the preparation method of the sour-sweet taste gloss oil.

In one embodiment, the tipping paper for cigarettes further comprises a color layer and an anti-permeation layer, wherein the color layer is arranged between the raw paper layer and the sweet and sour taste layer, and the anti-permeation layer is arranged between the color layer and the sweet and sour taste layer.

In one embodiment, the tipping paper for cigarettes further comprises a back coating layer, and the back coating layer is arranged on the surface of the raw paper layer far away from the sour and sweet taste layer.

A cigarette comprises a tobacco section, a filter section and the cigarette tipping paper, wherein the cigarette tipping paper is wrapped on the filter section and wraps part of the outer part of the tobacco section, and the cigarette tipping paper is used for connecting the filter section and the tobacco section.

The sour-sweet gloss oil is an alcohol-soluble system, and the sour-sweet gloss oil of the alcohol-soluble system has better adhesiveness and stronger temperature resistance compared with gloss oil of a water-based system, so that the sour-sweet gloss oil is more suitable for being applied to cigarettes. The citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame can stably exist in an alcohol-soluble system, and provide sour and sweet taste for the sour and sweet flavor gloss oil.

The citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid can generate sour taste when being used independently, but can generate comfortable sour taste when being used independently by adding a larger amount. At the same time, neotame has a higher solubility in alcohol soluble systems than other sweeteners. The citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame are used in a matching way, so that the stability and the mixing uniformity of the sour-sweet gloss oil are improved.

In addition, the sour-sweet gloss oil can form a sour-sweet layer on the cigarette tipping paper, and compared with the sour agent arranged in the tobacco shreds, the sour-sweet gloss oil can be arranged on the cigarette tipping paper, so that the combustibility of the tobacco shreds is not influenced, the generation of miscellaneous gas which is not compatible with the original fragrance of the tobacco due to the fact that the sour-sweet gloss oil participates in cigarette combustion is avoided, the cigarette tipping paper can be directly contacted with the mouth of a smoker, the visual mouth feeling of the sour-sweet taste is improved, and the use experience of the smoker is better. The sour-sweet taste layer can endow the cigarette tipping paper with sour-sweet taste, and enables the surface of the cigarette tipping paper to be smooth, bright, stain-resistant and wear-resistant.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical schemes and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the following embodiments are taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings to further explain the sour-sweet flavor gloss oil, the preparation method thereof, the cigarette tipping paper and the cigarette in detail. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The embodiment of the invention provides sour and sweet flavor gloss oil which comprises alcohol-soluble resin, citric acid, L-malic acid, fumaric acid, neotame, wax powder, castor oil and an alcohol solvent. The alcohol-soluble resin accounts for 10-20% of the sour and sweet gloss oil, the wax powder accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour and sweet gloss oil, the castor oil accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the sour and sweet gloss oil, the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame accounts for 6.1-31% of the sour and sweet gloss oil, and the alcohol solvent accounts for 55-80% of the sour and sweet gloss oil.

The sour and sweet gloss oil provided by the embodiment of the invention is an alcohol-soluble system, and the sour and sweet gloss oil of the alcohol-soluble system has better adhesiveness and stronger temperature resistance compared with the gloss oil of a water-based system, so that the sour and sweet gloss oil is more suitable for being applied to cigarettes. The citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame can stably exist in an alcohol-soluble system, and provide sour and sweet taste for the sour and sweet flavor gloss oil.

Citric acid, L-malic acid and fumaric acid can generate sour taste when used independently, but can generate comfortable sour taste when used independently in a larger amount. At the same time, neotame has a higher solubility in alcohol soluble systems than other sweeteners. The citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame are used in a matching way, so that the stability and the mixing uniformity of the sour-sweet gloss oil are improved.

In one embodiment, the alcohol-soluble resin may be selected from one or more of a polyaldehyde ketone resin, a polyamide resin, a polyvinyl butyral resin, an acrylic resin, a polyvinyl pyrrolidone resin, an alkyd resin, a polyurethane resin, and a polyether acrylic resin.

Preferably, the alcohol-soluble resin is a compound system of a mixture of polyvinyl butyral resin and aldehyde ketone resin. The polyvinyl butyral resin is nontoxic, harmless and noncorrosive, has weather resistance, high transparency, good insulativity, film forming property, impact resistance at low temperature and excellent physical and chemical properties, can resist the action of inorganic acid aliphatic hydrocarbon and ultraviolet rays, and has excellent properties of cold resistance, water resistance and aging resistance. The butyral resin contains a certain amount of hydroxyl groups, so that the solubility of the polyvinyl butyral resin in alcohols can be improved. And the butyraldehyde group can interact with the aldehyde-ketone group, so that the adhesion fastness, the temperature resistance and the friction resistance of a compound system of the polyvinyl butyral resin and the aldehyde-ketone resin are improved. Preferably, the mass percentages of the polyvinyl butyral resin and the aldehyde ketone resin in the sour and sweet gloss oil can be 5% -10% and 5% -10%, respectively.

Although many kinds of acidulants and sweeteners are used in the field of foods. However, the inventors have found that most of the sour agents and sweeteners for food use are not actually suitable for the sour and sweet gloss oil of the present invention. The sour and sweet gloss oil provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly used in the field of cigarettes. In particular, the sour and sweet gloss oil of one embodiment of the invention can be used on tipping paper for cigarettes. The gloss oil used as the tipping paper for the cigarettes has more special requirements on the properties of the gloss oil, for example, the gloss oil needs to have good adhesiveness on the base paper to ensure that the gloss oil can be adhered on the base paper for a long time; the dissolving uniformity of the gloss oil system is high, so that a sour and sweet coating with uniform material quality can be formed; the viscosity of the varnish after film forming is not too high, so that the influence on the surface form of the tipping paper for cigarettes is avoided; and moreover, the cigarette process of tipping paper is prevented from being influenced by the fact that the sour and sweet flavoring agent in the gloss oil permeates into the color layer of the paper to influence the color generation effect of the color layer or even permeates into the back of the base paper.

The inventor finds through experimental research that the combination of the sour and sweet flavors formed by the cooperation of the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame can meet the requirements of the application of the gloss oil on the tipping paper for the cigarette.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid to the neotame can be (28-32): 1. Because the sour and sweet flavoring agents have certain solubility in the alcohol solvent, the ratio of the neotame to each sour flavoring agent is controlled within the range, and the neotame and each sour flavoring agent can be well and uniformly dissolved in an alcohol-soluble sour and sweet flavoring oil system, so that the sour and sweet flavoring oil is more stable, and can meet the requirement of large-scale production. Furthermore, the inventor finds that the proportion of neotame and each sour agent is controlled within the range through a large sample sensory evaluation experiment, so that a more appropriate degree of sweet and sour taste can be obtained, and the taste comfort requirement of most people can be met.

Preferably, the total amount of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid accounts for 8-12% of the mass percent of the sour and sweet gloss oil. The total amount of the sour agents is within this range, and the sour taste of the sour-sweet gloss oil is more suitable. Moreover, since sour-sweet gloss oil is more or less permeable, when the sour-sweet gloss oil penetrates into the color layer, the sour-sweet gloss oil has certain influence on the color layer, and especially, the acidity of the sour agent may react with the dye of the color layer to destroy the color generation effect of the color layer. The sour agent is in the range, so that the acidity requirement is met, and the acidity of the sour, sweet and bright oil cannot cause serious damage to the color layer or paper.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the citric acid, the L-malic acid and the fumaric acid can be (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2). The quality ratio of each sour agent is within the range, and the formed sour agent gloss oil is not easy to be sticky back after forming a film on the cigarette tipping paper, so that the cigarette tipping paper is more convenient to store and transport, and the quality of the formed cigarette is higher. More preferably, the mass ratio of citric acid, L-malic acid and fumaric acid is 1:1: 1.

Preferably, the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame account for 2-10%, 2-10% and 0.1-1% of the sour and sweet gloss oil respectively by mass. The quality of each sour agent, the sweetener and the alcohol-soluble resin system are matched with each other, so that the printing adaptability of the sour-sweet gloss oil is stronger, and the stability, the wear resistance and the adhesiveness of the sour-sweet layer after film forming are good.

The alcoholic solvent is selected from volatile alcohols. Preferably, the alcoholic solvent is ethanol.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing the sour-sweet gloss oil, including:

s12, mixing the alcohol-soluble resin and the alcohol solvent to obtain a first mixed solution;

s14, adding the wax powder and the castor oil into the first mixed solution, and mixing to obtain a second mixed solution; and

s16, adding the citric acid, the L-malic acid, the fumaric acid and the neotame into the second mixed solution for mixing.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the solute alcohol-soluble resin with the largest content in the acid-sweet gloss oil is dissolved in the solvent, so that a uniform system can be formed in advance, and preparation is made for subsequent dissolution of the wax powder and the castor oil. The wax powder and castor oil are similar in nature and are added after a homogeneous first mixture is formed. And finally, adding citric acid, L-malic acid, fumaric acid and neotame to avoid the influence of the sour agent and the sweetening agent on the dissolution of other solutes.

In step S12, the step of mixing may include stirring to accelerate the mixing. The stirring speed can be 1000-2000 r/min, and the stirring time can be 30-60 min.

In step S14, the step of mixing may include stirring to accelerate the mixing. The rotating speed of stirring can be 1000-2000 r/min, and the stirring time can be 10-30 min.

In step S16, the step of mixing may include stirring to accelerate the mixing. The rotating speed of stirring can be 500-1000 r/min, and the stirring time can be 10-30 min.

Preferably, the preparation method of the sour and sweet flavor gloss oil can further comprise the following steps: after step S16, a step of filtering the uniformly mixed sour and sweet gloss oil to remove undissolved solutes or large-particle solutes by filtration.

Referring to fig. 2, the tipping paper for cigarettes according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a raw paper layer 10 and a sweet and sour layer 20, which are stacked, wherein the sweet and sour layer 20 is prepared from the sweet and sour gloss oil or the sweet and sour gloss oil obtained by the method for preparing the sweet and sour gloss oil.

Compared with the method that the sour and sweet gloss oil is arranged in the tobacco, the sour and sweet gloss oil provided by the embodiment of the invention can form the sour and sweet layer 20 on the cigarette tipping paper, the sour and sweet layer 20 is arranged on the cigarette tipping paper, the generation of miscellaneous gas which is inconsistent with the original fragrance of the tobacco and is generated by the fact that the sour and sweet gloss oil participates in the combustion of the cigarette is avoided, the combustibility of the tobacco is not influenced, the cigarette tipping paper can be directly contacted with the mouth of a smoker, the visual mouth feel of the sour and sweet taste is improved, and the use experience of the smoker is better. The sour-sweet taste layer 20 can endow the cigarette tipping paper with sour-sweet taste, and enables the surface of the cigarette tipping paper to be smooth, bright, stain-resistant and wear-resistant.

Referring to figure 3, in one embodiment, the tipping paper for cigarettes may further comprise a colour layer 30. The color layer 30 is disposed between the raw paper layer 10 and the sweet and sour taste layer 20. The coloured layer 30 may provide a recognisable pattern to the tipping paper for use as a security device.

Preferably, the tipping paper for cigarette further comprises an anti-permeation layer 40, wherein the anti-permeation layer 40 is arranged between the color layer 30 and the sweet and sour layer 20. The permeation prevention layer 40 is mainly used to prevent the sour agents and sweeteners in the sour and sweet taste layer 20, especially the sour agents (citric acid, L-malic acid, fumaric acid) in the sour and sweet taste layer 20 from permeating onto the color layer 30 to deteriorate the color, pattern or stability of the color layer 30.

In one embodiment, the permeation prevention layer 40 may include one or both of a vinyl chloride copolymer resin and a vinyl chloride modified resin. The resin has strong compactness and can effectively prevent the permeation of sour, sweet and gloss oil. Moreover, the resin has strong adaptability with the sour and sweet gloss oil provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the sour and sweet gloss oil can be more easily attached to the resin. In one embodiment, the vinyl chloride modified resin is selected from one or more of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, vinyl chloride-acrylate copolymer resin, hydroxyl modified vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate acrylate, and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-maleic acid terpolymer resin.

Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the tipping paper for cigarettes may further include a back coating layer 50, and the back coating layer 50 is disposed on the surface of the raw paper layer 10 away from the sour sweet taste layer 20. In one embodiment, the back coating 50 may have one or more of amino silicone oil, cationic hydroxy silicone oil, polyethylene oxide, and polycarbonate therein.

In one embodiment, the tipping paper for cigarettes comprises a back coating layer 50, a raw paper layer 10, a colour layer 30, an anti-permeability layer 40 and a sweet and sour taste layer 20 arranged in a stack. The thicknesses of the back coating layer 50, the raw paper layer 10, the color layer 30, the permeation prevention layer 40, and the sweet and sour layer 20 may be 0.4 to 0.6 μm, 35 to 38 μm, 2.4 to 3.6 μm, 1.2 to 1.5 μm, and 0.8 to 1.2 μm, respectively.

The preparation method of the tipping paper for the cigarette in the embodiment can comprise the following steps:

s20, printing a color layer 30, a permeation-proof layer 40 and a sweet and sour taste layer 20 on the raw paper layer 10 in sequence; and

s40, printing a back coating layer 50 on the surface of the raw paper layer 10 away from the sweet and sour layer 20.

Wherein the sweet and sour layer 20 is printed with the sweet and sour gloss oil of the previous example.

In one embodiment, the printing process for printing the color layer 30 may be a gravure printing process, and the printing plate may use a laser engraved gravure plate.

In one embodiment, the net depth for printing the sour and sweet gloss oil can be 35-45 μm, the machine speed can be 100-120 m/min, and the drying temperature can be 80-90 ℃. Preferably, the printing viscosity of the sour and sweet flavor gloss oil is controlled to be 14 seconds to 16 seconds in British 3# glass cup.

In one embodiment, the preparation method of the tipping paper for cigarettes further comprises the following steps: after the color layer 30, the anti-seepage layer 40, the sweet and sour taste layer 20 and the back coating layer 50 are printed on the raw paper layer 10, gold stamping, slitting and punching are sequentially carried out on the tipping paper for the cigarettes.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a cigarette, which comprises a tobacco section, a filter section and a cigarette tipping paper, wherein the cigarette tipping paper is wrapped on the filter section and wraps part of the outer part of the tobacco section, the cigarette tipping paper is used for connecting the filter section and the tobacco section, and the cigarette tipping paper can be the cigarette tipping paper in the embodiment.
