Drum assembly according to claims 1-5, characterized in that said gas distribution socket (4) is fixed to a machine frame (2), a cover plate (3) is provided between said machine frame (2) and said gas distribution socket (4), and said negative pressure interface comprises a negative pressure cavity (12) formed by said machine frame (2), said bearing housing (10) and said cover plate (3).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco machinery, in particular to a drum wheel assembly. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a winding machine comprising the drum wheel assembly.

Background

In the current domestic main force rolling and connecting equipment and filter stick forming equipment, the drum wheel is driven by a main servo motor to drive a multi-stage gear, and then the multi-stage gear drives the drum wheel to move. The traditional driving mode of gear transmission has a plurality of defects, and because a large number of gears are used, the gear transmission needs to be lubricated by oil, the structure is complex, the risk of oil leakage exists, and the maintenance is troublesome; meanwhile, the gears are engaged to generate loud noise.

In summary, how to reduce noise and oil leakage in the process of driving the drum is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a drum assembly, which directly drives a drum to move by using a servo motor without using gears for transmission, thereby reducing noise; and the gear is not required to be lubricated, so that the risk of oil leakage is eliminated. It is another object of the present invention to provide a cigarette making and tipping machine including the above drum assembly.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a drum wheel assembly comprises a servo motor, wherein a stator of the servo motor is fixed on a bearing seat, a rotor of the servo motor extends to the outside of the stator to form a rotating shaft sleeved in the bearing seat, a gas distribution seat is fixedly sleeved on the periphery of the bearing seat, a gas distribution seat cavity is formed by the outer side wall of the bearing seat and the inner side wall of the gas distribution seat, and the gas distribution seat is provided with a negative pressure interface which is used for being connected with a negative pressure device and communicated with the gas distribution seat cavity; the periphery cover of distribution seat be equipped with pivot fixed connection's drum, the drum be equipped with be used for holding cigarette, and with the holding chamber of distribution seat cavity intercommunication.

Preferably, the bearing seat and the rotating shaft are supported by two bearings.

Preferably, the end part of the rotating shaft, which is far away from the servo motor, is sleeved with and fixed with a fixed disc, the fixed disc is fixedly connected with a flange, and the end part of the drum wheel is fixed on the flange.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a drum wheel assembly, including a servo motor 1, a stator of the servo motor 1 is fixed to a bearing seat 10, a rotor of the servo motor 1 extends to the outside of the stator to form a rotating shaft 9 sleeved inside the bearing seat 10, a gas distribution seat 4 is fixed on the periphery of the bearing seat 10, a gas distribution seat cavity 11 is formed by the outer side wall of the bearing seat 10 and the inner side wall of the gas distribution seat 4, and the gas distribution seat 4 is provided with a negative pressure port for connecting with a negative pressure device and communicating with the gas distribution seat cavity 11; the periphery of the gas distribution seat 4 is sleeved with a drum wheel 5 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 9, and the drum wheel 5 is provided with a holding cavity which is used for holding cigarettes and communicated with the gas distribution seat cavity 11.

Specifically, the servo motor 1 has a stator and a rotor which can rotate relatively, wherein the stator includes a housing, a winding, and the like, and the housing is fixedly connected with the bearing seat 10 by screws, welding, or other methods. The rotating shaft 9 positioned outside the casing is formed by extending the rotor to the outside of the casing, namely the rotor and the rotating shaft 9 are integrated structural members, compared with a split structure, after the two are integrally manufactured, mechanical elements such as a coupler are not needed to be utilized for realizing the coaxial fixation of the two during later assembly, the assembly steps are simplified, and meanwhile, the cost is reduced.

The bearing seat 10 is disposed at the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 9 for bearing load, and in order to ensure that the rotating shaft 9 can rotate smoothly, a bearing may be disposed on the rotating shaft 9, that is, the bearing seat 10 and the rotating shaft 9 are supported by the bearing. In practical use, two bearings may be respectively disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft 9, that is, the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft 9 are respectively disposed with the first bearing 13 and the second bearing 8. In addition, in order to facilitate the fixing of the bearing seat 10 and the casing of the servo motor 1, it is preferable that the end of the bearing seat 10 is provided with a tapered structure, and the bottom surface of the tapered structure is attached to the casing, so as to improve the stability of the assembly of the two.

The drum 5 is used for realizing the functions of transferring, detecting or rejecting in the production process of cigarettes or filter sticks. The drum 5 is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves, and the accommodating grooves are provided with small holes which are communicated with air holes arranged on the air distribution seat 4, so that the accommodating grooves are communicated with the air distribution seat cavity 11. After the negative pressure device is started, the negative pressure interface, the air distribution seat cavity 11 and the accommodating groove have certain vacuum degree under the control of the negative pressure device, so that the cigarettes in the accommodating groove are adsorbed and fixed.

Meanwhile, the drum 5 and the rotating shaft 9 are fixedly connected and can be kept fixed in various ways, for example, the end of the rotating shaft 9 far away from the servo motor 1 is sleeved with and fixed with a fixed disk 7, the fixed disk 7 is locked at the end of the rotating shaft 9 through spline connection, interference fit or other ways, the flange 6 is fixed on the fixed disk 7, and the end of the drum 5 and the flange 6 are fixedly connected through screws, welding or other ways, so that the drum 5 and the rotating shaft 9 are indirectly fixed. Alternatively, a bearing cover may be provided between the stationary disk 7 and the second bearing 8 to achieve axial positioning of the bearing on the rotating shaft 9.

In the working process of the drum wheel assembly, the negative pressure device is communicated with the air distribution seat cavity 11 through the negative pressure interface to provide required negative pressure for the drum wheel 5. The rotor of the servomotor 1 replaces the multi-stage gear control drum 5 of the prior art in rotation. Because no gear is needed, the noise is reduced, and the risk of oil leakage is eliminated.

It will be appreciated that in practice, the tipping portion of the cigarette making machine will typically be provided with a plurality of drums 5, the plurality of drums 5 being arranged and designed according to the process requirements. Therefore, when the number of the drums 5 is increased, in order to secure the driving of the plurality of drums 5, a plurality of servo motors 1 may be provided correspondingly to drive the drums 5.

Optionally, in an embodiment provided by the present application, the air distribution seat 4 is fixed to the frame 2, a cover plate 3 is disposed between the frame 2 and the air distribution seat 4, and the negative pressure port includes a negative pressure cavity 12 formed by the frame 2, the bearing seat 10, and the cover plate 3. Specifically, during actual assembly, the air distribution seat 4 is fixed on the frame 2 through a screw; the screws pass through the frame 2, the bearing seat 10 and the cover plate 3 to keep the three fixed. The servo motor 1 and the bearing seat 10 form a driving unit, and the whole body is arranged on the frame 2 from the front. A negative pressure channel is formed in the machine frame 2, a negative pressure cavity 12 is formed by the machine frame 2, the cover plate 3 and the bearing seat 10, the negative pressure cavity 12 is communicated with a negative pressure device through the negative pressure channel in the machine frame 2, and meanwhile, the negative pressure cavity 12 is communicated with the air distribution seat cavity 11, so that negative pressure is provided for the drum wheel 5.

In addition to the above drum assemblies, the present invention also provides a rolling machine comprising any one of the above drum assemblies, which uses the servo motor 1 to directly drive the drum 5 to move, and does not need to use gears in the transmission process, thereby reducing the noise and oil leakage risks. For the structure of other parts of the cigarette making and tipping machine, reference is made to the prior art, and details are not repeated herein.
