Background

The common hot air blanket (also called warm blanket cushion) can bring the best heating effect to the patients who are operated in the whole course. Not only can safely and effectively warm to minimize the risk of the patient, but also can provide the best warming effect and can prevent the body temperature of the patient from losing in the operation.

At present, hot air is emitted from the bottom of the hot air blanket, and the hot air emitted from the bottom of the hot air blanket is easy to form heat flow circulation around an operating table, which can cause heat convection infection with a bacteria area.

Moreover, the hot air blanket heats the released airflow all the time, and the hot air cannot be recycled, so that the energy-saving effect cannot be generated.

For example, taiwan patent No. M542128, "cooling and heating cycle blanket" includes a blanket, a control system and an external device. Such a thermal cycling blanket may also have the above-mentioned problems when applied to medical warming applications.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a closed hot air blanket which can avoid hot air from rising, reduce the infection probability of patients and improve the energy-saving benefit.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the enclosed hot air carpet of the present invention comprises an air heater 1, a carpet unit 2, an air inlet pipe 3 connected between the air heater 1 and the carpet unit 2, and an air return pipe 4 connected between the air heater 1 and the carpet unit 2.

Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 6, the air heater 1 includes a housing 10, a blower 20 installed inside the housing 10, a heating element 30 installed inside the housing 10 and disposed at one side of the blower 20, and an air guide seat 40 connected to the blower 20. The casing 10 has a through hole 11 formed in the bottom and a ventilation portion 12 formed in the rear. The blowing member 20 has a suction port 21 corresponding to the ventilation part 12 and capable of sucking an air flow, and an air outlet pipe 22 provided at one side of the suction port 21 and capable of blowing the air flow. The heating member 30 is installed at one side of the outlet duct 22 and heats the air flowing through the outlet duct 22. Referring to fig. 7, the air guiding seat 40 has a casing 42 defining a containing chamber 41, an inner tube 43 extending inside the containing chamber 41 and connected to the casing 42, and a connection tube 44 connected to the casing 42 and communicated with the containing chamber 41, wherein the top of the inner tube 43 is in an expanded tube shape and connected to the top of the casing 42, the top of the inner tube 43 is sealed at the top of the containing chamber 41, the inner tube 43 is communicated with the air outlet tube 22, the heating element 30 is located between the inner tube 43 and the air outlet tube 22, and the connection tube 44 is communicated between the containing chamber 41 and the suction port 21.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the carpet unit 2 includes a pair of short side edges 201, a pair of long side edges 202 connected between the short side edges 201, an air inlet connector 203 disposed on one of the short side edges 201, an air inlet channel 204 disposed inside and communicated with the air inlet connector 203, two air outlet channels 205 communicated with the air inlet channel 204 and winding around between the short side edges 201 and the long side edges 202, and an air outlet connector 206 communicated with the air outlet channels 205, in this embodiment, the air inlet connector 203 is disposed inside the air outlet connector 206, and an annular air outlet 207 communicated with the air outlet channel 205 is formed between the air inlet connector 203 and the air outlet connector 206.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the air inlet pipe 3 is connected between the inner pipe 43 (and the air outlet pipe 22) and the air inlet connector 203, and can guide the air flow heated by the heating element 30 to the air inlet connector 203 and the air inlet channel 204.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the air return pipe 4 is connected between the housing 42 (and the air inlet 21) and the air outlet connector 206, and can return the air flow in the air outlet channel 205 to the air heater 1, and make the air flow returned by the carpet unit 2 flow through the accommodating chamber 41, the adapter 44 and the air inlet 21, and make the air flow achieve the purpose of circular transportation.

In this embodiment, the air inlet pipe 3 is disposed through the air return pipe 4, and a air return duct 5 is formed between the air inlet pipe 3 and the air return pipe 4, wherein the air return duct 5 is communicated with the accommodating chamber 41 and the air outlet 207.

For a further understanding of the invention, its role, the technical means employed, and the efficacy attained by its cooperation, the invention is further described and illustrated below, it is believed that the invention will be better understood and appreciated from this description.

As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6, when the power of the air heater 1 is turned on and the blower 20 blows, the air flow is sucked from the suction opening 21 and blown out from the air outlet pipe 22, the heating element 30 heats the air flow flowing through the air outlet pipe 22, and the heated air flow passes through the inner pipe 43, the air inlet pipe 3 and the air inlet joint 203, is then guided into the air inlet channel 204 (the inlet air flow is shown by the solid arrow), and then flows through the air outlet channel 205 and the air outlet 207 of the air outlet joint 206, finally passes through the air return channel 5 and the air inlet joint pipe 21, and is finally sucked into the air inlet channel 21, and the air flow is circulated and transported (the return air flow is shown by the dotted arrow), and the heated air flow circulates through the air inlet channel 204 and the air outlet channel 205, thereby providing the best heat preservation effect for the patient in the whole course of the operation, and can maintain the core temperature of the patient.

Therefore, the advantages of the present invention can be summarized as follows:

firstly, the heated air flow only flows in the closed air inlet flow passage 204 and the closed air outlet flow passage 205 in a circulating manner, and the hot air does not impact the periphery of the operating table, so that the hot air can be prevented from being raised, and the infection probability of patients can be reduced.

Secondly, heated air flow only flows in a circulating mode through the closed air inlet flow channel 204 and the closed air outlet flow channel 205, hot air does not leak, stuffiness around an operating table can be reduced, and comfort of medical workers is improved.

Thirdly, the hot gas can be recycled, and the energy-saving benefit can be improved.

As shown in fig. 8, a second embodiment of the enclosed hot air carpet of the present invention also comprises a hot air blower 1 ', a carpet unit 2', an air inlet pipe 3 'connected between the hot air blower 1' and the carpet unit 2 ', and an air return pipe 4' connected between the hot air blower 1 'and the carpet unit 2'.
