The dust settling and purifying method of the suspended cloud and mist dust settling and purifying device based on magnetoelectric coupling specifically comprises the following steps:

step three: the dust-containing air flow with opposite charges and the magnetized water spray are fully combined in the dust removing tower 8, the magnetized water spray adsorbs and captures dust and discharges sewage through the ash bucket 7, and the sewage is filtered by the multiple filter screens 18 and enters the water tank 6 again; the purified gas passes through a dust concentration sensor 19 and a dust particle size analyzer 20, the dust concentration sensor 19 and the dust particle size analyzer 20 transmit detected dust concentration and particle size signals to a PLC26, if the concentration and particle size of dust in the purified gas received by the PLC26 both meet particulate matter emission standards in the Integrated emission Standard of atmospheric pollutants, the PLC26 starts a second fan 9 close to the dust outlet 10, and the second fan 9 works to discharge the gas from the dust outlet 10; if any one of the concentration and the particle size of the dust in the purified gas received by the PLC26 does not meet the particulate matter emission standard in the air pollutant comprehensive emission standard, the PLC26 controls a first fan 27 located in the other smoke conveying pipeline 25 to start to work, so that the smoke returns to the dust removal tower 8 to be subjected to dust removal again until the concentration and the particle size of the dust meet the standard and can be discharged from the dust outlet 10, and dust purification is completed.
