The invention relates to a hardware tool wrench, in particular to a ratchet wrench.

Background

The existing spanner, whether a single spanner or a ratchet spanner, is generally fixed between a spanner head and a spanner body, the spanner head and the spanner body are integrally processed, and the position and the angle are fixed; when in use, the wrench head is sleeved on the screw cap or the screw, and the wrench body is rotated to one side to screw the screw cap. However, in some cases, the wrench cannot be used, for example, the nut is located in a gap between several components, the gap is small, the wrench is generally long, and the space and angle left for the wrench are small, so that the wrench cannot be directly inserted into the nut, and the nut cannot be screwed, and only the component which blocks the nut around the nut can be detached, which is very troublesome. It is necessary to solve the problem that the wrench cannot be directly sleeved on the nut in the crack.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the ratchet wrench which has compact structure and convenient operation, can adjust the wrench head and the wrench body at multiple angles, and can extend the wrench head into the crack through a rotation angle to wrench the nut.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the wrench comprises a wrench body and a wrench head, wherein one end of the wrench body is provided with a U-shaped connector; the connector comprises an upper half part and a lower half part; the upper half part is provided with a first tooth socket, and the lower half part is provided with a second tooth socket;

the wrench head is provided with a plate-shaped connecting block, and a cavity for accommodating one end of the connecting block is arranged between the upper half part and the lower half part; a tooth socket III is arranged on the connecting block; the first tooth groove, the second tooth groove and the third tooth groove are coaxially arranged, the sizes are the same, and the tooth numbers are equal;

a movably arranged button I is arranged in the tooth groove I; the first button comprises a first top cover and a first gear part; the first gear part is meshed with the first tooth groove and the third tooth groove respectively; a first stripping groove matched with the first tooth groove is formed between the first top cover and the first gear part;

a movably arranged button II is arranged in the tooth groove II; the second button comprises a second top cover and a second gear part; the gear part II is respectively meshed with the tooth socket II and the tooth socket III; a second stripping groove matched with the second tooth groove is formed between the second top cover and the second gear part;

and a first spring is arranged between the first button and the second button.

The connecting block is movably connected with the wrench head; one side of the wrench head is provided with a flange which is fixedly connected, and the other end of the connecting block is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the flange.

The flange is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed convex teeth, and the connecting block is provided with a positioning mechanism matched with the convex teeth.

The connecting block is provided with a first accommodating cavity for accommodating the positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a spring II and a telescopic rod A; one end of the telescopic rod A is provided with a ratchet matched with the convex teeth, the other end of the telescopic rod A is fixedly connected with one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first accommodating cavity of the connecting block.

The connecting block is provided with a second accommodating cavity for accommodating the positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a telescopic rod B and an adjusting block; the section of the adjusting block is in a trapezoid shape with a large lower part and a small upper part; one end of the telescopic rod B is provided with a ratchet matched with the convex teeth, the other end of the telescopic rod B is provided with a cross rod matched with the adjusting block, one end of the cross rod is fixedly connected to the top of the adjusting block, and the other end of the cross rod is matched and connected with the adjusting block.

The cross rod is provided with a reinforcing mechanism, the reinforcing mechanism comprises a steel ball and a spring III, a concave hole for accommodating the steel ball is formed in one side, connected with the adjusting block, of the cross rod, and the spring III is movably arranged between the concave hole and the steel ball; and the adjusting block is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the steel ball.

Two side surfaces of the wrench head are respectively provided with a rubber layer.

The flange is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed convex teeth, and the connecting block is provided with a positioning mechanism matched with the convex teeth. The first button or the second button is pressed downwards and is in contact with the second spring, and in the process of continuously pressing downwards, the second spring bends to enable the telescopic rod to retract, and the ratchets on the telescopic rod are separated from the convex teeth; thereby realizing the adjustment of the wrench head; after the external force for pressing the second spring is removed, the second spring is restored to the original state, and the ratchet is connected with the convex teeth and locked. The first button and the second button are pressed simultaneously, the second spring is extruded at the middle position, and the second spring is not deformed, namely the adjustment of the vertical direction of the wrench head is in a locking state. The invention has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, high use stability and the like.

Detailed Description

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-7, the wrench comprises a wrench body 1 and a wrench head 2, wherein a U-shaped connector 11 is arranged at one end of the wrench body 1; the connecting head 11 comprises an upper half part 111 and a lower half part 112; the upper half part 111 is provided with a first gullet 1111, and the lower half part 112 is provided with a second gullet 1121;

the wrench head 2 is provided with a plate-shaped connecting block 3, and a cavity for accommodating one end of the connecting block 3 is arranged between the upper half part 111 and the lower half part 112; a tooth groove III 31 is arranged on the connecting block 3; the first tooth slot 1111, the second tooth slot 1121 and the third tooth slot 31 are coaxially arranged, the size is the same, and the number of teeth is equal;

a first button 4 which is movably arranged up and down is arranged in the first tooth groove 1111, and the first button 4 is movably arranged in the first tooth groove 1111 through a first clamp spring; the first button 4 comprises a first top cover 51 and a first gear part 52 which are fixedly connected in sequence; the first gear part 52 is respectively meshed with the first tooth slot 1111 and the third tooth slot 31; in a normal state, the teeth of the upper half part 111 of the first gear part 52 are meshed with the first tooth socket 1111, the teeth of the lower half part are meshed with the third tooth socket 31, a locking state is presented, and the wrench head 2 cannot be adjusted in a rotating mode; a first stripping groove 53 matched with the first tooth groove 1111 is arranged between the first top cover 51 and the first gear part 52; the first button 4 is pressed in place, and the teeth on the first gullet 1111 are positioned in the first gullet 53.

A movably arranged button II 5 is arranged in the tooth socket II 1121, and the button II 5 is movably arranged in the tooth socket II 1121 through a clamp spring II; the second button 5 comprises a second top cover and a second gear part which are fixedly connected in sequence; the second gear part is respectively meshed with the second tooth socket 1121 and the third tooth socket 31; in a normal state, the teeth of the upper half part 111 of the gear part II are meshed with the tooth socket II 1121, the teeth of the lower half part are meshed with the tooth socket III 31, a locking state is presented, and the wrench head 2 cannot be adjusted in a rotating mode; a second stripping groove adapted to the second tooth socket 1121 is formed between the second top cover and the second gear part; the second button 5 is pressed in place, and the teeth on the second tooth grooves 1121 are positioned in the second disengaging grooves.

And a first spring 6 is arranged between the first button 4 and the second button 5.

When the angle of the wrench head 2 is adjusted, two fingers are needed to press the buttons (the buttons comprise a first button 4 and a second button 5) at the same time, the teeth on the tooth socket I1111 are positioned in the disengaging groove I53, the teeth on the tooth socket II 1121 are positioned in the disengaging groove II, so that the connecting block 3 is separated from the wrench body 1, and the wrench head 2 can rotate, so that the angle of the wrench head 2 is adjusted; after the fingers are separated from the buttons, the first button 4 and the second button 5 are respectively restored to the original positions through the first spring 6 and are in a locked state, and the wrench head 2 cannot rotate.

In the scheme, the structure of the first tooth socket 1111 is the same as that of the second tooth socket 1121; the structure of the first button 4 is the same as that of the second button 5.

The connecting block 3 is movably connected with the wrench head 2; one side of the wrench head 2 is provided with a flange 21 which is fixedly connected, and the other end of the connecting block 3 is provided with a clamping groove 32 which is matched with the flange 21. The connecting block 3 and the wrench head 2 are respectively provided with coaxial connecting holes which are movably connected through bolts or shaft pins; this design realizes the regulation of spanner 2 multi-angle, establishes to press through the button and adjusts for the horizontal direction, then swing joint is vertical each angular direction's regulation between hookup block 3 and spanner 2. the arrows in fig. 4 indicate the directions: the direction of the angle adjustment between the connecting block 3 and the wrench head 2 is indicated; this is also referred to as vertical angle adjustment.

The flange 21 is provided with a plurality of uniformly arranged convex teeth 211, and the connecting block 3 is provided with a positioning mechanism 33 matched with the convex teeth 211.

A first accommodating cavity 3311 for accommodating the positioning mechanism 33 is formed in the connecting block 3; the positioning mechanism 33 comprises a second spring 3312 and a telescopic rod A3313; the telescopic rod A3313 is movably arranged in the first accommodating cavity 3311 and can move back and forth, one end of the telescopic rod A3313 is provided with a ratchet matched with the convex tooth 211, the other end of the telescopic rod A3313 is fixedly connected with one end of the spring, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first accommodating cavity 3311 of the connecting block 3.

The first button 4 or the second button 5 is pressed downwards to be in contact with the second spring 3312, and in the process of continuously pressing downwards, the second spring 3312 bends to enable the telescopic rod A3313 to retract, and the ratchet on the telescopic rod A3313 is separated from the convex teeth 211; thereby realizing the adjustment of the wrench head 2; after the external force pressed on the second spring 3312 is removed, the second spring 3312 is restored to the original state, and the ratchet is connected with the convex teeth 211 to be locked. The first button 4 and the second button 5 are pressed simultaneously, the second spring 3312 is extruded at the middle position, and the second spring 3312 is not deformed, namely the adjustment of the vertical direction of the wrench head 2 is in a locking state.

A second accommodating cavity 3321 for accommodating the positioning mechanism 33 is arranged on the connecting block 3; the positioning mechanism 33 comprises a telescopic rod B3322 and an adjusting block 3323; the section of the adjusting block 3323 is in a trapezoid shape with a large lower part and a small upper part; one end of the telescopic rod B3322 is provided with a ratchet matched with the convex teeth 211, the other end of the telescopic rod B3322 is provided with a cross rod 3324 matched with the adjusting block 3323, one end of the cross rod 3324 is fixedly connected to the top of the adjusting block 3323, and the other end of the cross rod 3324 is matched and connected with the adjusting block 3323. When the first button 4 is pressed downwards, the cross rod 3324 moves backwards due to the change of the diameter of the adjusting block 3323, namely the telescopic rod B3322 moves backwards, and the ratchet is separated from the convex teeth 211, so that the adjustment of the wrench head 2 is realized; when the first button 4 is restored to the original position, the adjusting block 3323 moves upward, thereby engaging the ratchet teeth with the convex teeth 211 and locking. The same mechanism can be arranged on the second button 5, and any one of the first button 4 and the second button 5 can realize the functions, as shown in figure 1.

A reinforcing mechanism is arranged on the cross bar 3324 and comprises a steel ball 3325 and a spring III 3326, a concave hole for accommodating the steel ball 3325 is formed in one side of the cross bar 3324, which is connected with the adjusting block 3323, and the spring III 3326 is movably arranged between the concave hole and the steel ball 3325; and an arc-shaped groove matched with the steel ball 3325 is formed in the adjusting block 3323. The locking stability between the convex teeth 211 and the ratchet is further improved; the steel ball 3325 is movably arranged in the concave hole, the top of the steel ball 3325 extends out of the concave hole, and the steel ball 3325 is jacked in the arc-shaped groove through the elasticity of the spring III 3326.

Two side surfaces of the wrench head are respectively provided with a rubber layer. The thickness of the rubber layer decreases from the outer edge to the center; the quick sleeve is convenient to be arranged on the bolt.
