Technical Field

The invention relates to a baking device, in particular to a baking device for pencil processing.

Background

The pencil is a special pen for writing and drawing, the surface of the pencil plate needs to be carbonized in the production process of the pencil to remove water in the pencil plate and destroy the nutritional ingredients in the pencil plate, so that a good anti-corrosion and insect-prevention effect is achieved, and as tissue fibers with a water absorption function are recombined, the pencil plate has more stable physical performance, not only prolongs the service life, but also is not easy to deform and absorb water, and the carbonized pencil plate has a polished surface with smooth and full silk, mild color, prominent texture and natural and attractive appearance. The existing pencil board carbonizing device has no way to arrange the pencil boards in a single layer after discharging, and subsequent conveying and processing work is influenced. In view of the above, the present inventors have conducted extensive studies to obtain a baking apparatus for pencil processing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a baking device for pencil processing, which can realize single-layer arrangement of pencil boards after discharging.

In order to avoid the falling of the pencil plate from the bearing plate, the bearing plate is provided with a front side, a rear side, a left side and a right side, the rear side of the bearing plate is close to the carbonization device, the rear side edge, the left side edge and the right side edge of the bearing plate are respectively provided with a flange 23 extending upwards, and the flange 23 effectively blocks the pencil plate.

With this structural arrangement, when the vibrator 4 vibrates, the bearing plate is connected with the first upright post 11 and the second upright post 12 through the first elastic block 13 and the second elastic block, respectively, so that the bearing plate has a large movement amplitude, thereby accelerating the movement of the pencil plate.

Specifically, the carbonizing apparatus includes a third support, a carbonizing tank 9 and a heater 97, the third support includes a third column and a fourth column 82, two ends of the carbonizing tank 9 are respectively rotatably arranged on the third column and the fourth column 82, a heating chamber 91 and a carbonizing chamber 92 are arranged inside the carbonizing tank, the heater 97 is arranged in the heating chamber 91, a feeding port 93 is arranged at the top of the heater 91, an opening and closing door 94 is arranged on the feeding port 93, a side portion of the feeding port is provided with the discharge port 95, and a discharge door 96 is arranged on the discharge port 95.

When carbonization is performed, a non-carbonized pencil plate is thrown into the carbonization chamber 92 of the carbonization tank 9 through the feeding port 93, the heating chamber 91 is heated by the heater 97, heat is transferred to the carbonization chamber 92, carbonization of the pencil plate is realized, after carbonization is completed, the discharging door 96 is opened, the carbonization tank 9 is tilted, and the carbonized pencil plate falls out of the discharging port 95 and falls onto the bearing plate.

In order to facilitate the rotation of the carbonization tank 9, the baking device for pencil processing further comprises a second motor 10, wherein the second motor 10 is connected with one end of the carbonization tank 9 and is used for driving the carbonization tank 9 to rotate. When the discharging operation is performed, the second motor 10 is started, so that the carbonization tank 9 rotates, the labor burden of workers is reduced, and a second speed reducer is arranged between the second connection and the carbonization tank 9 to reduce the rotating speed of the carbonization tank 9.

In this embodiment, the heating process of the heater 97 is divided into a temperature rising stage, a constant temperature stage and a temperature lowering stage, in order to avoid the quality difference of the finished product pencil caused by uneven heating of the pencil plate, the heater 97 is set as the electric heater 97, so that the heating process is convenient to control, in the temperature rising stage, the temperature rising speed should be slow, and the process takes 10min to 20min to provide enough time for the heat to be uniformly transferred to the carbonization chamber 92.
