The dust distribution device for the dust remover according to claim 1, wherein the height of the distributor (1) is arranged to be variable from large to small along the flow direction of the flue gas, and the width is arranged to be variable from small to large along the flow direction of the flue gas.

Background

Modern large-scale thermal power plant's capacity is high, and the afterbody volume of fume is big, and a plurality of storehouses are usually designed to the electrostatic precipitator device for dust particle desorption. Because the flues merged into each chamber are difficult to be completely and symmetrically distributed, the flue gas flow and the fly ash content distribution among electric fields in each chamber have differences, and the differences have great influence on the stable operation of the dust remover:

(1) when the airflow disturbance deviates from the design value, the smoke energy distribution is obviously changed by the airflow disturbance, so that the dust removal performance is reduced;

(2) when the ash amount of a certain bin is large, the ash conveying system is caused to operate in an overload mode, the material level of an ash hopper is raised, and the problems of pipe blockage and ash conveying unsmooth are caused;

(3) between the bin electric fields, the ash amount distribution deviation is usually accompanied with the deviation of the particle size distribution, and the deviation of the particle size distribution has great influence on the characteristics of ash particle specific resistance, temperature reduction agglomeration and the like, thereby influencing the dust removal efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a dust distribution device for dust collectors, which can uniformly distribute flue gas conveyed to each dust collector bin and dust content in the flue gas, ensure stable operation of the dust collectors and improve dust collection efficiency.

a dust distribution device for a dust remover comprises a distributor, N parallel flues and N connecting pipes, wherein N is the number of dust remover bins;

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.

The invention provides a dust distribution device for a dust remover, which comprises a distributor 1, N parallel flues 2 and N connecting pipes 4, wherein N is the number of chambers of the dust remover; the air inlet end of the parallel flue 2 is connected with the air outlet end of the distributor 1, and the air outlet end of the parallel flue 2 is correspondingly connected with each chamber of the dust remover 1 through a connecting pipe 4; n-1 partition plates 7 are arranged in the distributor 1, are uniformly arranged at intervals along the width direction of the distributor 1 and are parallel to side plates of the distributor 1.

The invention achieves the purpose of adjusting the flow of the flue gas entering each chamber of the dust remover 5 by arranging the distributor 1 at the upstream of the air inlet end of the dust remover 5, generally at the downstream of the outlet flue of the air preheater, uniformly dividing the flue gas into a plurality of strands of flue gas by the partition plates 7 arranged in the distributor 1, and respectively conveying the uniform flue gas into each chamber of the dust remover 5 by connecting the parallel flue 2 which is in one-to-one correspondence with the dust remover 5 through the connecting pipe 4 to remove dust.

The flue gas volume evenly distributed is the prerequisite of dust equipartition, thereby realizes through adjusting flue gas volume evenly distributed that flue gas flow and dust content in the flue gas in each bin distribute evenly, avoids appearing carrying the flue gas too much in certain bin, and the ash volume is great, causes dust pelletizing system overload operation, and the ash bucket material level risees, leads to stifled pipe, the not smooth problem of ash carrying to improve dust collection efficiency.

The number of the partition plates 7 is one less than that of the bins of the dust remover 5, so that the flow rate of flue gas distributed in each bin can be uniform, and the influence of uneven distribution on dust removal efficiency is avoided; and the partition plate 7 is arranged in parallel with the side plate of the distributor 1, so that the flow path of the flue gas and the dust in the flue gas can be optimized as much as possible, and the flow resistance is reduced.

Furthermore, the gas outlet end of the parallel flue 2 and the gas inlet end of the connecting pipe 4 are both provided with a manual flow adjusting device 3; in the preferred embodiment, the manual flow adjusting devices 3 are respectively arranged on the air outlet square flues at the air outlet ends of the parallel flues 2 and the air inlet square flues at the air inlet ends of the connecting pipes 4, so as to adjust the resistance of each parallel branch, thereby adjusting the flow of the flue gas in each branch and uniformly distributing the flue gas into each chamber of the dust remover 5.

Furthermore, the number of the parallel flue is the same as that of the bins of the dust remover 5, so that the flue gas is uniformly divided into corresponding strands, and the uniform distribution of the flow of the flue gas entering each bin of the dust remover 5 is ensured.

Furthermore, a flow velocity measuring instrument and a dust amount measuring instrument are arranged in the parallel flue, so that the actual flue gas amount distribution condition in the parallel flue 2 and the outlet parallel flue 4 can be monitored in real time, the flue gas amount in each parallel flue is accurately adjusted by adjusting the manual flow adjusting device 3, and the flue gas in each chamber of the dust remover 5 is uniformly distributed.
