The invention also provides a construction method of the shell powder anti-aldehyde light-variation artistic coating, which is suitable for brush coating and roller coating, and the viscosity can be adjusted by adding a proper amount of water according to specific conditions during construction.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the invention takes optically variable glitter powder as an additive, and after being irradiated by a lamp/sunlight, the optically variable glitter powder can absorb energy therein to generate the change of a molecular structure, so that the change of absorption wavelength is caused to generate color change; when the lamp/sunlight irradiation is lost, the original molecular structure is restored, and the original color is restored. The paint has the function of changing color when meeting light/sunlight, and the decoration of the paint is greatly improved.

2. The manufacturing process is simple, and only a specified amount of optically variable glitter powder is added in the last step before the coating is prepared and uniformly dispersed.

3. The construction method is simple, and a proper amount of water can be added to adjust the viscosity according to specific conditions during construction, and the coating can be performed by brushing or roller coating.

4. The invention takes the odorless styrene-acrylic emulsion or the VAE emulsion as the film forming substance, does not need to add a film forming auxiliary agent, and is odorless and environment-friendly.

5. According to the invention, a proper amount of shell powder is added to replace part of the filler, and the shell powder is in a porous fibrous double-spiral structure, so that formaldehyde can be adsorbed and decomposed, other harmful gases can be eliminated, air humidity can be adjusted, and peculiar smell can be eliminated.

6. The shell powder contains a small amount of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide, can react with carbon dioxide in the air to generate calcium carbonate, and forms an intricate and complex compact net rack waterproof layer together with a film forming substance, so that the coating is more compact and hard, and the scrubbing resistance and hardness of the coating are improved.
