Background

The solanesol tobacco contains chemical substances which have important influence on the quality of tobacco leaves. Generally, the content of the tobacco solanesol is high, the oil content of the tobacco leaves is sufficient, and the quality of the tobacco leaves is generally better. Solanesol is reported to be a main precursor aroma substance of isoprene aroma components in smoke, and can release important aroma substances such as 6-methyl-5-heptene-2-one, 6-methyl-3, 5-heptadiene-2-one and the like to the smoke. Solanesol is a white powdery substance, belongs to the tetrasilsesquioxane alcohol, unsaturated polyisoprene alcohol compounds and long-chain fatty alcohol, is a weak polar substance determined by the chemical structure, is insoluble in water, and is slightly soluble or insoluble in ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol, namely the solanesol is difficult to dissolve in a common solvent for tobacco. The solubility of solanesol in the common tobacco solvent is poor, which greatly limits the application of solanesol in tobacco. On the other hand, solanesol is also susceptible to addition reaction, oxidation reaction and dehydrogenation reaction under light irradiation and heating conditions. Therefore, the solanesol is only suitable for the low-temperature and mild process treatment, and the perfuming effect of the solanesol is influenced.

Solanesol is used as a substrate, and the functional group of the solanesol is changed by a chemical oxidation method, so that the solubility of the solanesol in water and alcohol is improved, and the application of the perfume raw materials in the essence and the spice for the cigarettes is realized. The chemical oxidation method has the disadvantages that the reaction degree is not well controlled, the structure of the compound is changed after the reaction, and the fragrance component generated after the cracking is likely to be greatly changed. Therefore, the application of the solanesol in the tobacco flavoring is a scientific research problem, and the preparation of the essence containing the solanesol and the application of the essence to the tobacco flavoring have important practical significance.

The invention solves the technical problem that the solanesol is insoluble in a solvent for tobacco, and cannot realize the flavoring of the solanesol in the tobacco during industrial production.

The invention aims to provide an essence containing solanesol and application thereof in tobacco, wherein the essence containing solanesol is prepared by taking the solanesol which is difficult to dissolve in a common tobacco solvent as a dispersing agent, cooling, performing multiple circulating high-pressure homogenization treatment until the solanesol is uniformly dispersed, and blending the uniformly dispersed solanesol dispersion liquid with other fragrant raw materials to obtain the essence containing the solanesol for flavoring the tobacco; or mixing solanesol with the essence prepared in advance according to the formula proportion, cooling together, and homogenizing under high pressure until the solanesol is uniformly dispersed to obtain the essence containing the solanesol for flavoring the tobacco.

The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a preparation method of an essence containing solanesol, which comprises the following steps:

(1) carrying out high-pressure homogenization treatment on a mixed solution of the raw material and a dispersing agent by taking solanesol as the raw material and the solvent for tobacco as the dispersing agent to obtain a homogenized solution; wherein, the raw material accounts for 1 per mill to 15 percent of the mass percent of the dispersant, and the pressure of the high-pressure homogenization treatment is 10MPa to 200 MPa; the temperature of the high-pressure homogenization treatment is-20 ℃ to 0 ℃;

(2) and blending the homogenized solution and the essence together to obtain the essence containing the solanesol.

Preferably, the raw material accounts for 1-10% of the dispersant by mass percent.

Preferably, during the high-pressure homogenization treatment, the pressure is gradually increased from small to large, and the pressure change range is gradually increased from 10MPa to 180 MPa.

The high-pressure homogenization is carried out at the temperature of 0 ℃ to-20 ℃ under the circulating cooling condition, and the temperature of the whole homogenized liquid is ensured not to exceed 50 ℃. Solanesol is sensitive to temperature, and is easy to produce addition reaction, oxidation reaction and dehydrogenation reaction under heating condition. Therefore, the homogenizing temperature is ensured not to exceed 50 ℃ by a low-temperature circulating cooling pump.

Preferably, the high-pressure homogenization treatment is a two-stage high-pressure homogenization treatment, and the number of times of the high-pressure homogenization treatment is 3-12 times, preferably 5-10 times. Multiple times of experiments prove that the homogenization times are too few, and the uniformity of a dispersion system is not enough; the homogenization times are too many, the energy consumption and the time consumption are consumed, and the homogenization is unnecessary.

Preferably, the solvent for tobacco is one or a mixture of water, ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol. The four solvents or the mixture of several solvents are the main common solvents for tobacco. Solanesol is insoluble or hardly soluble in the above-listed solvents commonly used for tobacco.

Preferably, the homogeneous liquid and the essence are blended together and then subjected to high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain the essence containing the solanesol.

The invention has the beneficial effects that aiming at the characteristics of insolubility and easy occurrence of side reaction of the solanesol in the tobacco solvent, the invention provides the method for obtaining the essence containing the solanesol by cooling the solanesol through a high-pressure homogeneous uniform dispersion method, solves the problem of flavoring of the solanesol in the tobacco due to the solubility problem, and compared with the conventional method for changing the dissolvability by changing a functional group through a chemical reaction, the method has the advantages of simple and easily obtained process, mild condition, high-pressure homogenization under cooling, good avoidance of the adverse reaction tendency of the solanesol and strong practical significance.
