1. A detergent composition comprising, by total weight thereof:

0.3-5.0 wt% quaternary ammonium salt;

0.05-1 wt% of fluorosilane;

94-99.65 wt.% of a solvent.

2. The detergent composition according to claim 1, wherein the quaternary ammonium salt has a structure represented by the following general formula (I):

wherein R is1Selected from alkyl or alkenyl groups having 8 to 18 carbon atoms; r2Selected from a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; x is 0 or 1; y is 0 to 2; and z is 0 to 15.

3. The detergent composition of claim 2, wherein x, y and z are each 0.

4. The detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the quaternary ammonium salt has a number average molecular weight in the range of 166 to 1126.

5. The detergent composition according to claim 1, wherein the fluorosilane has a structure represented by the following general formula (II):

F3C(CF2)a(CH2)bSi(R2)c(OR1)3-c

Wherein a is 0 to 18; b is 0 to 2; c is 0 to 1; and R is1And R2Respectively, straight or branched alkyl groups having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

6. The detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the solvent is an alkyl alcohol ether, a water soluble alcohol, or a mixture thereof.

7. The detergent composition of claim 6, wherein the alkyl alcohol ether has a structure represented by the following general formula (III):

HO-R3-O-R4

Wherein R is3Is alkylene having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, and R4Is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

8. The detergent composition of claim 6, wherein the water-soluble alcohol is an alcohol having 1-3 carbon atoms.

9. The detergent composition of claim 1, wherein the detergent composition comprises 1.0-5.0 wt% of the quaternary ammonium salt based on the total weight of the detergent composition.

10. The detergent composition according to claim 1, wherein the detergent composition comprises 0.1 to 1 wt% of the fluorosilane based on the total weight thereof.

11. An air conditioning long-lasting antimicrobial cleanser comprising the detergent composition according to any one of claims 1 to 10.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a detergent composition, in particular to a detergent composition with long-term antibacterial performance.

Background

Bacteria are an important cause of bad smell generated from the air conditioner. Most of the air conditioner pipeline cleaning agents sold in the market at present are declared to have a sterilization effect. However, from laboratory test results, none of these commercially available air conditioning cleaners have substantially the long-lasting antimicrobial effect, especially in the area of the air channels of the plastic parts of the air conditioning duct. Therefore, there is a need for a long-lasting antimicrobial air conditioner cleaning product that can be used for plastic parts of air conditioner pipelines to reduce the odor problem of air conditioners caused by bacterial growth.

Disclosure of Invention

Starting from the technical problems set forth above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a detergent composition which can be used as a duct cleaner for air conditioners, can provide long-lasting antibacterial effects particularly to plastic parts in addition to the cleaning and sterilizing effects of conventional cleaners, and can reduce the odor problem of air conditioners caused by the growth of bacteria.

The present inventors have made intensive studies and completed the present invention.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detergent composition comprising, by total weight thereof:

0.3-5.0 wt% quaternary ammonium salt;

0.05-1 wt% of fluorosilane;

94-99.65 wt.% of a solvent.

Optionally, the quaternary ammonium salt has a structure represented by the following general formula (I):

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a long-lasting antimicrobial cleanser for air conditioners comprising the detergent composition as described above.

Compared with the prior art in the field, the invention has the advantages that: the cleaning agent composition has a long-acting antibacterial effect on plastic parts of air conditioner pipelines, can continuously resist bacteria for more than 3 months, and relieves the odor caused by the growth of air conditioner bacteria.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments. It will be appreciated that other embodiments are contemplated and may be made without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention. The following detailed description is, therefore, not to be taken in a limiting sense.

Unless otherwise indicated, all numbers expressing feature sizes, quantities, and physical and chemical characteristics used in the specification and claims are to be understood as being modified in all instances by the term "about". Accordingly, unless indicated to the contrary, the numerical parameters set forth in the foregoing specification and attached claims are approximations that can be suitably varied by those skilled in the art in seeking to obtain the desired properties utilizing the teachings disclosed herein. The use of numerical ranges by endpoints includes all numbers within that range and any range within that range, for example, 1 to 5 includes 1, 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, 2, 2.75, 3, 3.80, 4, and 5, and the like.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detergent composition comprising, by total weight thereof:

0.3-5.0 wt% quaternary ammonium salt;

0.05-1 wt% of fluorosilane;

94-99.65 wt.% of a solvent.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, quaternary ammonium salt is added into the detergent composition. The quaternary ammonium salt not only functions as a surfactant, but more importantly provides a germicidal effect to the coating composition. Preferably, in order to achieve a good bactericidal effect, the quaternary ammonium salt has a structure represented by the following general formula (I):

Preferably, x, y and z in the above general formula (I) are all 0. Preferably, the quaternary ammonium salt has a number average molecular weight of166 to 1126.

The detergent composition according to the invention comprises 0.3 to 5.0 wt.%, preferably 1.0 to 5.0 wt.%, based on the total weight of the detergent composition, of a quaternary ammonium salt.

The type and source of the quaternary ammonium salt are not particularly limited, and it may be commercially available or prepared according to a known synthetic method as long as it can provide good bactericidal effect as well as surface active effect. Commercially available products of quaternary ammonium salt fungicides that can be employed include: C8-C16 quaternary ammonium salt Bardac 208M manufactured by dragon sand (china) investment limited; and quaternary ammonium salt Tomamine Q-C-15 produced by air chemical company. Bardac 208M is a mixture of didecyl/dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (number average molecular weight 522, CAS 68424-95-3) and benzalkonium chloride (number average molecular weight 354, CAS 68424-85-1) with an average molecular weight of 460.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, in order to improve the adhesion capability of quaternary ammonium salt serving as an antibacterial agent to the surface of a plastic part, fluorosilane is added into the detergent composition. Preferably, the fluorosilane has a structure represented by the following general formula (II):

The detergent composition according to the present invention comprises 0.05 to 1 wt%, preferably 0.1 to 1 wt%, of fluorosilane based on the total weight thereof.

The type and source of the fluorosilane are not particularly limited, and it may be commercially available or prepared according to a known synthetic method as long as it can satisfy promotion of adhesion of quaternary ammonium salt to a plastic substrate. Commercially available products of fluorosilane biocides that may be employed include: the fluorosilane Dynasylan SIVO CLEAREC produced by Innovation Degussa (China) investment Limited.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detergent composition further comprises a solvent. Preferably, the solvent is an alkyl alcohol ether, a water soluble alcohol or a mixture thereof.

The detergent composition according to the invention comprises 94 to 99.65 wt.%, preferably 94.05 to 98.9 wt.%, of solvent, based on the total weight of the detergent composition.

Preferably, the alkyl alcohol ether has a structure represented by the following general formula (III):

Wherein R is3Is alkylene having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, and R4Is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Specific examples of the alkyl alcohol ether include: ethylene glycol propyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol propyl ether, and diethylene glycol butyl ether.

Preferably, the water-soluble alcohol is an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms. Specific examples of the water-soluble alcohol include: methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, and the like.

Preferably, the solvent is used in the form of a mixture of an alkyl alcohol ether and a water-soluble alcohol. When the mixture of alkyl alcohol ether and water-soluble alcohol is used as the solvent, the dissolution state of each component can be more reasonably adjusted, so that the effect of improving the adhesive capacity of the quaternary ammonium salt to the plastic substrate is achieved.

The detergent composition may further contain various other additives, and specific examples thereof include an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, a pigment, a colorant, and the like.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a long-lasting antimicrobial cleanser for air conditioners comprising the detergent composition as described above. The method for preparing the long-acting antibacterial cleaning agent for air conditioners is not particularly limited, and the long-acting antibacterial cleaning agent for air conditioners of the present invention can be prepared by compounding, stirring, mixing the components, and the like by a known method.
