step 2, removing the external rotation driving unit, plugging the upper end of the pile mouth by using a sealing plate, inserting one end of a grouting pipe into the grouting mouth, and connecting the other end of the grouting pipe with external grouting equipment;

step 3, injecting grout into the inner cavity of the steel pipe by using external grouting equipment;

step 4, after the inner cavity of the steel pipe is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 5, stopping grouting when the grouting slurry volume or grouting pressure reaches a set value, and pumping away the grouting pipe.

8. A grouting type rotary steel pipe pile construction method using the grouting type rotary steel pipe pile according to claim 5, comprising the steps of,

step 1, connecting a pile head with an external rotation driving unit, and driving a steel pipe to drill downwards to a set depth by using a drill bit;

step 2, removing the external rotation driving unit, placing the expansion plug into the inner cavity of the steel pipe after deflation and lowering to a set depth, inflating and expanding the expansion plug, forming a grouting section in the inner cavity of the steel pipe at the lower part of the expansion plug,

grouting the grouting section by using the grouting pipe, enabling the grout to flow out of the steel pipe from the grouting hole after the grouting section is filled with the grout, and stopping grouting when the grouting volume or grouting pressure meets the requirements;

step 3, moving the expansion plug upwards for a set distance after the expansion plug is deflated, then inflating the expansion plug, and repeating the grouting process in the step 2;

step 4, when the distance between the expansion plug and the pile head meets the set requirement, taking out the expansion plug from the inner cavity of the steel pipe;

the upper end of the pile mouth is sealed by using a sealing plate, and grout is injected into the pile head and the inner cavity of the steel pipe by using external grouting equipment of a grouting pipe;

step 5, after the inner cavity of the steel pipe is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 6, stopping grouting when the volume or the grouting pressure of the grouting slurry reaches a set value, and pumping away the grouting pipe.

9. A grouting type rotary steel pipe pile construction method using the grouting type rotary steel pipe pile according to claim 6, comprising the steps of,

step 1, connecting a pile head with an external rotation driving unit, and driving a steel pipe to drill downwards to a set depth by using a drill bit;

step 2, removing the external rotary driving unit, and enabling the lower end of the grouting pipe to extend into a grouting space closest to the drill bit;

step 3, injecting grout into the grouting space by using a grouting pipe, wherein the grouting pipe expands during grouting to completely seal a grouting hole;

after the current grouting space is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 4, stopping grouting when the size or grouting pressure of the grouting space where the tail end of the grouting pipe is located reaches a set value, drawing a distance away from the grouting pipe in the direction of the pile head to enable the tail end of the grouting pipe to be located in another grouting space, and repeating the step 3 until all the grouting spaces complete grouting.

Technical Field

Background

In civil and architectural engineering, in order to improve the stability of a building and increase the bearing capacity of a foundation, the foundation of the building is generally a pile foundation, and foundation pile structures for buildings comprise steel pipe piles, concrete piles and cast-in-place piles.

The inventor has appreciated that the conventional cast-in-place piles and precast concrete piles are limited by site range, construction process and weather, and the progress is slow. Large construction equipment is required, and noise pollution and slurry pollution are generated.

The steel-pipe pile includes rotatory steel-pipe pile, and its atress form is similar with the end-bearing pile, and although the soil body under the blade and the soil body around the pile body also can provide corresponding bearing capacity, but can make the soil body not hard up on every side during the rotation, and the friction bearing capacity that leads to the soil body to provide diminishes, and the stability and the bearing capacity of pile foundation can receive the influence.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile and a construction method.

The invention aims to provide a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile, which solves the problem that the surrounding soil body is loosened in the rotary descending process of the existing steel pipe pile, improves the friction bearing capacity of the soil body, and increases the stability and the bearing capacity of a pile foundation.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a method of constructing a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile, which guides the construction of a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile having a small pile length.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a second grouting type rotary steel pipe pile construction method, which guides the construction of a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile having a large pile length, emphasizes the use of a movable expansion plug to realize sectional grouting in the pile length direction.

The fourth object of the present invention is to provide a third method for constructing a grouted rotary steel pipe pile, which guides the construction of a grouted rotary steel pipe pile having a large pile length, and focuses on the utilization of a partition structure to achieve sectional grouting in the pile length direction.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile comprises a steel pipe, wherein a pile head is arranged at the top of the steel pipe and can be connected with an external rotary driving unit to drive the steel pipe to rotate; the bottom end of the steel pipe is provided with a drill bit, and the drill bit seals the bottom end of the steel pipe;

the lateral wall of steel pipe is equipped with a plurality of grout holes, the lateral wall of steel pipe is run through to the grout hole, the grout hole can communicate pile head inner chamber, steel pipe inner chamber and the outside space of steel pipe, the outside cover of lateral wall of steel pipe is equipped with the blade.

And (3) adding grouting holes on the side wall of the rotary steel pipe: compared with the method that the rotary steel pipe is directly used as a pile foundation, the slurry can reinforce a peripheral soil layer loosened due to rotation of the blades in the rotary steel pipe, so that the steel pipe, the concrete and the peripheral soil layer form a complete whole, and the structural stability and the bearing capacity of the steel pipe pile are improved.

The expansion plug is adopted to be matched with the grouting pipe for use, when the length of the steel pipe pile is large, the expansion plug is adopted to isolate the inner cavity of the steel pipe into a non-grouting section and a grouting section, segmented grouting is achieved, it can be guaranteed that slurry with a certain volume is spread outwards from a grouting hole in the inner cavity of each section of the steel pipe, and uniform reinforcement of soil outside the steel pipe is achieved.

step 2, removing the external rotation driving unit, plugging the upper end of the pile mouth by using a sealing plate, inserting one end of a grouting pipe into the grouting mouth, and connecting the other end of the grouting pipe with external grouting equipment;

step 3, injecting grout into the inner cavity of the steel pipe by using external grouting equipment;

step 4, after the inner cavity of the steel pipe is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 5, stopping grouting when the grouting slurry volume or grouting pressure reaches a set value, and pumping away the grouting pipe.

A construction method of a grouting type rotary steel pipe pile utilizes the grouting type rotary steel pipe pile, and comprises the following steps:

step 1, connecting a pile head with an external rotation driving unit, and driving a steel pipe to drill downwards to a set depth by using a drill bit;

step 2, removing the external rotation driving unit, placing the expansion plug into the inner cavity of the steel pipe after deflation and lowering to a set depth, inflating and expanding the expansion plug, forming a grouting section in the inner cavity of the steel pipe at the lower part of the expansion plug,

grouting the grouting section by using the grouting pipe, enabling the grout to flow out of the steel pipe from the grouting hole after the grouting section is filled with the grout, and stopping grouting when the grouting volume or grouting pressure meets the requirements;

step 3, moving the expansion plug upwards for a set distance after the expansion plug is deflated, then inflating the expansion plug, and repeating the grouting process in the step 2;

step 4, when the distance between the expansion plug and the pile head meets the set requirement, taking out the expansion plug from the inner cavity of the steel pipe;

the upper end of the pile mouth is sealed by using a sealing plate, and grout is injected into the pile head and the inner cavity of the steel pipe by using external grouting equipment of a grouting pipe;

step 5, after the inner cavity of the steel pipe is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 6, stopping grouting when the volume or the grouting pressure of the grouting slurry reaches a set value, and pumping away the grouting pipe.

A construction method of a grouting type rotating steel pipe pile utilizes the steel pipe cast-in-place pile and comprises the following steps:

step 1, connecting a pile head with an external rotation driving unit, and driving a steel pipe to drill downwards to a set depth by using a drill bit;

step 2, removing the external rotary driving unit, and enabling the lower end of the grouting pipe to extend into a grouting space closest to the drill bit;

step 3, injecting grout into the grouting space by using a grouting pipe, wherein the grouting pipe expands during grouting to completely seal a grouting hole;

after the grouting space is filled with grout, continuing grouting to enable the grout to diffuse from the grouting hole to a soil layer outside the steel pipe;

and 4, stopping grouting when the size or grouting pressure of the grouting space where the tail end of the grouting pipe is located reaches a set value, drawing a distance away from the grouting pipe in the direction of the pile head to enable the tail end of the grouting pipe to be located in another grouting space, and repeating the step 3 until all the grouting spaces complete grouting.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) and (3) adding grouting holes on the side wall of the rotary steel pipe: compared with the method that the rotary steel pipe is directly used as a pile foundation, the slurry can reinforce a peripheral soil layer loosened due to rotation of the blades in the rotary steel pipe, so that the steel pipe, the concrete and the peripheral soil layer form a complete whole, and the structural stability and the bearing capacity of the steel pipe pile are improved.

2) By adopting the sealing plate structure, the sealing plate is connected with the pile head to seal the upper part of the pile head, so that pressure slurry can be conveniently injected into the pile head and the inner cavity of the steel pipe.

3) The expansion plug is adopted to be matched with the grouting pipe for use, when the length of the steel pipe pile is large, the expansion plug is adopted to isolate the inner cavity of the steel pipe into a non-grouting section and a grouting section, segmented grouting is achieved, it can be guaranteed that slurry with a certain volume is spread outwards from a grouting hole in the inner cavity of each section of the steel pipe, and uniform reinforcement of soil outside the steel pipe is achieved.
