Background

At the present stage, the development and utilization of tunnels and underground spaces are more and more emphasized in all countries in the world, but part of surrounding rocks (such as IV-level and V-level surrounding rocks) are poor in integrity, broken and soft, poor in engineering stability and prone to collapse accidents, and serious casualties and major economic losses of construction operators are caused.

Aiming at the difficult problem of controlling the stability of the broken surrounding rock, the grouting modification is utilized to break the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock cracks are blocked, the whole structure of the surrounding rock is formed, the water immersion of cracks and the softening of the surrounding rock are prevented, the mechanical property of the surrounding rock is strengthened, the method is an effective technical way for developing the self bearing capacity of the surrounding rock, and is also a key means for preventing the anchored rock from being degraded when meeting water. Two-fluid grouting such as cement-water glass, AB material polymer slurry and the like is a method which is adopted by engineering technicians mostly.
