Referring to fig. 4 and 5, specifically, the locking assembly includes a positioning block 15 welded to two opposite side walls of the stirring shaft 4, a second bolt 16 disposed on the positioning block 15, a nut 17 threadedly sleeved on a tail portion of the second bolt 16, and a notch 18 disposed on a side of the elastic snap ring 13 and corresponding to the second bolt 16, wherein a head portion of the second bolt 16 is rotatably connected to the positioning seat, the second bolt 16 can rotate in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the positioning block 15 or pointing to an outer side of the positioning block 15, and when the second bolt 16 is inserted into and engaged with the notch 18, one side of the nut 17 near the head portion of the second bolt 16 is abutted against and engaged with the upper surface of the elastic snap ring 13. When need to cover circlip 13 in the notch department of dovetail 21, overturn second bolt 16 toward the outside of mounting panel 51, in order to reduce second bolt 16 and cause to block circlip 13's installation, behind circlip 13 butt lid in dovetail 21's notch department, make breach 18 correspond with second bolt 16, at this moment, second bolt 16 up rotate to with breach 18 grafting cooperation, and with swivel nut 17, make nut 17 support tightly with circlip 13's upper surface, can realize fixing between circlip 13 and the positioning seat, the installation work is convenient and simple, and the work efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second bolt 16 is sleeved with a gasket 19, the gasket 19 is located between the nut 17 and the elastic clamping ring 13, the nut 17 and the gasket 19 are integrally formed, and a knob 20 is fixedly connected to a surface of one side of the gasket 19, which is far away from the elastic clamping ring 13. The gasket 19 increases the contact area between the nut 17 and the elastic clamping ring 13, so that the abutting effect of the nut 17 on the elastic clamping ring 13 is better, the nut 17 can be conveniently and quickly adjusted by rotating the knob 20, and the convenience in operation is improved. In addition, a magnet (not shown) is fixedly mounted on the elastic snap ring 13, and the magnet is located in the notch 18. Through the magnetic force effect of magnet to second bolt 16 for second bolt 16 is difficult for toppling over under the effect of gravity when pegging graft in breach 18, further improves the convenience that resilient clip ring 13 was fixed.
