The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the present embodiment provides a fishing spear, which includes a spear body 100 and a spear 200 slidably sleeved outside the spear body 100; the outer wall of the lance body 100 is provided with a first limiting part 101, the outer wall of the lance body 100 is further provided with a supporting part 102 for expanding the lance 200, the lance 200 is positioned between the first limiting part 101 and the supporting part 102, the first limiting part 101 can be abutted with the lance 200 when the lance body 100 is pressed downwards, and the supporting part 102 can be abutted with the lance 200 when the lance body 100 is lifted upwards; the lance body 100 is provided with a through hole 103, the through hole 103 is located between the first limiting member 101 and the supporting portion 102, the second limiting member 110 is installed at the through hole 103, the trigger 300 capable of enabling the second limiting member 110 to protrude out of the lance body 100 is sleeved in the lance body 100, one end of the lance 200, far away from the supporting portion 102, is provided with a limiting portion 210 capable of abutting against the second limiting member 110, and when the second limiting member 110 abuts against the limiting portion 210, the supporting portion 102 is not in contact with the lance 200.

When fishing is carried out, the lance body 100 is pressed downwards, the first limiting part 101 on the lance body 100 presses the lance 200 downwards so that the lance 200 is contracted into the object to be fished, then the lance body 100 is lifted upwards, the lance body 100 moves upwards relative to the lance 200 in the process of lifting the lance body 100 so that the supporting part 102 on the lance body 100 is abutted against the inner wall of the lance 200 to expand the lance 200, the lance 200 is abutted against the inner wall of the object to be fished, and then the object to be fished can be lifted out by continuously lifting the lance body 100; when the object to be fished cannot be lifted out of the oil well, the operator moves the spear body 100 downwards to enable the supporting part 102 on the spear body 100 to not expand the spear 200 any more, then the trigger 300 is triggered, the second limiting part 110 in the spear body 100 protrudes out of the spear body 100 through the trigger 300, then the operator lifts the spear body 100 again, the second limiting part 110 can be abutted against the limiting part 210 at the end part of the spear 200, and the spear 200 cannot be contacted with the supporting part 102 at the moment, so that the operator can conveniently withdraw the fishing spear out of the oil well.

Specifically, the support portion 102 on the lance body 100 can spread the lance 200, and the diameter of the support portion 102 gradually increases in a direction away from the lance 200, so that when the lance 200 moves toward the support portion 102, one end of the support portion 102 close to the lance 200 can abut against an inner wall of the lance 200, and with the movement of the lance 200, the support portion 102 can be inserted inside the lance 200, and the support portion 102 completely spreads the lance 200.

When the lance 200 is slidably fitted over the lance body 100, the range of movement of the lance 200 is restricted by the support portion 102 and the first stopper 101 to prevent the lance 200 from disengaging from the lance body 100. When the trigger 300 triggers the second limiting member 110, the second limiting member 110 can abut against the limiting portion 210 of the spear 200, and the abutment of the second limiting member 110 and the limiting portion 210 can prevent the spear 200 from abutting against the supporting portion 102, so that the spear 200 is not spread in the lifting process, and the spear body 100 can drive the spear 200 to withdraw from the object to be fished.

It should be noted that the term "object to be salvaged" refers to a pipe string or a tubular tool that is to be salvaged to the surface in an oil well.

It should be noted that when the lances 200 enter the object to be salvaged along with the lance body 100, the lances 200 are pressed, so that friction is generated between the lances 200 and the inner wall of the object to be salvaged. Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 7, in an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, the trigger 300 includes a ball seat 310 and a ball 320, the ball 320 sealing the ball seat 310; the ball seat 310 is provided with a pushing part 313 for pushing the second limiting part 110; ball seat 310 is connected to the lance body 100 by a connector 314, and ball seat 310 can slide axially along lance body 100 when connector 314 is cut; when the ball seat 310 slides away from the first stopper 101, the pushing portion 313 can push the second stopper 110 to protrude out of the outer wall of the lance body 100.

Specifically, ball seat 310 is disposed within lance body 100 via connector 314, and connector 314 is shearable, so that ball seat 310 is not triggered during normal fishing operations. When the object to be fished cannot be fished out, a worker drops the ball 320 into the lance body 100, injects water into the lance body 100 and presses the ball seat 310, the ball seat 310 is driven by the pressure of the liquid to shear the connecting member 314, so that the ball seat 310 can move downward relative to the lance body 100, and in the process of moving the ball seat 310 downward, the pushing part 313 on the ball seat 310 can push the second limiting part 110, so that the second limiting part 110 protrudes out of the lance body 100, and the second limiting part 110 can abut against the limiting part 210.

It should be noted that the ball 320 may be a steel ball.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in an alternative embodiment, ball seat 310 includes a major diameter section 311 and a minor diameter section 312; the large diameter section 311 is connected with the lance body 100 through a connecting piece 314, and the outer wall of the small diameter section 312 abuts against the second limiting piece 110; the transition between the large-diameter section 311 and the small-diameter section 312 forms a pushing portion 313.

Specifically, the large-diameter section 311 and the small-diameter section 312 are fixedly connected, and the diameter of the transition portion between the large-diameter section 311 and the small-diameter section 312 gradually decreases along the direction from the large-diameter section 311 to the small-diameter section 312, so that the second limiting member 110 can smoothly slide from the small-diameter section 312 to the large-diameter section 311.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in an alternative of the present embodiment, a third limiting member 120 is detachably disposed on the lance body 100 at the through hole 103, and a reset member 130 is disposed between the second limiting member 110 and the third limiting member 120; under the action of the reset member 130, the second limiting member 110 always tends to be far away from the third limiting member 120.

Specifically, the third limiting member 120 is fixedly disposed at the through hole 103 on the outer wall of the lance body 100, the reset member 130 is disposed between the second limiting member 110 and the third limiting member 120, when the trigger 300 is not triggered, the second limiting member 110 is pressed away from the third limiting member 120 under the action of the reset member 130, and the second limiting member 110 does not protrude out of the lance body 100; when the trigger 300 is triggered, the pushing portion 313 pushes the second limiting member 110 to move toward the third limiting member 120, the reset member 130 between the second limiting member 110 and the third limiting member 120 is compressed, and the second limiting member 110 can protrude out of the lance body 100.

Wherein, the reset member 130 may adopt a reset spring.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in an alternative embodiment, the second limiting member 110 is U-shaped, the third limiting member 120 is straight, the third limiting member 120 is located at an opening of the second limiting member 110, and one end of the restoring member 130 abuts against the second limiting member 110, and the other end abuts against the third limiting member 120.

Specifically, the second limiting member 110 is set in a U shape, and the third limiting member 120 corresponds to the opening of the second limiting member 110, so that when the trigger 300 is not triggered, the reset member 130 can make the second limiting member 110 far away from the third limiting member 120, and when the trigger 300 is triggered, the second limiting member 110 can be close to the third limiting member 120.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment, the lance body 100 is provided with a groove 104 for installing the third limiting member 120, and the third limiting member 120 does not protrude from the lance body 100.

The opening of the groove 104 can prevent the third retaining member 120 from protruding out of the lance body 100, so that the third retaining member 120 does not erroneously contact the retaining portion 210 of the lance 200.

Referring to fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, the outer wall of the spear 200 is provided with a retainer 220 connected to the inner wall of the object to be salvaged.

It should be noted that, the inner walls of the objects to be salvaged are all provided with salvage grooves, and after the lances 200 are deep into the inner walls of the objects to be salvaged, the positioning members 220 on the lances 200 can be embedded into the salvage grooves, so that after the lances 200 are spread, the lances 200 cannot slide and displace with the objects to be salvaged, and normal salvage operation is ensured.

Also, even if the object to be salvaged cannot be lifted, the lances 200 do not slidably displace with the object to be salvaged, so that the worker can clearly know that the object to be salvaged cannot be salvaged, thereby withdrawing the lance body 100.

It should be noted that the positioning member 220 may be a positioning table.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment, the lance body 100 includes a connecting section 140, a neck section 150 and a frustum section 160 arranged in this order; the through hole 103 is arranged on the connecting section 140, and the supporting part 102 is arranged on the frustum section 160; the diameter of connecting section 140 is greater than the diameter of neck section 150, and the diameter of frustum section 160 is no less than the diameter of neck section 150.

Specifically, when the spear 200 enters the object to be salvaged along with the spear 100, the spear 200 will rub against the inner wall of the object to be salvaged, so that under the action of friction, the spear 200 can abut against the first stopper 101 on the spear 100, and one end of the spear 200 away from the connecting section 140 will fall on the neck-reduced section 150, and under the compression of the object to be salvaged, the spear 200 will be compressed, and at this time, the compressed part of the spear 200 will be on the neck-reduced section 150, so as to prevent the spear 200 from pressing the spear 100, and prevent the spear 100 from being damaged.

And the support portion 102 is provided on the frustum section 160, the support portion 102 on the frustum section 160 can spread the lances 200 when the lances 100 are lifted up.

It should be further noted that rib plates for transmitting torque are further disposed on the frustum section 160, when the spear 200 contacts the supporting portion 102, the position of the spear 200 corresponds to the position of the rib plates, when the operator rotates the spear body 100, the spear 200 can abut against the rib plates, and the spear body 100 can rotate the spear 200 through the rib plates, so as to rotate the object to be fished.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in an alternative of the present embodiment, a fourth limiting member 141 capable of abutting against the limiting portion 210 is disposed on the connecting segment 140, and the second limiting member 110 is located between the first limiting member 101 and the fourth limiting member 141.

Specifically, the fourth stopper 141 provided on the connecting section 140 can limit the maximum downward movement distance of the lance 200 relative to the lance body 100, prevent the supporting portion 102 from excessively expanding the lance 200, and prevent the lance 200 from being disengaged from the lance body 100.
