[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the field of gas cookers, in particular to a bottom shell of a gas cooker and the gas cooker with the bottom shell.
[ background of the invention ]
Generally, a gas range includes a bottom case and a panel covering the bottom case. The burner of the gas stove comprises a burner base and a burner arranged on the burner base, wherein the burner base is arranged in the bottom shell. In order to ignite the gas and to cut it off in time in the event of an accidental flame failure, burners are generally provided with ignition means and flame detection means such as thermocouples or ionic flame pins.
The ignition device and the flame detection device are usually fixed on the base of the burner, and the ignition device, the flame detection device and other electronic devices are distributed in the bottom shell randomly without any fixation in many cases. When the gas stove is debugged, maintained or replaced, after the panel of the gas stove is removed, disorderly cables in the bottom shell are seen by users, which affects the good impression of gas stove products in the heart of the users and is very not beneficial to the grade and brand image of high-quality gas stoves.
In addition, the cables which are placed in a mess are not beneficial to the protection of the cables, and if the cables contact with a combustor to generate high temperature or flame parts in the maintenance or transportation process, the cables are at risk of being burnt by the high temperature.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to provide an improved bottom case of a gas range and a gas range having the same, in view of at least one of the above technical problems.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bottom case of a gas range with a hidden cable arrangement and a gas range having the same, in view of at least one of the above technical problems.
In order to achieve at least one of the above technical objects, the present invention proposes a technical solution, for example, as follows: the bottom shell of the gas stove is a shell with an open top, a cable is arranged in the bottom shell, an independent cavity is further formed in the bottom shell, and the cable is arranged in the cavity in a hidden mode in the using state of the gas stove.
Thus, when the bottom case is in a state where the top is open, the cable inside the bottom case is not visible visually.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are embodied in that the cables in the bottom shell can be arranged in the cavity in a hidden manner, so that the bottom shell can be arranged neatly and orderly, and the appearance of the bottom shell of the gas stove in an open state of the top is greatly improved. Moreover, the cavity isolates the cable from other parts in the bottom shell, so that the protection of the cable is enhanced, the independent cavity also has a heat insulation effect, the cable in the bottom shell can be kept away from high temperature, and the safety of the gas stove is improved.
Herein, "cable" includes, but is not limited to, a wire for connection in a gas range, a wire for transmitting electric current, a wire for heat conduction, and a wire for transmitting signals. For example, the cable may include, for example, one or more of a wire connected to the ignition pin, a wire connected to the thermocouple, a wire connected to the operating module, a wire connected to the display module, a wire connected to the control module, and a wire connected to the timing module.
It should also be noted that, inevitably, a very small portion of the cable is exposed outside the cavity before it extends into the cavity, and it is practically impossible to achieve the effect of "one hundred percent hiding" or "complete hiding", so that, as long as the majority of the cable is hidden inside the cavity and the remaining portion exposed outside the cavity does not visually attract any attention or attention, the cable is considered to be "hidden in the cavity" and the cable in the bottom shell is considered to be "not visually visible".
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the bottom shell comprises a bottom plate and side walls arranged around the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side walls together enclosing an accommodation space, and at least one burner base is arranged in the accommodation space. Generally, a burner head is placed on a burner base, and the burner base and the burner head form a burner. The burner is provided with a fire outlet, and the gas flows out from the fire outlet and is ignited to form flame. The burner base is located in the bottom shell and is not visible in the use state of the gas stove, and the burner is usually located above the panel.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cavity is arranged on the base plate avoiding an orthographic projection of the burner base on the base plate. In the use state of the gas stove, the burner of the burner generates flame with quite high temperature. The furnace end is installed on the combustor base, and the high temperature that the furnace end burning produced can transmit on the combustor base, so, the temperature of combustor base also can reach more than 200 degrees centigrade this moment. The scheme can enable the cavity to avoid the area with high temperature, provide an environment with relatively low temperature for cables in the cavity, and improve the safety and stability of internal circuits of the gas stove.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cavity is arranged in a peripheral region of the base plate and extends in the direction of extension of the side wall.
Such an improvement makes it possible, on the one hand, to avoid the high-temperature regions in the arrangement of the chambers. Because, for gas cookers with one or two burners, the distance from the edge of the burner opening in the panel to the edge of the panel is limited to ensure the panel's resistance to thermal shocks and other stresses. That is, the burner is not disposed at the peripheral region of the face plate, and accordingly, the burner mount is not disposed at the peripheral region of the base plate. The chamber is arranged in the region of the outer edge so as to avoid the burner base. On the other hand, such an improvement has less impact on the existing construction and layout of the bottom shell, and even the existing bottom shell can be directly improved to form the cavity, so as to implement the technical scheme of the invention at lower cost.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the chamber is an annular chamber communicating end to end. The advantage of this improvement is that, wherever the cable starts in the bottom shell, the annular chamber can be found very close to the cable and provided with holes from which the cable projects into said chamber, so that only a small part of the cable is exposed outside the chamber and the vast majority of the cable is concealable in the chamber. Therefore, the annular cavity can enable the cable to be better hidden in the cavity, and the part of the cable exposed out of the cavity is reduced.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cavity is located outside the containment space; alternatively, the cavity is located within the receiving space.
The cavity may comprise a hood enclosing the cavity with the floor and/or the side walls. Alternatively, the cavity may include a groove formed by recessing the bottom plate or the side wall toward the inside or the outside of the bottom case, and an opening of the groove is covered by a cover plate to form the cavity.
Compared with the cavity positioned in the accommodating space, the cavity positioned outside the accommodating space has the additional advantage that the cavity can be detached or installed from the outside of the bottom shell for the embedded gas stove, so that the work of replacing, checking, debugging or repairing the cable can be directly carried out from the outside of the bottom shell under the condition that the gas stove panel is not detached.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cavity comprises a recess formed by the depression of the bottom plate towards the inside of the bottom shell. The recess is thus formed integrally with the base, for example by stamping the base from a single metal sheet, and is formed at the same time. The bottom shell formed in this way has high structural strength, can reduce the assembly procedures, is convenient to manufacture and reduces the manufacturing cost.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the chamber further comprises a cover plate for closing the opening of the recess, the cover plate being removable. Therefore, the improved proposal of the invention can detach the cover plate from the kitchen cabinet to carry out the work of replacing, checking, maintaining and the like of the cable without detaching the panel of the gas stove to open the bottom shell.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cover plate is detachably fixed to the outer surface of the base plate by means of screws, bolts, snaps or magnets. Therefore, for the embedded gas stove, the cover plate can be detached from the bottom of the bottom shell, and the replacement, inspection, maintenance and other work of cables can be carried out.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the recess is integrally formed in the peripheral region of the base plate, and the recess extends along the outer edge of the base plate to form an annular groove which communicates end to end. On the one hand, the integrally formed groove is formed when the bottom shell is manufactured, the manufacturing is convenient, and the structural strength of the bottom shell cannot be reduced. On the other hand, the hidden of more doing benefit to the cable, no matter many cables in the drain pan are originated respectively in where, can find the position very close apart from the cable on the ring channel and establish the hole, make the cable stretch into from the hole recess, it can reduce the cable part that exposes outside the cavity in the whole drain pan to see the ring channel. Therefore, the original circuit layout in the bottom shell does not need to be greatly changed for hiding the cables, and the purpose of hiding the cables can be well achieved due to the annular grooves communicated end to end.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the groove extends along the base plate, and a barrier is formed at the bottom of the base plate, on which the at least one burner base is arranged. The benefit of this solution is reflected in that the cable can be hidden better. Because the compartment extends along the bottom panel, no matter where the individual cables in the bottom shell originate, the cables can be directed vertically into the compartment, projecting vertically into the compartment from the holes provided at this location. When the bottom shell is in a state that the top of the bottom shell is opened, the visible part of the cable in the bottom shell on the visual effect is few, and the hiding effect is better.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the recess further comprises at least one expansion bin for expanding the space occupied per unit area, the expansion bin being adapted to receive an ignition box and/or a battery box and/or a control module of the gas burner. Therefore, the ignition box and/or the battery box and/or the control module of the gas stove are arranged in a hidden mode, the thermal isolation of the ignition box and/or the battery box and/or the control module is realized, the parts are guaranteed to be in a relatively low-temperature working environment, the ignition box and/or the battery box and/or the control module are protected better, and the service life of the modules is prolonged.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cavity is provided with a hole, the burner base is provided with an ignition needle and/or a thermocouple, and a cable connected with the ignition needle and/or the thermocouple extends into or out of the cavity from the hole. Wherein, the hole can be a closed hole or a semi-closed notch. The edges of the holes are flat, smooth, or lined to prevent insulation damage to the cable from burrs or sharp edges.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the hole is fitted with a bushing. To protect the cable from contact with burrs or sharp edges that could cause insulation damage.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the bottom shell of the gas burner comprises a hood mounted on the bottom plate and/or on the side walls so that the hood encloses the cavity with a portion of the bottom plate and/or of the side walls. The benefit of this solution is that the cover is directly mounted on the existing bottom shell structure, forming the cavity. Therefore, the bottom shell mold can be applied to the manufactured bottom shell, the bottom shell mold does not need to be redesigned, the change is small, the universality is high, and the implementation cost of the technical scheme is low.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, the cross-section of the cap is arc-shaped, L-shaped, Z-shaped or a few-shaped.
According to another object of the present invention, the present invention further provides a gas range, comprising a bottom shell of the gas range according to any one of the above embodiments and a panel covering the bottom shell.
