Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medicine detection equipment, in particular to a disintegration tester.

Background

Disintegration refers to the physical dissolution process of a pharmaceutical formulation prior to absorption. The disintegration time refers to the time for pills, tablets and capsules to be disintegrated into granules under certain conditions, is considered as a main factor influencing the bioavailability of oral medicaments, and according to the examination method of disintegration time limit of Chinese pharmacopoeia 95, the disintegration means that a solid preparation is completely disintegrated and dissolved or broken into granules within the examination time limit and can pass through a screen except insoluble coating materials or broken capsule shells. The determination of disintegration time limit adopts a lifting disintegration apparatus, the common tablet can be completely disintegrated within 15min, the hard capsule in the capsule can be completely disintegrated within 30min, and the soft capsule can be completely disintegrated within 1 h. The degree of disintegration means the limit of time required for some pharmaceutical dosage forms (tablets, pills, etc.) to completely disintegrate and pass through a screen, which is measured under certain conditions using a detection apparatus prescribed in pharmacopoeia, and is one of the indexes for measuring the quality of a pharmaceutical product. The disintegration medium used is usually water, artificial intestinal juice or artificial gastric juice, and the measurement temperature is 37 + -0.5 deg.C.

Although the existing disintegration tester can complete the disintegration test of the pharmaceutical preparation, after the disintegration tester completes the disintegration test, a user needs to take out a beaker in the disintegration tester and pour out turbid liquid in the beaker, and in the process of taking out the beaker, the hanging basket can cause certain obstruction to the taking out of the beaker due to the too close distance between the hanging basket and the beaker; meanwhile, the hanging basket of the existing disintegration apparatus is difficult to disassemble, and is not beneficial to cleaning the hanging basket.

Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a disintegration tester, which comprises a machine body 100 and a hanging basket 200, wherein a water bath tank 300 is placed on the machine body 100, the hanging basket 200 is located above the water bath tank 300, an inlet valve is arranged at the upper part of the water bath tank 300, a drain valve is arranged at the lower part of the water bath tank 300, a heating device (not shown in the drawing) is arranged in the water bath tank 300, the heating device comprises but is not limited to an electric heating wire or an electric heating pipe, the heating temperature of the heating device is kept at about 37 ℃, but the heating temperature of the heating device can be set by a user in a customized manner. The body 100 is provided with a support 110 driven by a lifting mechanism (not shown in the drawings), which includes but is not limited to a rack and pinion lifting mechanism, a cam lifting mechanism or a cylinder lifting mechanism. The hanging basket 200 comprises an upper baffle 210 and a lower baffle 220, a connecting shaft 230 is connected between the upper baffle 210 and the lower baffle 220, a plurality of upper positioning holes 211 are annularly distributed on the upper baffle 210, a plurality of lower positioning holes are annularly distributed on the lower baffle 220, the positions of the upper positioning holes 211 correspond to the positions of the lower positioning holes one by one, and a screen 221 is arranged in each lower positioning hole; the basket 200 further comprises a plurality of glass tubes 240, one glass tube 240 is disposed on each screen 221, and each glass tube 240 passes through the corresponding upper positioning hole 211. The present invention requires that the pharmaceutical formulation be placed separately in each glass tube 240 prior to operation, and that the pharmaceutical formulation not pass through the screen 221 until it disintegrates.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a rectangular block 111 having a threaded hole 112 is provided at an end of the bracket 110, a size of the bracket 110 is larger than a size of the rectangular block 111, and the bracket 110 is integrally formed with the rectangular block 111 or is integrally formed by welding. The upper baffle plate 210 is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 400, a rectangular through groove 410 matched with the rectangular block 111 for use is arranged on the connecting rod 400, when the rectangular block 111 extends into the rectangular through groove 410, the rectangular block 111 can slide up and down in the rectangular through groove 410, and the rectangular block 111 cannot rotate in the rectangular through groove 410; in order to enable the connecting rod 400 to be fixedly connected with the bracket 110, the length of the rectangular block 111 is not greater than the depth of the rectangular through groove 410. The disintegration tester further comprises a hand-screwed bolt 500 which is in matched connection with the threaded hole 112, the hand-screwed bolt 500 comprises a screw 510, a screw head 520 and a screwing piece 530 which are sequentially arranged, the width of the screw head 520 is greater than that of the rectangular through groove 410, and particularly, the hand-screwed bolt 500 is preferably a butterfly bolt; when the rectangular block 111 extends into the rectangular through groove 410, a user can screw the hand-screwed bolt 500 into the threaded hole 112, at this time, the hand-screwed bolt 500 generates pressure on one side of the rectangular through groove 410, and the bracket 110 generates pressure on the other side of the rectangular through groove 410, so that the connecting rod 400 can be fixedly connected with the bracket 110.

It should be noted that, if the end of the support 110 is provided with a cylinder and the connecting rod 400 is provided with an oblong hole, after the connecting rod 400 is fixedly connected with the support 110, it cannot be guaranteed that the hanging basket 200 can be kept in a vertical state, and the position of the hanging basket 200 may be deflected. In order to better maintain the temperature of water in the water bath 300, the water bath 300 is provided with a top surface (not shown in the drawings), and in order to enable the beakers 600 to be placed in the water bath 300, a taking hole is formed in the top surface of the water bath 300, the size of the taking hole is larger than that of the beakers 600, the beakers 600 pass through the taking hole, and each beaker 600 corresponds to one taking hole. In other embodiments, the lifting mechanism, the bracket 110, the connecting rod 400 and the basket 200 together form a disintegration mechanism, so that a user can conveniently perform comparison and detection, the number of the disintegration mechanisms is two to three, each disintegration mechanism can independently operate, and the number of the positioning seats 310 and the number of the beakers 600 are the same as the number of the disintegration mechanisms.

The detection steps after the invention is adopted are as follows:

1. turning on a switch of the heating device to heat the liquid in the water bath 300;

2. placing the beaker 600 filled with the disintegration liquid in the water bath 300, and detecting the temperature of the liquid in the beaker 600 by using a thermometer;

3. placing the pharmaceutical formulation to be disintegrated in glass tube 240;

4. placing the connecting rod 400 on the support 110 and properly adjusting the position of the basket 200, and then tightening the hand-tightening bolts 500 so that the support 110 and the connecting rod 400 are fixedly connected together;

5. when the temperature of the liquid in the beaker 600 reaches about 37 ℃, a switch of the lifting mechanism is turned on, so that the lifting mechanism starts to operate;

6. the hanging basket 200 is driven by the lifting mechanism to move up and down back and forth, so that the medicinal preparation in the glass tube 240 is disintegrated in a disintegration solution;

7. after a period of time, the lifting mechanism stops running, the hand-screwed bolt 500 is unscrewed, and the hanging basket 200 is lifted to the highest position;

8. taking out and cleaning the beaker 600;

9. the basket 200 is disassembled and the test data is recorded, and then the basket 200 is cleaned.

It should be further noted that the order of step 2 and step 3 can be interchanged, and the order of step 8 and step 9 can be interchanged.
