A clamping strip 73 is arranged between the fixed shaft 71 and the first rotating shaft 72, a groove for installing the clamping strip 73 is formed in one surface, facing the roller 711, of the fixed shaft 71 and the first rotating shaft 72, the lower end of the clamping strip 73 is fixedly connected with a plurality of pointed heads for being inserted into the roller 711, when one end of the decorative paper adhered with the protective film is attached to the roller 711 and is positioned between the clamping strip 73 and the roller 711, and then the clamping strip 73 is inserted and installed on the outer side wall of the roller 711, so that the decorative paper adhered with the protective film can be fixed.

The clamping strip 73 is made of disposable plastic, certainly, the clamping strip is not limited to plastic materials, only materials with high hardness and low price are needed, after the protective film and the decorative paper are fixed by the clamping strip 73, the clamping strip 73 rotates along with the rotation of the collecting roller 7, when the collecting roller rotates, the decorative paper adhered with the protective film is wound on the roller 711, the clamping strip 73 is also wound, when the decorative paper is wound to a required thickness, the roller 711 can be taken down, and at the moment, the decorative paper receipt roller adhered with the protective film is completed.

The fixed shaft 71 is rotatably mounted on the second fixing frame 75, and the first rotating shaft 72 is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 76.

In order to cut the decorative paper adhered with the protective film, a cutting mechanism 5 is arranged between the first support 21 and the third support 74.

In order to collect the offcuts cut by the cutting mechanism 5, a collection box 4 is provided below the cutting mechanism 5.

The collecting box 4 is fixedly arranged above the base 1, clamping mechanisms 43 are arranged on two sides of the collecting box 4, and the cutting mechanism 5 is clamped at the upper end of the collecting box 4 through the clamping mechanisms 43 to cut the decorative paper stuck with the protective film.

The cutting mechanism 5 comprises a pressing plate 51, a section knife 52 and two cutting knives 53, wherein the two section knives 52 are fixedly arranged on one side of the lower part of the pressing plate 51 close to the third support 74 and used for cutting off two sides of the decorative paper adhered with the protective film.

The two cutting knives 53 are fixedly connected to one side of the section knife 52 far away from the third support 74, and form an L shape with the section knife 52, and the cutting knives 53 are used for cutting two sides of the decorative paper adhered with the protective film, so that the width of the decorative paper is reduced.

When the engaging mechanism 43 is activated, the cutting mechanism 5 is lowered, and the lowered cutting mechanism 5 cuts both ends of the decorative paper to which the protective film is attached into L-shaped cuts.

The decorative paper passing groove convenient to be adhered with the protective film is formed in the lower portion of the laminated board 51, when the decorative paper adhered with the protective film is cut by the section knife 52 and the cutting knife 53, the roller 711 rotates to drive the decorative paper cut by the section knife 52 to move through the groove, the moving decorative paper is contacted with the cutting knife 53 and is cut off immediately, and therefore the width is reduced.

One ends of the decorative paper and the protective film are fixed on the collecting roller 7, so when the collecting roller 7 is rolled, the decorative paper and the protective film between the cutting mechanism 5 and the collecting roller 7 are not cut, and the decorative paper and the protective film between the press-fit roller 2 and the collecting roller 7 are not pressed.

The upper end of the decorative paper stuck with the protective film is attached to the groove formed in the laminated board 51, so that wrinkles are prevented from occurring when the cutting knife 53 cuts the decorative paper.

Two holes for collecting the redundant cut edge materials are formed above the collecting box 4, and the cut edge materials fall into the collecting box 4 through self gravity.

Wherein, for conveniently collecting the rim charge, install collecting vessel 41 in the collecting box 4, the convenient groove of changing collecting vessel 41 is seted up to one side of collecting box 4, and the groove communicates with the hole each other, and the rim charge that falls into in the hole gets into collecting vessel 41 immediately.

The viscose is sprayed between the protective film and the decorative paper through the liquid coating frame 6, because the length of the press-fit roller 2 is smaller than the width of the protective film and the decorative paper, the redundant viscose inside the press-fit roller 2 is extruded on the two sides of the protective film and the decorative paper, then the cutting is carried out through the cutting mechanism 5, and the stirring roller 421 later stirs the cut edge materials stuck with the redundant viscose into the collecting barrel 41.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 13 to 14, the difference from embodiment 1 is:
