Background

The screening is to use a sieve to make fine materials smaller than the sieve pores penetrate through the sieve surface and coarse materials larger than the sieve pores stay on the sieve surface, thereby completing the separation process of coarse materials and fine materials. The separation process can be regarded as consisting of two stages, material stratification and fine grain screening. The material layering is the condition for completing the separation, and the fine particles are suitable for screening for the purpose of separation. The screening is a process of dividing the mixed waste of particles with different particle sizes into two or more groups of particles by using one or more than one screen surface. The screening usually has two kinds of operations of wet separation and dry separation, and the screening of solid waste often selects dry separation for use, can go on simultaneously by a plurality of sifters during the screening moreover. The screening process can be divided into two processes, material stratification and fine grain screening, wherein the fine grain screening is the purpose of separation. The vibration screening machine is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, has low noise and high efficiency, only needs 3-5 minutes for fast screen change, and is used for screening and filtering materials such as grains, powder, mucilage and the like in a fully-closed structure. The existing screening machine is inconvenient for carrying out air blowing screening treatment on the bean food, and the efficiency of carrying out heat treatment on the screened bean food is low; the efficiency of screening and heat treatment of articles is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for conveniently blowing off inferior bean food and light impurities and heating the bean food in a hot drying cavity; greatly improves the efficiency of the blowing, screening and hot-drying treatment of the bean food.
