Technical Field

The present invention relates to a food sorting apparatus.

Background

Granular foods such as flour, raw meal and the like; classifying according to the particle size; the traditional separation method is air separation, but the wind power is fixed during air separation, so that only one-time separation can be completed. After primary separation is finished, wind power is adjusted again, and secondary separation is carried out on the particles which are separated out through air separation, so that the powder particles are classified according to small, medium and large particle size types.

This way of sorting is cumbersome. For this reason, we have designed a food sorting apparatus that achieves one-time sorting.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide food sorting equipment for realizing one-time sorting.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a food classification device comprises an upper box body and a lower box body, wherein the upper box body and the lower box body are vertically overlapped; an opening is formed in the upper end of the upper box body, and a box cover is detachably assembled at the opening; a negative pressure air pipe is arranged at the axis of the top of the box cover, a negative pressure fan is installed at one end of the negative pressure air pipe, which is far away from the box cover, a collecting cloth bag is installed at the air outlet end of the negative pressure fan, and filter holes are uniformly distributed on the surface of the collecting cloth bag; the bottom of the upper box body is provided with a through hole, and a metal screen is welded in the through hole; the top of the box cover is provided with a feeding hopper; more than 2 step rods are arranged at the top part of the lower box body; at least one vibration motor is arranged outside the upper box body; the outer part of the upper box body is welded with an ear plate, and the upper end of the stepped rod upwards penetrates through the ear plate; a spring is sleeved on the rod body of the stepped rod and acts between the stepped surface of the stepped rod and the lug plate; and a discharge pipe is arranged outside the lower box body, and a pipe cover is in threaded connection with the position of the pipe opening of the discharge pipe.

Preferably, an obliquely arranged discharging plate is arranged at the inner bottom of the lower box body, and the discharging plate is obliquely downward towards the discharging pipe; the setting of stripper can reduce the clout and remain.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device collects and captures fine particles suspended in the lower box body after blanking under the action of the negative pressure fan to finish primary classification; the particles with relatively large particle size cannot be captured through negative pressure and then downwards contact the metal screen; the upper box body is driven to vibrate by the vibration motor; shaking off the powder particles on the metal screen to realize secondary separation; after secondary separation, the particles with medium particle size downwards pass through the metal screen, and the particles with larger particle size are intercepted by the metal screen; by the classification mode, the classification of the sizes of three kinds of particles, namely small particles, medium particles and large particles, can be completed at one time. Simple and convenient operation, and is suitable for popularization and use.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the food classifying apparatus includes an upper case 1 and a lower case 2, wherein the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 are overlapped up and down; an opening is arranged at the upper end of the upper box body 1, and a box cover 3 is detachably assembled at the opening; a negative pressure air pipe 301 is arranged at the axis of the top of the box cover 3, a negative pressure fan 302 is installed at one end, far away from the box cover 3, of the negative pressure air pipe 301, a collecting cloth bag 303 is installed at the air outlet end of the negative pressure fan 302, and filter holes are uniformly distributed in the surface of the collecting cloth bag 303; the bottom of the upper box body 1 is provided with a through hole, and a metal screen 4 is welded in the through hole; the top of the box cover 3 is provided with a feeding hopper 5; the top part of the lower box body 2 is provided with 2 ladder bars 7; at least one vibration motor 8 is arranged outside the upper box body 1; an ear plate 9 is welded outside the upper box body 1, and the upper end of the stepped rod 7 upwards penetrates through the ear plate 9; a spring 10 is sleeved on the rod body of the stepped rod 7, and the spring 10 acts between the stepped surface of the stepped rod 7 and the lug plate 9; a discharge pipe 211 is provided outside the lower box body 2, and a pipe cover 212 is screwed at the position of the pipe opening of the discharge pipe 211.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a lifting lug 133 is welded to the outside of the upper box 1; the setting of lug 133 conveniently lifts by crane the upper box body with the help of electric block.
