In the step (2), the bead heads are polished in a cylinder polishing machine, and sawdust or chaff can be put into the cylinder without damaging the surfaces of the bead heads.

The specific method of the step (3) is as follows:

(3.1) putting the bead heads into a polishing agent 3188 for immersion cleaning, so that the surfaces of the bead heads are bright;

(3.2) putting the bead heads into clear water for cleaning;

In the step (4), as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bead heads need to be shaped and arranged by using a fixture before silk-screen printing on the bead head end surfaces, the fixture comprises a metal plate 6, a plurality of equidistant and parallel-arranged limiting grooves 8 are formed in the metal plate 6, an introduction groove 7 communicated with the limiting grooves 8 is formed in one end of each limiting groove 8, the width of each limiting groove 8 is smaller than the diameter of the end surface of each bead head 4, and the width of each introduction groove 7 is larger than the diameter of the end surface of each bead head 4; the bead head 4 enters the limiting groove 8 from the leading-in groove 7, and the limiting groove 8 clamps the circumferential surface of the bead head 4, so that the end surfaces of the two ends of the bead head are exposed at the two sides of the metal plate 6. During silk-screen printing, the metal plate 6 is vertically placed, the end faces of the two sides of the bead heads 4 are subjected to silk-screen printing through the silk-screen mesh cloth 9, and a metal ink layer can be subjected to silk-screen printing through manual or automatic equipment.

The specific marking method in the step (6) comprises the following steps:

In the step (7), 20 ~ 35% alcohol is added into the mirror surface UV gloss oil, and then the mirror surface UV gloss oil is sprayed on the metal ink layer through a spray gun.
