The invention relates to the field of salt density test operation of high-voltage transmission lines, in particular to a suspension device for a salt density test insulator string.

Background

In order to evaluate the pollution degree of the environment where the line is located, a transmission line operation and maintenance unit needs to perform salt deposit density test work frequently. Namely, the salt density testing insulator is hung on an operation line, and the salt density and the ash density of the filth attached to the testing insulator are tested by regular rotation. According to the latest requirements of national grid companies on salt density test insulators, the salt density test insulator string at least consists of 7 insulators. The conventional method is as follows: the insulator string consists of 3 insulators and is bound at the cross arm of the operation tower by a #8 iron wire. There is no special hanging point hardware fitting for fixing the insulator string. If the #8 iron wire binding mode is continuously used, the following defects exist:

(1)7 pieces of porcelain insulators weigh 16kg, and the binding of iron wires is easy to fall off to cause danger;

(2) if the binding iron wire is not operated properly, the danger of line short circuit tripping is caused, and meanwhile, the operation personnel are seriously injured;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention has small volume and light weight, reliably fixes the salt density test insulator string when the insulator string is hung and rotated for salt density test, provides a stable hanging point for the salt density test insulator string after fastening, and ensures the stability of fixing the insulator string.
