Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to but is not limited to gypsum board production, and more particularly relates to a gypsum board production system and a waste paper recycling device.

Background

The gypsum board is a material prepared by taking building gypsum as a main raw material. The building material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, small thickness, convenient processing, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention and other good performances, and is one of the currently-developed novel light boards. The gypsum board produced in China mainly comprises a paper-faced gypsum board, a decorative gypsum board, a gypsum hollow batten, a fiber gypsum board, a gypsum acoustic board, a positioning point gypsum board and the like. At present, the gypsum board can produce waste paper in the production process, and the waste paper needs to be manually recycled, so that the efficiency is low and the cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a waste paper recycling device, which comprises a waste paper collecting box, a pneumatic output system connected with the waste paper collecting box and a waste paper processing device connected with the pneumatic output system; the pneumatic output system is arranged to convey the waste paper in the waste paper collecting box to the waste paper processing device for processing through pneumatic.

In an exemplary embodiment, the pneumatic output system includes a blower fan and a pneumatic conveying pipeline, the blower fan is connected with the input end of the used paper collecting box through the pneumatic conveying pipeline, and the output end of the used paper collecting box is connected with the input end of the used paper processing device through the pneumatic conveying pipeline.

In an exemplary embodiment, the wind pressure of the fan is greater than 0.1 Mpa.

In an exemplary embodiment, the used paper collecting boxes include a plurality of used paper collecting boxes, input ends of the plurality of used paper collecting boxes are connected to the fan through the pneumatic conveying line, and output ends of the plurality of used paper collecting boxes are connected to the input end of the used paper processing apparatus through the pneumatic conveying line.

In an exemplary embodiment, the waste paper processing apparatus comprises an input port, an output port and a processing chamber communicated with the input port and the output port, wherein a material stopper is arranged in the processing chamber, and the material stopper can rotate under the action of airflow and hit waste paper input into the processing chamber.

In an exemplary embodiment, the material stopper is arranged on one side below the input port and comprises a fixed shaft and an impeller which is arranged on the fixed shaft and can rotate.

In an exemplary embodiment, the used paper recycling apparatus further includes a recycling mechanism connected to the used paper processing apparatus, the recycling mechanism including a conveying device having an input end provided corresponding to an output end of the used paper processing apparatus and an output end provided corresponding to the rotary kiln, and the conveying device being provided to be able to convey the used paper processed by the used paper processing apparatus to the rotary kiln.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a gypsum board production system which comprises a gypsum board production line and a waste paper recycling device, wherein a waste paper collecting box of the waste paper recycling device is arranged on the first control section, the third control section and the raw material control section which are used for producing waste paper in the gypsum board production line.

In an exemplary embodiment, the rotary kiln of the used paper recycling apparatus is provided in a raw material control section of the gypsum board production line.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention can automatically and uniformly treat, recycle and reuse the waste paper generated by different outputs of the gypsum board production line by arranging the pneumatic output system, thereby avoiding manual transportation and having high efficiency.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.

As shown in FIG. 1, the waste paper recycling device for gypsum board production according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a waste paper collecting box 1, a pneumatic output system 2 connected to the waste paper collecting box 1, and a waste paper processing apparatus 3 connected to the pneumatic output system 2. The pneumatic output system 2 is configured to pneumatically convey the used paper in the used paper collecting box 1 to the used paper processing apparatus 3 for processing. The used paper recycling apparatus further includes a recovery mechanism 4 connected to the used paper processing apparatus 3 and configured to recycle the used paper processed by the used paper recycling apparatus 3.

The pneumatic output system 2 comprises a fan 20 and a pneumatic conveying pipeline 21. The fan 20 is connected with the input end of the waste paper collecting box 1 through a pneumatic conveying pipeline 20. The output end of the waste paper collecting box 1 is connected with the input end of the waste paper processing device 3 through a pneumatic conveying pipeline 21. The wind pressure of the fan 20 of this embodiment is greater than 0.1 Mpa. The diameter range of the pneumatic conveying pipeline 21 is 200 mm. The actual force blower 20 is a roots blower.

The waste paper collecting boxes 1 comprise a plurality of waste paper collecting boxes 1, the input ends of the waste paper collecting boxes 1 are connected with the fan 20 through pneumatic conveying pipelines 21, and the output ends of the waste paper collecting boxes 1 are connected with the input end of the waste paper processing device 3 through pneumatic conveying pipelines 21. The plurality of used paper collecting boxes 1 include a first used paper collecting box 11, a second used paper collecting box 12, and a raw paper dust collecting box 13.

The recovery mechanism 4 includes a conveying device 40 and a rotary kiln 41, an input end of the conveying device 40 is provided corresponding to an output end of the used paper processing apparatus 3, and an output end of the conveying device 40 is provided corresponding to the rotary kiln 41. The conveying device 40 is provided to be able to convey the used paper processed by the used paper processing device 40 to the rotary kiln 41. The conveying device 40 of the present embodiment conveys the used paper processed by the used paper processing device 3 to the rotary kiln 41 by belt drive.

The used paper processing apparatus 3 includes an input port 31, an output port 32, and a processing chamber 33 communicating with the input port 31 and the output port 32. A material stopper 330 is arranged in the processing cavity 33, and the material stopper 330 can rotate under the action of the airflow and hit the waste paper input into the processing cavity 33. The stopper 330 is disposed at one side of the lower portion of the input port 31, and includes a fixed shaft and an impeller 301 mounted on the fixed shaft and capable of rotating, and the impeller 301 can flap waste paper.

The recovery mechanism 4 includes a conveyor 40 and a rotary kiln 41. The input end of the conveying device 40 is arranged corresponding to the output end of the used paper recycling device 3, and the output end of the conveying device 40 is arranged corresponding to the rotary kiln 41. The conveying device 40 is provided to convey the used paper processed by the used paper processing device 3 to the rotary kiln for recycling.

When the waste paper recycling device for gypsum board production in the embodiment works, the fan 20 is started, the pneumatic conveying pipeline 21 conveys the pneumatic generated by the fan 20 to the waste paper collecting box 1, and the waste paper collected by the waste paper collecting box 1 is blown to the waste paper processing device 3 through the pneumatic conveying pipeline 21. The stopper 30 in the used paper processing apparatus 3 is rotated by the action of the air force to flap the used paper entering the used paper processing apparatus 3 to disperse the used paper, thereby preventing the problem that the used paper entering the used paper processing apparatus 3 is piled up and cannot be thoroughly processed. The used paper passing through the used paper processing apparatus 3 is conveyed to the rotary kiln 41 by the paper conveying apparatus 40.

The embodiment of the invention provides a gypsum board production system, a gypsum board production line and a waste paper recycling device described in the embodiment I. The gypsum board production line comprises a first control section, a second control section, a third control section and a raw material control section.

The first waste paper collecting box 11 is arranged at the first control section and is used for collecting waste paper generated by the first control section; the second used paper collecting box 12 is provided in the third control section for collecting used paper produced in the third control section; the raw material paper scrap collecting box 13 is arranged at the raw material control section and used for collecting waste paper produced by the original end. The rotary kiln 41 is arranged at the raw material control section to recycle and separate the gypsum boards.

The main function of the raw material control section is to complete the calcination process of the desulfurized gypsum. The desulfurized gypsum is transported via a feeding belt to a rotary kiln 41 for calcination, in which the free water and 1.5 crystal waters are dried off to form mature gypsum (hemihydrate gypsum). The calcined gypsum is input into a ball mill for grinding through equipment such as a rotary screen, a conveying reamer and a bucket elevator, and is finally conveyed into a storage bin for later use through the cooling effect of a cooler. Because unqualified gypsum boards need to be recycled, the method is that the crushed gypsum boards are mixed with desulfurized gypsum and enter the rotary kiln 41, and a rotary screen of the rotary kiln 41 is used for primarily screening the desulfurized gypsum boards to screen out large mask paper.

The first control section is mainly used for completing the forming process of the gypsum board. The plaster of paris is extracted from the silo, passes through the fine screen of the rotary kiln 41, is metered by an electronic scale and then enters a mixer together with auxiliary materials, water and other materials for mixing. And gypsum slurry is discharged from the discharge port, is wrapped by the upper and lower layers of protective paper, and is conveyed to the second control section direction through the forming belt conveyor.

The second control section finishes wet cutting and turning of the gypsum board and conveys the gypsum board into the dryer for drying the gypsum board.

And the third control section finishes cutting, packaging and stacking of finished gypsum boards. The scrap is cut and crushed at the same time, and is collected by a dust collector (used paper collecting box 12) of the third control section. And a rotary screen of the rotary kiln 41 is arranged at the position of the dust collector to screen out the paper scraps.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the waste paper produced by different outputs of the gypsum board production line can be automatically and uniformly treated, recycled and reused by arranging the pneumatic output system, so that manual carrying is avoided, and the efficiency is high.
