s20, uniformly mixing the corn and the bran in proportion; then adding a complex enzyme preparation and water, and carrying out enzymolysis for 8-10h at 65-70 ℃ until the enzymolysis is complete; adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae powder and water after complete enzymolysis, mixing well, controlling the temperature at 30-32 ℃ for aerobic fermentation for 48-60h, controlling the height of a material layer to be 30-35cm, turning and cooling when the material temperature is more than or equal to 35 ℃, and turning once every 12 hours if the temperature does not reach 35 ℃; after fermentation, respectively drying at 60-65 deg.C, controlling water content of the final product to be not more than 12%, and pulverizing to obtain yeast culture;

s30, mixing the metabolic products of the lactic acid bacteria and the yeast culture according to the proportion of 7: 3.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the fermentation formula has reasonable composition, the water content of the finished product is lower than 12 percent, the storage is convenient, and the finished product is conveniently and uniformly mixed with the concentrate;

2. the product components contain beneficial components, such as lactic acid bacteria metabolite, yeast metabolite, peptide, organic acid, oligosaccharide, aromatic compound, unknown growth factor, etc., and can regulate rumen flora structure of beef cattle and promote beef cattle growth;

3. the yeast cell wall contained in the product can adsorb mycotoxin;
