Referring to fig. 1, the cigarette production equipment without burning comprises a plurality of hoppers 10 and a plurality of segment arrangement wheels 11 for conveying cigarette raw material units 76, and further comprises a combination wheel 12, a closing wheel 13, a cutting wheel 14, a turning wheel 15, a gas leakage detection wheel 16 and a waste removing wheel 17 which are arranged in sequence, a cigarette raw material visual detection device 20 is arranged on the side surface of a conveying wheel 18 between the combination wheel 12 and the closing wheel 13, a cigarette appearance visual detection device 30 and a cigarette end surface visual detection device 40 are respectively arranged on the side surface of the conveying wheel 18 between the turning wheel 15 and the gas leakage detection wheel 16, and a cigarette gas leakage detection device 60 is arranged on the gas leakage detection wheel 16. The length visual detection device is arranged at the side of the conveying wheel 18 between the cutting wheel 14 and the turning wheel 15. Referring to fig. 2, the production process (double cigarettes) of the cigarette production equipment for producing the cigarette without burning by heating comprises the following steps: a plurality of segmented cigarette raw material units 76 of the cigarette which is not burnt by heating are placed in a hopper 10, the segmented cigarette raw material units 76 in the hopper 10 are respectively conveyed to a combination wheel 12 through an arrangement wheel, the combination wheel 12 combines the segmented cigarette raw material units 76 together according to the sequence of a specific cigarette, the cigarette raw material visual detection device 20 is used for detecting the cigarette raw material units 76 which are arranged in sequence, the combined cigarettes are then conveyed by the conveying wheel 18 to the closing wheel 13, the closing wheel 13 closes the plurality of segmented cigarette raw material units 76, and wrapped with cigarette paper, to give double length cigarettes, which are then conveyed to the cutting wheel 14, the double-length cigarettes are cut along the middle on the cutting wheel 14 to obtain two equal-length cigarettes, optionally, the length of the finished product cigarettes is detected by using a cigarette length visual detection device 50 after cutting, and one cigarette is turned by the end turning wheel 15 to form a single row of cigarettes with the same orientation. Then, the finished cigarettes wrapped with the cigarette paper are detected by using a cigarette appearance visual detection device 30; the cigarette end face visual inspection device 40 is used to inspect the cigarette filter end face 730 and/or the heating end face 731. Detecting whether the air leakage index of the cigarettes is normal by using the cigarette air leakage detection device 60; the detected defective cigarettes are rejected in the rejecting wheel 17. For more convenient conveying of the cigarette raw material unit 76 and the cigarettes, the combination wheel 12, the closing wheel 13, the cutting wheel 14, the turning wheel 15, the air leakage detection wheel 16 and the rejecting wheel 17 are provided with one or more conveying wheels 18 for arranging a visual detection device.

The on-line quality detection equipment for the cigarette which is not combusted by heating can detect the defects of filter tip white leakage, tipping paper doubling, filter tip bubble wrinkle, filter tip foam clamping, cigarette staggered teeth, tipping paper length, cigarette rod puncture, cigarette rod spot (foam clamping), cigarette rod stain, cigarette length and the like. Can also detect that the filter tip is lost, the filter tip warp, the filter tip hole is dirty, the filter tip hole warp, filter tip lateral wall hole, tipping paper parcel is not tight, pipe tobacco disappearance, pipe tobacco expand, the pipe tobacco end cuts defective cigarette of terminal surface outward appearance such as bad, satisfies the demand that cigarette enterprise detected the terminal surface. Meanwhile, the device has good compatibility and also has a good detection effect on the non-hollow filter tip. The method is very helpful for improving the quality of finished cigarettes.
