The second fixing piece is hinged with the first fixing piece, so that the second fixing piece can swing forwards or reversely relative to the first fixing piece, and the gear can be driven to rotate through friction force when the second fixing piece swings. The transmission elastic sheet is circumferentially positioned and arranged on the gear and abuts against the floating positioning piece, so that when the gear rotates, the transmission elastic sheet applies friction force to the floating positioning piece to enable the floating positioning piece to rotate along with the gear. When the floating positioning piece is not moved or swings forwards, the clamping piece is separated from the gear without forming a locking structure, and at the moment, the second fixing piece can freely swing forwards relative to the first fixing piece. When the second fixing member starts to swing reversely, the floating positioning member swings reversely and pushes the engaging member, the engaging member is engaged with the gear under the guidance of the locking hole, and at the moment, the first fixing member, the engaging member and the gear form a locking structure, so that the gear cannot rotate, that is, the second fixing member can be kept at the angular position. In addition, because the clamping piece is not meshed with the gear all the time when the second fixing piece swings forwards, the noise generated by collision of the meshing structure can be avoided.
